I was disappointed to visit this place , all cats are white and only thing which is show cased as something big is that cat eyes are colored They charge 10 Turkish Lira to show you these cats which are not brushed properly the room where they are kept stinks and only 2-3 cats you can interact with, I have cats in home that are far more beautiful than these cats, not a place i recommend to visit , utter waste of time, there is a big park nearby this cattery , go there instead , i wish you all happy and safe travel

Great place to experience the Van cat. All you do is buy some cat food and walk in to the enclosure.

I thought I'd see cats wandering outdoors, maybe even swimming, and not in a room. It's a small place with ten or so grown cats, and a small place with kittens. You pay 10 lira to get inside. Unfortunately it could be very loud when children visit the place. And I guess cats are stressed around screaming children.

Kitties are cute, but not all of them active and clean. When you keep a lot of animals together and let visitors go to them, it is necessary to make both safe. So will be good to have some sanitizers on the entrance, then people won't touch cats with dirty hands and will be able to clean after. Need to say, In the souvenir store nearby there is a washroom, where you can wash your hands. For 10 liras you can buy a pack of food and go to the cats Still it is great that somebody take care of them and feed them ❤

Nothing special at all, no guide , no extra information about cats. Cats are kept in a quite primitive conditions. Visit by yourself and see that it is a waste of money and time!

There's not much to impress you here, just a hall full of cats that you had to buy a 10 lira ticket to enter.

Don’t confuse this with the real cat conservatory in Van, this is such a small area where couple of locals keep some examples of the breed and you can walk around and admire if you cam bare the smell 😊

It should be free for children or maybe children should not get in because they wake the cats up or treat them harsh. I felt sorry for the cats, they arent toys for children. Moreover, it smells bad. If there are good rules, this place can become better
