Always
loved
coming
to
Marcello's.
This
was
my
first
time
back
since
the
pandemic
started,
and
I've
missed
their
food
so
much!
We
were
seated
promptly
since
it
was
between
the
lunch
and
dinner
rushes
on
a
Saturday,
otherwise
I
do
recommend
reservations.
The
hostess
was
super
friendly,
and
our
server,
Sam,
was
attentive
and
efficient.
Our
experience
this
visit,
like
all
my
other
visits,
was
always
up
to
par.
I
usually
get
their
mouth-watering,
fresh
pastas,
but
I
came
for
lunch
this
time,
so
we
ordered
their
wood-oven
fired
pizzas
instead.
The
pizzas
were
hot,
fresh
and
delicious
with
amazing
ingredients.
The
Barese
was
especially
good,
where
the
slight
acidity
and
sourness
of
the
tomatoes
brought
so
much
freshness
into
each
bite
of
the
slice.
Dessert:
as
phenomal
as
the
food
is
here,
I
only
truly
come
here
for
the
tiramisu.
Made
fresh,
the
tiramisu
is
melt-in-your-mouth
delicious.
I
love
how
it's
not
too
sweet,
and
the
texture
is
nice
and
light.
It
could
do
with
a
little
bit
more
coffee
flavour,
but
that's
just
because
I
love
my
coffee.
I
refuse
to
share
my
tiramisu
from
Marcello's,
it's
that
good.
It
was
so
great
to
visit
after
almost
two
years,
and
I
can't
wait
to
come
again
for
some
pasta!
