Food was good for some thing fast on a Friday night Lomain a little dry all in all it satisfied my craving. OH YA THEY ALSO GIVE YOU 10 % OF YOUR ORDER IF YOU PAY WITH CASH AND PICK UP.

We just ordered from Golden Lotus on Saturday. The food was atrocious. It had NO taste and the things that did have taste, tasted like dog food. The chicken balls could have killed someone they were so hard, the spring rolls tasted rotten and the food in general was not fresh AT ALL. The people on the phone do not speak English so when you're placing your order, they're getting frustrated with the questions being asked about dishes. They raise their voices at you. Stay clear of this place!!!

Delicious! Have been going there for a rreeeeeeally long time. Wonderful, friendly family who cook up some delicious dishes. Support local folks.

The food use to have great taste however it doesn't have any Asian spices or flavor anymore its very bland and no flavor the quality has gone down significantly. I definitely would not order anymore from them thanks for the bland food. 2 thumbs down save your money order else where I threw it out horrible never never again 🙃 yuk.

Had a great experience coming here ever since I was kid and it's great to see the restaurant still doing well by being consistent in everything that they do. Food is good and price is reasonable in comparison to other types of places where 50 dollars will only get you enough pasta for two. Can't say I understand the bad reviews as the restaurant is clean and it's a takeout restaurant shown by Google so I'm not sure why they would expect there to be dine-in. And I've never experienced them raising their voices although it's not uncommon for people to speak loudly in their cultural language. Italians can relate! Maybe be more patient and get a new tastebuds haha

The potion sizes where good. We ordered veg lo-Mein, , veg fried rice and general Tao chicken. The general Tao chicken was surprisingly sweet and instead of veg lo-mein we got plain lo-mein. I don’t think we will be going here again.

One of the best asian restaurants I’ve ever been to. People were very nice and welcoming, especially when I was unsure of what to order. The food tasted very authentic and fresh. I would definitely go again and recommend to my friends!

My new go to spot in the area. Locally owned, and they cook the food very quickly. Solid chicken fried rice.

The food here is gross and nasty. Does not taste fresh at all. Lots of other places in Vaughan with delicious Chinese food. This is definitely not one of them.

Food was very fresh,very hot,and delicious as usual.,we did pickup and food was ready to go,right out of the kitchen. Don't know what it would be like if delivered, but would assume it would be hot to depending on the delivery method.

I called last minute for a large order. They had my food ready in 20min. Pretty fast. The food portions were good, but the quality was lacking.

The vege chowmein was flavourful but i wish there were kore options for vegetarians. The meal I had but good, but it was mostly just chow mein and hardly any veggies. However the service was quick.

Satay chicken was nothing like satay chicken. It was chicken with bland gravy. Rest of the items were also pretty bland. Even lomein was flavorless. Vegetables were overcooked. Had to throw away most of the food.

Rather unfortunate. As this is a takeout-focused American-Chinese joint, expectations must be tempered, yet I still found the prices high. Worse, I ate in and was served cold fried rice.

This place is amazing! I have ordered there many times and have tried plenty of their menu items. Portions are good and they are generous with the amount of meat in their dishes such as general tsao chicken. As everyone has their preferences it seems to make more sense to specify how spicy or sweet you'd want? And I would be concerned if their chicken or beef is tough. Seems like common sense is lacking in these bad reviewers....

well, where to start. Ill just start in general, food does not taste fresh. It seems like most is pre-made and just heated up in a wok and served. The egg rolls have hardly any filling in them, mostly air and salty! wow they are salty. The Special Fried Rice... was terrible. Rice is mushy, the Pork they put in it is actually just chunks of pork fat. Next, the texture of the meat, the chicken in the Chop Suey is very odd, combined with how bland it was made it unedible. The beef and broccoli was similar, the texture of the beef is just off. We bought 5 different dishes and the only one that was ok (just ok) was the Chow Mein. For the $73 we spent, we should have gone to Mandarin or something.
