This is my new go to Italian restaurant. Great food. Very friendly staff and very attentive. Highly recommend! Must try the Nutella pizza. It is to die for!!!

This place has a really awesome atmosphere/vibe and style. True Italian. My first experience here… honestly fantastic. This was my second time, not fantastic. We ordered two main dishes to share. The first one came, was a lobster pasta dish. Minuscule amount of lobster. It was mostly just shell. We’d be lucky to get a very small piece of meat every once in a while as we were cracking through the shell. There was a tiny amount pasta on the plate with hardly any sauce under it, had to really work it around with what little sauce there was. The pasta was also really hard. It was not Al Dente, was more like raw. So We complained. Our server seemed to almost take offence by our disappointment… he didn’t apologize or offer anything other than ‘would you like more lobster’ I said of course we would but not to pay for extra obviously. He said it’s supposed to be a half lobster. This was honestly not half of a lobster. I felt a lot more right to be offended than he did. He abruptly walked away and that was it. Felt a bit like a slap in the face. After the way he handled things we felt uncomfortable when he came to serve us our next dish. It was a fish that came w some salad. He cut the fish open and took it apart for us at our table but he left some pieces of fish on the skin that he didn’t bother to take off and took back with him. Although very simple and clean, I thought the fish was good but not for the price. Salad was literally just lettuce tomato that’s it. No dressing, or any kind of seasoning not even salt/pepper. Olive oil on the side, and whatever was left of the piece of lemon we had for the fish. Fish was the same thing. Again, simple and clean can be good however, this was a $55 dish. What made it worth that? They had a large party going on and I understand if maybe we have to wait a little bit longer to be tended to but after the fish no one came back, not once. Not even after we started the fish to ask us how it was. We felt kind of kicked to the curb because they had a big party. Had to awkwardly attempt to wave someone down on more than one occasion. Really hate doing that. This experience was a sad disappointment in comparison to the first. This restaurant is not cheap, and it’s a really nice place but we left feeling very regretful about all of it this time around.

One of the best Italian dining experiences ever! Great attention to quality and detail in every dish. Outstanding service. If it wasn’t for the snow outside, I would have thought I was having dinner in Italy. Authentic dishes with a fantastic vibe. I would most definitely recommend dining here. I will most certainly be back!

We were very unhappy with the main course at this restaurant. The cost was $200 per couple with just three drinks and some water and it was not a good meal at all. We had two salads, prosciutto and fried calamari for appetizers, they were pretty good but overpriced. Salads for example were not too large and were over $20. We ordered the meat platter for 2 for our main course ($80). The quality was very poor. It had sausages on it, which tasted good, but were butterflied and dry. It had 4 very thin and dry lambs chops. It also had a rib steak that was very thin, fatty and dry. We ordered it medium rare and it had no pink at all. One of the people in the party asked for some more steak that was less done and they brought another very thin steak that was raw in the middle and not very tasty. One of the party commented that she had eaten much better steak at ponderosa and I would have to agree. The quality of the meat was just not good. It would be better if they reduce the quantity and increase the quality or charge more and improve the quality. We left more than half the platter un-eaten, which we never do. The service was acceptable, and they even brought us a complimentary tiramisu for dessert, which was very tasty. We probably should have ordered seafood or pasta in an Italian restaurant instead of a meat platter , but overall our experience was bad enough and the prices were high enough for the food we received, that we would not go back, except for dessert.

Food was great. A bit small portion. Very good vibe with live music. However, they charge bread and water without consent. I looked up at Google and realized it’s normal in Italy. But they should at least tell customers if they do businesses in Canada.

Very good hidden Italian restaurant it's a hidden gem. Fantastic grilled calamari and pizza was excellent Service was very good and friendly staff The pizza will make me go back . Buffalo mozzarella not cooked

Had a great experience..probably the best Spigola I have ever had...comes whole and they even debone it for you tableside. Excellent service!

Made a reservation here for a small corporate event and was blown away by the service and the food. We were served based on staff recommendations alone and in a family style format. Absolutely incredible experience. A must try in Vaughan - and save room for the tiramisu!

6 of us were there Oct. 21, 2023. The food and service was fantastic. Probably the best Italian restaurant in York Region. Very knowledgeable staff, fresh food and the portions were generous. Great place. Highly recommend

Fabulous food, friendly service and perfect decor-modern and comfortable! We had the house wine (very good), carbonara (delish) and amatriciana (excellent). The pasta importantly was perfectly cooked. Also, really nice touch when customers sit down, a hot bread basket is served with a tray of very tasty Italian cheeses, marinated green olives and hot peppers… so nice!

What an amazing resturant to bring to gem! Finally an authentic Italian place to get an amazing food from. I felt like I was transported to Italy with the food, the environment and the friendly service. They made us feel like we were family there. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone!!

There was an issue with our order on their end, but the way they handled it was extremely appreciated. For that reason, I will definitely return. The food was also 10/10! I highly recommend

This restaurant is probably the best in Vaughan. Sometimes service may be a little slow but the food is excellent. Most restaurants have difficulty finding staff these days so I would cut them a little slack on this point. The owner is excellent and it’s family run. They really go all out to make you happy.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place. As it is said, "nothing venturd nothing gained." We certainly gained a lot last night. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Thank you, Alessio, for your hospitality and wonderful experience!!!

A complete disaster. As soon as I walked in, it smelled like 3 year old ashtray, service wasn't much better, took forever to take a drink order, waitress took forever to get basic drink orders, small food portions, main course was between cold and barely warm. Don't recommend this place at all.

They are so hospital, the food is so so fresh and the ingredients are the best quality. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Little gem I found in Concord. Now this is real Italian. And if you like fish, best branzino in the hood.

Great authentic mangiare, greatest service you can ask for, and the atmosphere can not be described because it is the unbelievable feeling in the room that is felt. Highly recommend this restaurant from Italy, in Woodbridge. Put on your bucket list, it just may become your go-to place. Luv the staff!
