Veggies were so burnt, it tastes like I am eating charcoal. Medium sauce was also having black particles as if the material used to make sauce was burnt too. It have had burrito here before and it wasnt like this.

I used to go there a few years back, they still serve great food, have good service but the portion sizes have reduced significantly.

This location just made me never come to chipotle again. My burrito is falling apart and they didn’t even ask me if I want it grilled. The girl didn’t even know how to wrap my burrito without making a mess.. this location was all teenagers who were too occupied with talking to each other instead of providing good customer service. They were using their phones in the kitchen which is a huge turn off in the food industry. I won’t be visiting again.

It was my first time at Chipotle I had Burritos and my friend got a bowel . I like how spicy 🌶️ my Burritos was BUT The only thing was hot was the flour tortilla but unfortunately the other ingredients was cold inside , I mean the rice the black bean 🫘 and the chicken. Also I wondered that I had asked for a 🥑 Guacamole but I was surprised to find it added as an extra charge for 3$!!!!! The Burrito filled mostly with rice and other ingredients are less. My bottle of coke was not cold or fizzy enough. I think they need to focus on critical quality issues specially the temp of food and beverages they serve. They have good but not great food. I will visit Chipotle once again to try different foods. Good luck Emad

My go to is usually the burrito bowls. Food was good, well seasoned, fresh flavours. Not entirely too happy about the slap and dash putting it together and then throwing it in the bag. The cashier was nice but yeah you could imagine the attitude of the guy who was taking the order.

Worst chipotle service period. I paid $16 for a bowl and had to literally repeat to add some quantity of beans. I was charged extra for guacamole which I never got. The taste was a complete mess. This comment came after my exact same 2nd experience. Go for Villa Madina instead, amazing service.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten accompanied by some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. All employees were rude, Employee audibly told the customer behind me “I would never eat here. Go to Jimmy the Greek at least they have good food.” All the employees were typical don’t care high schoolers, the whole place was filthy, the food sucked. Actually ruined chipotle for me. I would be embarrassed if I ran this place. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Came here the first time. The place was very busy. Hard to find a table. The food was pretty good. Very filling tho.

Staff were rude rushing us to leave as we were the last customers when they closed early for the "snow storm". Most pathetic storm ever, and the service was even more pathetic. Heated up our tortilla for 3 seconds and didn't even warm up the burrito. Half was cold, the other half warm.

Loved the experience. Realised why there is always a queue here. The bowls are super filling and yes nutritious and tasty too. Mainly the guacamole. I loved that the most along with black and brown beans, cheese, lettuce and capsicum onion sauté, it was a veggie bowl and I did not feel the need to add the supreme by adding tofu. I could not finish my meal though. I feel two pax with medium hunger can count in these. Am sure non veg options also must be amazing and yea there was an option of brown rice or white rice . Thanks

This is Chipotle in the Mall food court. Great for a quick bite while shopping or after shopping. You can choose from 3 types of meat and add only the vegetables of your choice. it's good. The flavor of the seasoning was good, and it was even better with plenty of sour cream. What I ate was not bad for the freshness of the vegetables or the quality of the meat. The wait is long, but the staff serve you quickly so you don't have to wait long. After going to the mall for shopping, I am willing to eat again.

I bought large chips and queso with it and it has the stake piece in it this is not the level of any chipotle. This is a big safety and food contamination mistake the chipotle should close their store if they are this careless with their customers and their beliefs shame if i had chance ill rate this store -ve stars 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Disgusting and messy kitchen. Employees are mixing all the food with different buckets together by dropping it into them. They don’t even clean it and continue to serve. The amount of serving is also ridiculously small, I got less than 10 slices of lettuce. Horrible place and disgusting.

Today the lettuce that they put on top was brown. If we're paying $20 for a bowl and a bottle of water the ingredients should at least be fresh.

There was a giant line up but it went quick! It was delicious! Love it!

Chipotle is my food to go anywhere. However, this location is incompetent. Burnt vegies, salty meat and dirty kitchen. It is a busy mall and i dont mind lining up. But after the long line up, the food is disappointing. Hopefully management make some moves or do somthing about this. I will never eat Chipotle food on this location anymore.

Horrible experience! I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak, when I got home I sat down, opened my meal and there was no steak at all. Never mind the extra steak that I paid for, I received nothing. Also, I ordered 2 kids meals for my children which should come with tortillas, beef, cheese, rice and salsa. My daughters order was missing salsa, my sons meal was missing cheese and salsa. Chipotle is usually really good, just don't order from this location.

So I went there yesterday on Feb 5, 2023. I ordered chicken bowl & veggie bowl. When my family & I started eating my mom noticed that the white rice that we both got was undercooked. The rice was so uncooked that they were giving that crunchy sounds while chewing. We took 1 of the bowls back & the employee there tried it as well and agreed that it was undercooked. We got brown rice. We thought it would be better and much better. We took it as take out. But no change, even the brown rice was undercooked. I would not recommend this place as their food is undercooked & it can definitely make you so sick. Do not go there.

This 5-star is just because of the nice staff! His name was Harpreet. I just wanted to buy a drink but he was very welcoming and kind. This makes difference between brands. Their foods are good which I tried before.

Really good food, we tried their chicken Philly sandwich, French fries and excellent lemonades.

As vegan I like Chipotle bowl but it's disappointing to see meat inside my bowl, this had happened many a times. I understand they are always busy, servers are never willing to give little extra fajita since I'm vegan. Never see happy faces either

I'm a big fan of Chipotle Mexican Grill and always get the bowl. It's certainly been a while since I've been here. Ordered the chicken bowl and guacamole and spicy salsa. The food was definitely good but I was shocked at the price. With a bottle of water, the total came up to over $18.

Really bad service. Rude staff. For a bowl that was supposed to be free (I had a free entree coupon) I had to pay full price. Their portions were extremely small even on asking for extra. When I reached the cash counter, cashier Andrea very arrogantly told me she can’t scan my chipotle rewards and offered no solution and made a face like I was committing a crime by using my chipotle rewards. And I later found out that she could have manually entered the number. Not coming back again.
