Don't be deceived; this osmows is terrible. Any higher than 1 star review is from their pop promotion; where if you leave a good review theyll give a free pop. This is customer service deception to cover up they're less than average meat portion sizes. I also want to add that they forgot to put garlic and hot sauce on my on the rocks. When I went back they said they can't do anything about it. Well I guess I can't do anything about it either if this location loses customers. I like osmows but this location is not the one. However I will give it another chance and if they improve their portion size to be fair, then I will change my review. And this will improve their rating.

Good location, okay customer service no issues with that. But the only Osmow's I would not go back to. They don't give you enough portion. Barely any meat. The food itself taste bland, barely any flavor and I had the spice level at "hot". A medium on the rocks fills me up everytime but not this time. Not satisfied, not fulfilling. This is not the Osmow's I know and love. Would not recommend. There are other Osmow's nearby.

I am downgrading this location AGAIN. The staff does not care anymore, give you OILY WRAPPED BUNS, won't listen to your request. I am extremely disappointed and won't come again here!!! Service is starting to degrade. Got 3 bone pieces in my shawarma! Service is getting worse than when they opened...

This is where it all started for me. Discovered what chicken on the rocks was at this location and I feel that these guys know exactly what their customers want. They serve your food to order which means you’ll never get your food cold. They are also quite generous with their sauces which makes Osmows what it is! The service is fast and friendly, I’d high recommend.

I just had the worst experience at this Osmows location. I found the head of an onion, big chunks of onion with brown marks around it with a nasty eggy smell. THE ONIONS WERE ROTTEN!! My whole family got food poisoning after this. The customer service was absolutely the worst here, they took all 5 boxes I ordered and didn’t give any of our money back. Don’t ever get food from this location! The vegetables that are served are not fresh and smells like they’ve been sitting there for a few days. You will never get satisfaction from this restaurant, if you wanna get food poisoning and puking all night, go to this location. I will never be entering an Osmows ever again after this experience.

Do not waste your money at Osmows. I have been to several locations and this one serves you tasteless, rotten and smelly food. You will feel robbed of your money and they barely put any meat. I will never waste my money at Osmows again after the worst experience at this specific location. Look at the end of an onion that was found in my food, along with rotten potatoes. Their is a rotten eggy smell that comes from their food. We have got food poisoning from eating Osmows food. Please hire better staff because the carelessness of your staff shows through your food. Do not support restaurants that do not cater to their customers. Worst customer service experience ever.

Nice staff. Food is tasty with good sized portions.

I don't know about eat in but don't order takeout. The food must have been prepared hours before because the chicken and beef were dry, the fries were stale, and the stack of pita in the takeout was stale and inedible. I literally spat it out you couldn't chew it. I felt so bad for my kid who spent his pay cheque on this birthday "meal". I was so disappointed. Everything was disgusting.

The worse owmows location. The people who give them 5 stars might be their family friends or something. They dont give you enough portions they hardly put any meat or sauce. We ordered 2 chicken on the rock and 2 shawarmas none them tasted good… this was my second time at this place and both times got disappointed. There is no flavour in their food and quantity is very little too when i ask the guy to put more he was like thats how much we are allowed to give… they deserve less thn 1 star.

Quantity was low compared to other Osmos location (felt like I got small in medium box)...and rice didn't had same taste....

This is the only proper Osmow’s in Vaughan. The other one on major mac is trash. Ordered a large Philly chicken half and half with garlic sauce. Was hot and fresh. Did not disappoint

This is my go to place. Love their on the rocks hot spicy. I recommend all Shawarma lovers to try. Staff is always cooperative.

Another place in our quest for the best shawarma... Well, Osmow's isn't it but it has many good things to offer: fresh ingredients, meats selection ( chicken, lamb or beef), fast service.... My meat was dry and the sauce could not fix it unfortunately. But I think worth another try.

Lamb and beef Shawarmas tasted great but the hot sauce spoilt our meals. We know their hot sauce is super hot so requested "little spice" but the lamb Oz box was covered in hot sauce as well as one Saj, which made them inedible and totally spoilt our meals. Please consider sauce on the side as an alternative for those asking for "little".

The seller was sitting on the counter when I walked in. I ordered rice-chicken plate, as a dine-in, and I ate a spoon from the plate and realized that the meat was not fresh! Besides, there was an extraordinarily bad smell in the meat, so that meal of mine is now in the garbage! People who don't know sharwarma/meat dishes have commented in a wrong way! but listen! even the worst dish, pour the sauce on it, the taste will be very different. but no. the hygiene of the place, the quality of the food is a BIG ZERO sorry guyz! I wasted my 15 bucks, you don't!

I tried new lamb with rocks (rice) which I ate because I was so hungry n loved osmows this location has very fresh food...all the time.

Delicious shawarma each and every time. Whether you get the chicken or the beef shawarma, I love to get all the toppings with hot sauce. It's a perfect heat. I would do the two hotter options as well, but it's more of a challenge to eat it, and you won't enjoy all the flavors. Hot is perfect! Always great service.

The service at this location is good and is fast. The problem is that the quality of Osmows has dropped off so much over the past couple of years. The chicken is horrible especially at this location. If you are desperately wanting Osmows go to the other location in this area but I’d recommend picking another shawarma spot.

Taste is exceptionally good compared to other Osmow’s. Gave 3 stars because they gave me spicy meals for all three of my orders when I specifically asked for mild.

The staff were friendly but they gave me wrong order. I ordered beef but they gave me lamb. Also vegetable tasted old This location has a promo to get a free drink in exchange of giving 5 stars on google review. Just so you know.

This was the first and last time we set foot in this diner. We went there expecting middle eastern food, unfortunately we ended up eating something unacceptable. We ordered a chicken Shawarma wrap, it looked like beef and tasted like pesto. The chicken kebab wrap was very chewy and undone and super spicy although we asked for it with no spice. The beef kefta wrap was almost raw meet and very hard to shew. When we showed it to the waiter he was surprised too, he was very polite and offered to bring us another one, the problem was that the next one came almost burnt and also hard to chew and on top of that the taste of the kefta was nothing like real kefta. I don't know what type of cuisine is offered here but it is definitely not middle eastern cuisine. Sorry about the bad review but we were really disappointed and disgusted.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Etobicoke . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had in a while.

If you want a chicken shawarma that is super satisfying to eat, super filling, tasteful, and relatively cheap for what you get. Go here. I come here almost every single day (mostly out of transportation limitations) but this place always manages to give great food for a decent price chock full of protein

Hi I found human hair in chicken platter. Worst store. Worst customer service. Foods are unhygienic.

I always come here for food, but other osmows always give sauce, over here they are very stingy with the sauce. My food is so dry, I’m not sure why they care so much about sauce, like it doesn’t even affect you but it makes my whole meal taste dry. Also, they don’t value customer service either.
