One of the better St Louis locations. The interior is modern, new and vibrant. The floors are not sticky like other St Louis locations. The staff was great, food was out within minutes. The vegetarian wings were done well, the chicken wings were warm and sauced perfectly. Overall a good night here.

Put it simple: WASTE OF MONEY AND FOOD! Upon entrance weren’t tended appropriately nobody brought us menu for 5 minutes had to go ask for menu no one came up to ask for order in first 10 minutes given there were 6 occupied tables only. Ordered same drink what I had last night from St. Louis in Bolton expecting same quality and consistency but learned my lesson real quick the drink I received here was like raw lemons nothing else. Furthermore wings were stale as mentioned in other reviews and you know what baffled me the server attitude my goodness upon confrontation instead of rectifying that drink issue she came in attack mode. I immediately paid for the garbage and drove to bolton St. Louis never going back there I advice you the same if you have to spend money please don’t waste it here go to the one in Bolton.

Great customer service. The restaurant was clean and adequate covid measures were in place. The service was quick. Would definitely go back to this location. I'm the past I had bad experiences with other locations, this location changed my view.

Worst wings ever were picked last night. Wings were refried, burnt and tasted stale and dried up. Called store to tell them about the experience and server replied she can’t do anything.

If you’re looking for a leisurely time, with great ambience and food- Head to St. Louis. With great choice of salads, burgers and wings- they also have amazing selection of appetizers. Special shout out to the team who served us- super hospitable.

Wasn't impressed with the food at this location. Food took forever and when it got to our table it was cold. The sauce lacked flavour and the fries were rock hard. The second server was who very nice (the first server was unattentive and rude) told us that the kitchen manager would make us a fresh order. We ended up declining the offer, unfortunately we won't be returning to this location.

Really enjoyed our visit to St Louis. Our bartender Monica was fantastic. She made some great recommendations. She is super attentive and made sure we were well looked after even when the restaurant got really busy with a big walk in group. We will definitely come back!

This is a tough one. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich the description said onion rings with some other stuff I think they gave me the wrong burger. My burger was indeed fried chicken but was insanely spicy had no onion rings and really wasn't as was described so I think they gave me the wrong thing but when I opened the wrapping the chicken visually looked insanely crispy and flaky and amazing. Unfortunately it was very different than that my first bite was utterly disappointing as the breading was completely soggy. I ate this chicken sandwich within 5 minutes of it being made I did order takeout but I sat at a table in the restaurant the server brought it to me and I only live across the street within 5 minutes I took my first bite. I don't know what happened maybe it was Friday earlier in the day and then just reheated but it was a complete disappointment the reason this is getting three stars is because the french fries were completely phenomenal probably some of the best I've ever had really crispy on the outside really rich potato on the inside I wish the chicken was remotely as crispy as these fries. I also ordered the deep fried cheesecake which was also nice and crispy and gooey inside however did not really taste like cheesecake more like melted cream cheese it was missing any type of cheesecake flavor they were maybe a six out of 10. I would order food here again just to give it another try and if I do I will update my review AUG 18 2022 UPDATE had a better experience today. Was only one server with about a dozen guys in there and she was extremely friendly and polite, attentive. I had water within a minute, my beer maybe 2 minutes after that I ordered my food and it was out in 5 minutes. This time around I got what I ordered food was delicious I actually asked the server for her recommendation and I loved it adding one star to my review based on today.

There is only one server there. They didn't have a lot of common alcohol. The service was extremely slow, because there was only one server. I was with a group of 20 people. The tables were dirty when we got there. So we did have to clean them ourselves. The first server didn't continuously come out, even knowing that we had not made our drink or food orders yet. Keep in mind we made it extremely easy for her. We wrote down everything we wanted. Then handed her the list. At one time there were two servers. Because one was getting off work and the next one was starting. The second server was far more attentive. But they were both extremely nice. The food was very good. I only give a three-star review. Based off of the effectiveness of the staff serving us. And the cleanliness. The back patio is quite nice.The waitresses were both extremely nice. I mean outrageously nice. I would definitely go back.

