Food felt like cafeteria food from middle school. Apple square missing cinnamon, hot chocolate tasted like the powder, tables haphazardly arranged. Nice folks though.

We ordered a birthday cake and it was excellent. Very fresh, moist, delicious and the custard that they used between the layers of the sponge cake was extraordinarily good. Great service as well.

Truly the best bakery in Maple. Authentic Italian pastry, ice cream, pasta, coffee, and more. Yummiest pastry, albeit a little pricy; though worth it. Lots of parking spots available

Ordered a tiramisu cake for my parents 65 wedding anniversary. I ask the girl if it taste the same as the pastries , she began to tell me , they’re exactly the same . The cake was dry , no coffee taste at all and I told her to make sure it was wet like their pastries so dry and w whip cream ! No coffee , cookies were dry , sponge , I’m very disappointed since I always go there for pastries . There was no effort put into the cake , didn’t taste at all like a tiramisu.! Even the creativity of the cake was a disappointment, for my parents big day !

I always order cakes for every event from Maple Bakery because they taste amazing. They are always fresh and everyone always loves them. For that reason I ordered my wedding cake from Maple Bakery and they did not disappoint. Not only was the cake delicious (everyone loved it) and fresh, it was absolutely stunning. It was not exactly how I envisioned it because it was even better than I expected! I would highly recommend Maple Bakery for any event. Went to try the apple fritters as I was told they are absolutely amazing and let me tell you they are BIG and very good fresh. Puts some donut chains to shame. Friendly helpful staff very clean as well good job So I've been going to this bakery frequently and I must say the staff and owners are very friendly decided to try one of my favorite cakes sfoglia. And I must say I ordered two for my birthday they were both fantastic two thumbs up on everything about the cake the cream was perfect not too sweet the actual sfolia was nice and crispy overall it was a fantastic cake..

There is no better place for Italian cakes. From quality ingredients, flavours to tasteful decorating. Amazing sponge and sfoglia. Try the strawberry sfoglia, you won't regret it.

Ladies working are always helpful and sometimes even cheerful when you come in. Food is great, 20 party pizza is bomb. Close by and affordable. Been coming here for 6 yrs at least

My father & sister raved about this bakery several times with pictures of their deserts. I finally had a chance to visit it. Although it was later in the day & lots of deserts were already sold. I found a good selection of Italian styled & other types. The quantity, taste & freshness was excellent.

My colleague buys donuts for us from here. The donuts are so good. Fresh and super tasty.

Pastries are always great here! Tried the donuts, the apple fritter, cannoli's, egg tarts, cakes, and Danishes. All are great, no complaints, and the people are nice and take time to explain, usually a small line less than a 3 minute wait to get your order. Personally have never came for lunch or the food food, I would recommend the apple fritters and the cannoli's though.

Hot table offers home made style options, but most importantly as a bakery they have some of the best bread it the city. From their buns to the calabrese pitta it’s all 10/10. Highly recommend the donuts as well.

Don’t waste your money. The brownie was like mushy tasteless brown flour. The eclair which I specifically asked if it was whipped cream or ricotta based is some sort of tasteless mix. I asked the girls twice if the vanilla cake was good. . It is t even vanilla it has strawberry jam. My kids took one bite each and garbage. The product is not worth the price even a little bit! Save your money better is available at Longos. $25 in that box and the customer service is seriously lacking.

I’m professional a culinary & pastry chef. I’ve been to allot of a different bakery & patisserie. And when I tell you that the pastry my husband and I had at Maple Bakery was divine….! I mean, absolutely amazing 😍 best dessert I’ve had since I’ve been to Canada. Most definitely have to visit again!

Wonderful bakery , fresh and delicious food , I went there for lunch which I suggest go early , at 3 pm everything was almost gone . Friendly staff. Will definitely go back again

The best Bakery. I don't live in Maple anymore but I still visit Maple Bakery whenever I can. A top notch hot table, baked goods, bread, Italian treats and sfoglia cake!!! The best.

We got my birthday cake here, the Strawberry sfoglia, WOW - probably the best cake we've ever tasted in the Vaughan area! It had the perfect cream, not so sweet but flavourful, the layers were crunchy and the cream infused with Strawberry flavour. Very fresh and amazing! It was a busy spot but customer service was fast. This will definitely be our go to spot for cakes!

The Black Forest cake we ordered was excellent, extremely fresh and beautifully decorated. We have ordered several cakes here and they never disappoint! Delicious!

I ordered the 8 inch strawberry shortcake and tiramisu. They are both beautiful in their own ways. Only thing I was surprised that the strawberry shortcake was not covered in white chocolate shavings as per photo on their online ordering. Make sure you specify that you want white chocolate shavings because i was informed they switch it up from time to time. The buttercream roses on the strawberry shortcake is beautiful!!!! Will attach photos soon as soon as we dig in. 5/5 Update******* The cakes were beautiful!!! I know there wasn't white chocolate around the strawberry shortcake but the huge white chocolate slab that had happy mothers day wording I requested made up for it from the tiramisu cake. Tiramisu was okay to be honest...the sponge from the tiramisu was overly soaked and I ate a chunk of ice crystals which indicated it was from frozen. I am also confused as to why the strawberry shortcake had blueberries in it? Nonetheless the strawberry shortcake was more delicious than the tiramisu. I think making your own tiramisu from scratch is much more worth it than purchasing a tiramisu from maple bakery. However if the bakery makes these adjustments with not oversoaking the tiramisu sponge and making it fresh i would definitely purchase again.

I've heard wonderful things about Maple Bakery's cakes but I can now speak from experience - AMAZING!! Ordered cake for my son's confirmation and it was LOVED by all. Never received so many compliments on a cake. Their pastries (which I have tried before) are equally amazing - especially their zeppole! Out of this world! I highly recommend this small bakery in the heart of Maple! 10 stars

Poor customer service. Especially the staff at 5:30pm March 14. Their inability to handle customers and rude attitude has cost them my business. Plenty of much better bakeries in the area.

I've driven past Maple Bakery hundreds of times but never visited it until a friend mentioned it. It will now become our go-to place for desserts! There was a ton of selection to pick from, and the few items that we got were absolutely delicious! The cannoli specifically was one of the better ones we've had so far. Looking forward to the next visit already!

The cannoli was pretty good. The rest of the desserts were okay.

I never leave a review but will do this time cause really dissappointed by the customer service here. I purchased yesterday 3 chocolate chips cannolli for my kids. My kids and me tried them at home and the cream was bad already,which was very dissappointing. I called the bakery to advise and to see what can be done. The only thing i heard was,we are sorry but is should be fresh and probably you didn't like the taste of the cheese! Really?? Also If you didn't touch them bring them back and we will see.For sure I did try them all to see if they all the same and I live 30 min away and won't drive back to replace obviously.I told them that I suggest they replace them for me next Friday when I will be in the area,but they refused and also the supervisor dtated that the owner would of tell me the sam. So if you want to buy something there for your guests or to take it out to friends house think twice not to ruin your day, because this bakery doesn't take responsibility!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYMORE I used to love their cakes and pastries but the last 2 years they have disappointed me. When I ordered both cakes I asked to make sure they had extra syrup or espresso or rum. The other day I picked up a rum cake that I specifically asked if it can be moist like the babas, which they ensured it will be. I picked it up and to my disappointment the cake was DRY!!! NO moisture in the cake what so ever. When I called they did nothing about it. This is the reason I will never go back and ensure many are made aware. If I wanted a cake with custard I could have gone to Costco and got their slab cake.
