Came here over the weekend after calling to ask if there was a table for 2, to which he said “yes come on in I’ll reserve a table”. We get there and stand around waiting for a table for 15-20 minutes, even though we apparently had one reserved. They were really busy though so I’m sure it was quite hectic. When we sit down, the waitress (who was so nice) gave us bread but it was almost stale and tasted a bit old, and the crust was so hard to chew. I noticed that other tables seemed to have fresher bread, and when I asked her for another basket she did give us the fresher looking bread (I don’t know if they were just trying to get rid of the old stuff or what). Our pastas were okay! The portions were really huge which was nice, but flavour-wise I’d say it was pretty basic! Nothing memorable about them that would make me favourite this spot. They have lots of customers though, so maybe we didn’t order the more popular things?

The problems started as soon as we sat down. We went for our Easter dinner, about 12 of us. First beer had a hair in it, second beer had a cricket in it. When we brought the cricket to our waitresses attention, we were told that it must have come from us. That waitress needs to take a course on customer service, because she lacked on hers. When our food came out the presentation was great, and were very healthy portions. However, I am Italian and have been eating/making homemade sauce my entire life. This place is clearly not making their sauce from scratch - you can tell by how greasy it is. I personally would not pay $12 for a pasta dish there, let alone $18-20 a dish. 2/10 would recommend - all depends on how high your standards are when it comes to dining. The male chef/waiter that was there that night was good, you could see he was trying to make an effort. We appreciate that!

I ordered the Rigatoni alla Vodka - it was absolutely delicious. They also will give you fresh bread before your meal! Just remember to ask for some Parmesan cheese for the extra flavor.

The BEST Italian restaurant in Woodbridge!! This is a real traditional and original authentic Italian restaurant, love the food, love the atmosphere and super nice service. I’ve had the pleasure to dine here once, but mostly my orders are always to the end of the night takeout. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly exceptional authentic Italian food . From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was really good and I can't wait to be back again soon!

Make sure you have reservations for the weekend...always busy and good food!! I been here a few times and never have had bad food or service, both for parties and for dinner. They do it right !!! They will even make something not on the menu... I really enjoy a seafood linguine dish, and they made it for me...delicious!!! Oh yeah, and go hungry, cause I think they dare you to finish their LARGE portions. Enjoy!!!

Came here years ago and it was good. Went back recently and unfortunately, it was disappointing. Service wasn't great to put it nicely. It was hard flagging our waitress down to order, for more water, etc. I also noticed our table didn't have oil or balsamic vinegar like other tables. The food is fairly priced and portions are big, but they don't taste that great. Pasta and grilled veggies are drowning in oil. The veal is super salty and you won't have any water to help wash it down because good luck getting your cup refilled. The tiramisu is decent, but not the best. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place anymore and don't think I'll be back.

Overall experience was just okay. The food is decent and will do if craving for Italian food but nothing stood out as an extraordinary dish. The rigatoni with bacon barely had any bacon in it. Service was a little slow as well, but to be fair it was pretty busy when we dined.

Best Gnocchi in the GTA by far! Desserts Plus has the best pasta and gnocchi. Every time I visit I either get the Gnocchi in Rose sauce or a delicious wood oven pizza. Their Caesar salad is amazing too. Free homemade bread and oil and vinegar for dipping. Service is too notch, always on the ball. I highly recommend trying this amazing restaurant out, you won't be disappointed.

Placed an order this evening and went to pick it up at the designated entrance/table they had set up. I stood there for almost 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by any staff. I decided to leave once I saw 3 servers unmasked. I’m extremely disappointed and appalled by the lack of service and the fact they aren’t following covid guidelines

Last minute drop in as we did not know about the reservations only and they managed to squeeze us in for a limited time which was perfect. The food was friggen amazing. We ordered the grilled chicken with pasta ....the rigatoni a la vodka. I was so impressed with the food for the value. I am a huge fan and will be going more often.

If you’re looking for a spot with authentic Italian food in Woodbridge, this is it. The food, service and atmosphere is amazing. One of my go to spots if we feel like eating out. Highly recommend the white pizza with arugula and prosciutto. Also, if you’re in the mood for dessert, the carrot cake is the best I ever had. It gets busy, but it is worth the wait!

We went for dinner tonight and we had an amazing experience. Our food was delicious and the portions were big. Quality Italian food. Our waiter Nino Cappuccino was very kind and a pleasure to speak with. Can't wait to go back and meet the chef Giovanni Biscotti. Definitely a number 1 restaurant.

REALLY enjoyed my experience here! It was my first time coming and my friend had recommended it (pre re-closing of dine-in restaurants in October). Firstly, we were greeted by a sweet man who tried his best to find somewhere to seat us as they were very busy. This was so appreciated and we were sat right away. We had two servers who were extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the fact you can customize your meal by choosing a meat with a pasta of your choice. Food was really good and portions are large; great to have leftovers for the next day. Tiramisu was delicious! Prices are very reasonable. Thanks to the extremely friendly staff for making us feel like family. Will definitely be returning!

First time here definitely not the last. Beyond authentic Italian, our hostess Paula couldn’t be sweeter. So looking forward to coming back to try different things on the menu. Absolutely loved this place. Had lasagna and a pizza, MAGNIFICENT!!

I've always loved their dishes, especially the clams with my choice of pasta. The service is great and the portions are very generous. The pizza was delicious. It's best to book ahead nowadays. The parking is free. Thank you again!