We went to St. Louis Milani hwy27 location last night to celebrate our anniversary. We literally did not enjoy at all, apart from the server, everything just sucked. The food was stale and had zero efforts in their presentation. We ordered mozzarella sticks and this is how it came..it was stale and chewy as if they just took some old old frozen sticks and heat it up. It was burnt as well. I could’ve done better job of reheating frozen sticks in my air fryer at home. Just threw on some lettuce from a bag and put the burnt sticks on it. See picture. The nachos we ordered was also burnt and it was so soggy, again zero efforts in plating or proper food plating. There were lumps of salsa on the nachos which made it sour and so soggy we couldn’t even eat it. Then the impossible burger we ordered, it’s patty was also burnt and so very dry to eat. It was such a half done job like the chefs hardly cared for their customers. Now the drink, we ordered the Tiki and Mule, we asked for less ice, server said the alcohol amount will be same to which we told her that it’s fine we just want less ice. Our drinks came filled with ice and the Tiki I ordered tasted like a sherbet, literally had no taste of alcohol at all. We had to order a beer so we could have some enjoyment of having a date night. The only thing we enjoyed were the golden fries that came with the burger. They were good to pair up with Cajun seasoning. I would never go back here again and would not recommend taking your other half here to have any sort of celebrations.

Group of 5 walked in and right away they told us food would take 45 minutes. From there we weren’t sure if we should dine in because we had somewhere to be in about 2 hours. Didn’t get menus until we asked after 15 minutes. Drinks came out fast. We waited for about an hour and 20 minutes for our food and the waitress came out to tell us that they ran out of one of the sauces for our wings and we had to pick a new one. It then took another 20 minutes for it all to come. Food wasn’t bad but service and wait time was absolutely ridiculous. This place used to be good before Covid started but after this experience I think I’d just rather drive farther and go to the Bolton location.

I went there tonight our server Sapna was great. She made me an amazing sangria, it was so good I had to get another one. This place was nice and clean and the waitress had such a great personality. This is one of the better locations, don’t listen to the bad reviews 10/10.

The service was amazing we had Bianca as our waiter she had everything under control 🫡🫡 she’s the best We came for the all you can eat wings special the taste was great nice decent size but the kitchen was very very slow i think it was understaffed we had to wait 30 minutes for 5 wings overall it was a nice place definitely coming back.

Good food, the chicken and waffles were amazing. The table wasnt clean, but they seemed under staffed.

First time I decided to try St. Louis and it will be my last time. Ordered food for take out, wings and poutine and once I came home (10 minutes drive) I felt like I got the food from the freezer. Even the gravy was cold. Worst food ever and I will never go back. I would give it 0 star but it won't let me. The only good thing about my experience was the waitress helped me pick the food I wanted since it was my first time going to St. Louis. Really Disappointed 😞

Slow service even though it’s empty. “Unlimited wings” for $20 are not unlimited: they literally give you 5 extra wings (and they only gave me 4) after your first 20. Was here for an hour and a half and only got 1 “unlimited wing” refill.

Was there and nothing was correct from pop to nachos and the wings were cold and a completely different flavor. Also took 40 min for nachos and wrong drinks another 25min for the cold wings to come out. Horrible service.

I visited this past Sunday and had a superb time! The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great service. Ordered 2 lunch specials (Southern Chicken Sandwich and 10 Boneless Wings) - which is a discounted entree, fries, and drink for a reduced prices from 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The food was fresh, came quickly, and above all, DELICIOUS. Even my leftovers the next day were good. Wish I knew our servers name to shout out personally - you made the experience!!!!

Anytime you come to this location ask for the server Trans. She’s awesome. Super friendly and a great host. She knows how to keep her guests happy and suggests great drink options. The location is very welcoming and the staff is awesome. The wings are very good! Trans offered us drinks to our preference! You must visit it’s a great location with good staff and good atmosphere
