The quality and fast service of this restaurant makes for an excellent fast food experience. The chicken and waffle fries are so good and fresh. As well, what makes the experience extra special is all the sauce choices you can have. I always ask for one of each to have a nice line up ready for the dunk! They are never stingy and never give you attitude about the sauces like most fast food restaurants like it's coming out of their pay check. I like that... That alone gives it a 5 star review. But the quality of chicken is great and get that hot cookie!

First time coming to this location and it was a tough visit. The drive through was quite slow and in this location they have a booth setup 15' away from the menu boards where a live person is taking your order.. but its too far from the menu board, so you can't see the menu...and if you don't quite know what you want.. you are out of luck... they do have a 8x11 sheet of paper taped to the glass part of the menu so you are forced to pick from that. Since its a double drive through, you also get to wait for double the cars to get served. I had a chicken sandwich that was the first thing on the sheet of paper ... which may or may not have been better than a wendys sandwich.. with greasy and overcooked nuggets. US locations are definitely better in food taste and service.

Great staff, fast service, fresh, hot food. Could be cleaner, but it was busy. I heard the signature, "My plrasure!" at least three times ☺️😌👏🏽. The only regrets were: no hot coffee and no macaroni and cheese! Manager, please get the mac & cheese on the menu. Thanks 😋. Shout out to:Raj, Kwab, Pooja, and Khushi for the great service!

Top notch fast food and the exceptional service you've heard about! The only downside is that the location is super busy which creates some issues. When my friend and I came for lunch, they made small mistakes with both our orders (too loud to hear us properly I'm guessing). Just make sure to check your receipt before finding a table! The chicken strips are amazing, perfect to try the various sauces with.

Astounding food and service! Came here a couple of hours ago today and I ordered for dine in. The staff was very friendly and the place was kept extremely clean even though it was extremely busy! I found a seat and my order came in about 6-8 minutes and MY GOD it was absolutely delicious! Definitely hit the spot after a long day, as I got the Spicy Deluxe Meal with Chick Fil-A Sauce as my dipping and I got the caramel crunch milkshake as my drink! It was totally awesome and this place gets a 5 star and recommendation to all from me! Please visit and open one in Brampton please!

Service is great as it always is with this chain, atmosphere is good, restaurant is clean and you’re served with a smile and great attitude. Service is quick and efficient. Food is not as good as some other locations, namely in the US. The food is good, just not as good as it can be. Food is priced a bit high but presumably a corporate thing and not location-specific.

Very busy restaurant near Vaugh Mills mall. Quick service, nice atmosphere but food was just so so, not sure what the hype was about.

The experience was a 5 star rating overall. I did not like seeing the staff outside scrambling to take and give orders. It would have been more efficient had they been indoors. I also fear for their safety in harsh weather conditions. The poor guy who took the orders had a runny nose and it was only 2 degrees.

Came for lunch on a Wednesday around 3:00pm, was pretty busy but the line moved quick, took about 15 minutes to order. This was the second time I've been to this location, the second time was much better than the first, Chicken tasted fresh, and Waffle Fries tasted fresh! I got the Spicy Chicken sandwich, Chicken Nuggets, and Waffle Fries, I recommend getting the chick-fil-a sauce & Sweet and Spicy Siracha Sauce. Customer service was top notch, and the entire seating area was clean!

Chick-fil-a hands down has the best customer service of any fast food place ever. I will always come back due to how much they truly value their customers. Food is amazing as well! 10/10

The food was hot and fresh. It was busy but only took 5 min to have food brought to our table. The girl( i would call her a hostess and i couldn’t get her name)) who was tidying the dining area was amazing. I can say i have never had such great service in a fast food restaurant like this before. She deserves recognition. Keep it up Chick fila Vaughn.