I loved eating there, the servers are really accommodating. And they help to choose. Being Indian and vegetarian, they helped me to choose vegetarian. The pasta with rose sauce is delicious. Thanks desserts plus.

This restaurant is absolute garbage. I dont recommend it at all. Their customer service have no manners. They hang up the phone on you because you confront them about their mistake and the boss like how they call it will not return your money back since I didnt take the food back. I leave almost an hour away and according to their policies I have to leave my party unattended to go returned their mistake. I work in the food industry never heard that because I order 10 pieces they can give me proper chicken parmigiana because the cheese will stick to paper. Avoid this place at all costs, the food is absolute garbage, my guests barely ate. Never again ordering from here.

My previous rating was 5 stars. The quantity and quality of food has not changed however to be clear. Everytime I order here I spend $100-300. Unfortunately since the pandemic 80% of the time I try to order (usually around 4pm) they are not taking pickup orders. Strange. We will take no table. Require no service. I can't justify 5 stars if you don't want my business.

Our favourite comfort food Italian restaurant. They are always so accommodating, super friendly, and the food is on point every single time! The prices are very reasonable. We always get either pizza or pasta when we go as they do them very well.

We had a group of 9 and made reservations for 7:30. We weren't greeted until 10 to 8 as they were visibly busy. Once we sat down, the process of ordering and waiting for our food was about an hours time. By the time we were done we waited another hour or so for our waiter to give our bill to leave. The food was amazing, but I think service goes a long way and the wait was too long for me to return.

Italian food was good. My radicchio salad tasted like my Italian in-laws radicchio salad. The pizza was good. I will return to try the other dishes.

Definitely recommend if you’re looking for your traditional Italian meal. The staff is extremely nice. I went for a baptism, and all the meals were amazing.

Have to say that I was expecting more from the place. From the review and from friends. We're able to walk in and get a seat, however service was pretty slow considering they weren't all too busy. Food was quite good, pasta was al dente and served hot, pizza was amazing. Unfortunately the waitress changed a dish on the bill (she has put a more expensive steak dish on instead of one of our pastas) which I only noticed when I got home (my fault) but still that plays to the service experience had while there. All in all was ok but likely won't go back. There is better out there considering the price point here.

A beautiful restaurant..makes you think of Italy and its delicious pasta. Fantastic service from an incredible staff. Their Rigatoni Alla Vokda is very tasty, best Italian in a true form.

If I could give this place a zero based on customer experience I would. I have been trying to reach them for just about a week to host an event. I called and left my number and was told someone would call me back. The next day I called multiple times no answer, the following day I was told to call back at a different time, with still no answer. Basically being shown my business was not important. FINALLY I decided to be a bit more stern when calling again for the 5th day in a row, finally he takes my number and name again. A lady called me back (not the most pleasant person to speak to by the way), I’m frustrated and annoyed at this point and expressed what I was looking to do. Within a second she states “oh no dates not available” (unless looking directly at a calendar how would you know right away!) Doesn’t decided to offer another date or see if she can help in any other way. Clearly my business is not important and neither will yours be. So disappointed, the food is amazing however their professionalism and customer satisfaction is clearly lacking. If your looking to spend a decent amount of money take it elsewhere that will be honoured to have it!

The portions are generous, the service is great but the food is a little bland.

It's a must for any food lover. Please do yourself a favour and come back often so you can try everything on the menu. Friendly tip, all meals can be customized to your liking. If you see a few items on the menu they can be made how you like it by family cooks and staff who care about you dining experience. Haven't witnessed this in a while, but the wait to get in has been at times horrendous and without patience I've seen many patrons leave before being seated. Just be prepared and you'll leave happy guaranteed.

This place did not disappoint. The food was absolutely fantastic, the price was exceptional for the portions and quality of food you get, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Dinner for 4 under $200 with wine and desserts, will definitely be going back..

The most delicious Italian cuisine I have ever tasted. Amazingly big portions, worth the price. I will definitely be coming back. This is probably the best place to go on a date. Great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

First visit and definitely not our last!! The food was amazing (definitely cooked fresh and to order!) The staff was great!! Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The owners were wonderful, friendly and treated my little one like a princess (which they told her she was!) We drove an hour and a half to get there and it was well worth it! We can't wait to go back!

Friendly staff. Ordered for take out arrived early got the order roughly the time I asked for. Pizza smells good and taste good. Although a little small for the price. However will probably go back one day to try other flavors or food. Only downside, staff wasnt wearing masks during this covid time.

The spaghetti with bolognese gets the 5 stars. The house made pasta with classic meat sauce can't be beat. Been eating here for years and I always get the same thing. Plus no more rude biker dude.

Always a fantastic dinner. Service is always very spotty because of how busy the place is, but the food always makes up for it! I've tried most of the menu and can say nothing has disappointed!

I have been going to this place a few times pre-covid, and it usually tastes pretty good. Today I was in the area and decided to buy takeout since it had been a while. It was nice seeing the patio full of people. We get home, very excited to have the food (photo attached & it looks delish). However, except the veggies, nothing tasted right. Chicken has an aftertaste & smell (I can’t describe it) and Angel hair pasta was over-salted. I’m not sure if the chef has changed, but I was disappointed with the taste. Service was good, was told to pick up food at 7:45pm and it was ready at 8pm. Anyways, I simply want to make the chef aware & maybe someone forgot and added salt two times.

You need reservations. Can’t just show up. We had to order takeout. The pizzas were phenomenal
