Such a shame giving the love of my burger chain a low rating here, but it’s justified. When rating franchises you want to judge the rating against the franchise as a whole and other franchises (inter and intra!). In this case, my man at the front totally bombed the checkout at front case and left me hanging there waiting for a burger he never fully punched in. Double-triple the time waiting at the establishment with no compensation is a 2-star in my book.

They really make a deliciously fresh burger and fries. Always so mouthwateringly tasty, service at this location was top notch. Staff were very polite, kind and helpful. The restaurant was very well kept and clean. As were the bathrooms. There’s plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this location.

I love Five Guys but NOT this location. I was asked to tip for a pickup order which absurd. Pay your employees. I’ll pay a few more bucks if I have to. I’m there to pay for the food, not your employees. Also, the staff didn’t clean the grill before cooking my burgers. Look at that nasty grill and restaurant was almost empty. There is no reason to cook the meat on a dirty grill.

On point. The burger was perfect and tasted great. It was so nice to actually get a burger that also looks like the advertised picture, instead of something that seems like it was put in somebody's back pocket before they went horseback riding. Although the burger is closer to a standard for taste, the fries are so much better than any regular fries. I think it's the peanut oil they use. They also give you a ton as you can see. That was the smallest size fries as well. The establishment is in good shape and clean, but they do need to get their washrooms fixed though, the good news is that the family one that was working was clean. Good job checking my COVID passport. They actually scanned my QR code. Located in a plaza just off highway, it has good parking and is easy enough to get in and out of. Andy was great, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and efficient. One of the better Five Guys I've been to. ASIDE: Hawk also had lunch right outside the window. Who would have though they would have good entertainment too.

This place food is a disappointment when you been to other five guys burgers. The actual burgers size is so much smaller than the other five guys burgers at different locations. You can tell cause the buns are so much bigger then the meat. When you order a poutine, there's not enough gravy or cheese on the poutine. It's dry and very disappointing. I been to this locations 3 times and have been very disappointed every time. What a waste of money. If you like five guys burgers, then go to any other place, then this one... 0 stars if I could

The burgers are a little pricey, but you’re paying for the quality. Love the fact that you can add as many toppings as possible for free aswell. The fries are my favourite fast food fries.

Absolute embarrassment for a franchise location. Five guys should really look into the buissness practices of this location. No AC at this location, No lids for the cups, Every table was dirty, The Coke machine broke but even before that only had coke, sprite and root beer. No flavours or other drinks. The fries were half full and when asked for more ketchup. (They only put 2 in the bag) they would only hand 2 more and acted like I was robbing the place for asking for 4. Just insane they let a place operate like this. It's all about the type of people who own the location. You can guess the rest. Highly do not recommend this location. Honestly go elsewhere. Highly dissapointed. Never returning there again.

Big fan of Five Guys, but this location is simply terrible. In the last 4 or 5 orders we've placed, they have consistently made mistakes with incorrect toppings and buns. They can't seem to take orders correctly. Not sure if understaffed, or if they simply need more competent employees. Also, wait times are the longest of any Five Guys I've been to.

We ordered double patty burger and we found the patty burgers very thin and falling apart and the BLT sandwich was on a bun and the bacon wasn’t made fresh, it was bacon that was sitting in a deep fryer basket on the counter probably for the whole day. I’ve been in the restaurant business fir many years and when you own a franchise you should make the effort to go into other locations to see how they prepare their food. The one near me in Toronto does not prepare the food the way this location did. On a positive note the establishment was very clean. 😊

ordered the hamburger with cheese, added medium fries and coke. the fries was too salty in my opinion. you can also grab free salty dried peanuts :) parking lot available. combos not a thing there and it takes about 5-10 minutes for them to cook the meat.

Food was great as per the standard Five Guys burgers. However, rating 2 stars for this branch as they did not check any of the customers' vaccination status for dine in, which is the mandatory requirement for Ontario. Nor did I see them clean any of the tables after a customer leaves, or even enforce the social distance policy. Very disappointing considering we've been in this pandemic for 2 years & the omicron variant in particular is very transmissible. Overall, would recommend to just order take out & eat safely at home

Wow! This visit was incredibly disappointing, and just plain bad. I've been to this location many times, but this visit was not a winner. The bun on the burger was cold, like straight from the fridge cold. But worst of all my fries were cold, like freeze my lips cold. And they barely put enough fries in the cup to reach the top. This "large" fry cost me $6.39. With the cost of everything going up I'm not sure if paying $6.39 for a cup of fries is worth it. Considering I can buy a 10 lb bag of potatoes for $5

Burgers and fries had great taste fresh, served warm/hot. They need to add better seating and put up a wall to block cold air blowing in. Cold inside. Not enjoyable to eat in.

We enjoyed their delicious cheeseburgers and crispy fries, But didn't like the grilled cheese sandwich or the vegi-sandwich. There were no chicken options in the menu. Prices are a bit higher compared to other burger restaurants.

I recently visited the Five Guys location and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've had at any of their branches. The dining area was notably dirty, giving an unpleasant vibe. It seems like having a dedicated dining room person could greatly improve the cleanliness. Moreover, the service left much to be desired. The employees, particularly the ladies, displayed a concerning level of attitude. Requesting mayonnaise shouldn't result in an employee literally throwing it onto the table. This behavior felt rude and unprofessional. I believe the management should address these issues promptly. Improving customer service and maintaining a clean environment are crucial for the overall experience. I hope these concerns are taken seriously for the betterment of the establishment.

Burgers are great, but takes a long time to make. Ambience is also so so. No plates for peanuts they offer as complimentary.

  • 5/5 nekochi 1 year ago on Google
Hmm, I'll pass . But the fries are a major difference from other restaurants. The packaging is no good. Why put fries in a cup with fries in a paper bag🤔🧐

Great Burgers and Fries the hot dogs are also really good overall a really good burger place everything is made right in front of you.

  • 4/5 Ersan G. 1 year ago on Google
The fries were also a standout, likely due to the peanut oil they use, and the portion size was generous. Although the establishment was in good shape and clean, the washrooms were in need of repair. The staff were friendly and efficient, with Andy being particularly noteworthy. The restaurant's location in a plaza just off the highway provided easy access and good parking. Overall, this was one of the better Five Guys locations I've visited, despite some minor issues.

Fries were so over salted they burned the tongue. Completely inedible. The burgers were good, but they have joined the trend of asking customers to help subsidize employee income by paying an additional 15 to 25% tip on top of their fast food order.

Best fast food. Can’t be beat. Make sure to try their signature milkshakes, personally my favorite is a combination of salted caramel and chocolate.

Good was good take a little longer then fast food but not a long wait overall. Lots of options for topping and their burgers overall are a solid 7/10 in my book nothing to wow over but I would definitely visit again

Avoid this location at all costs. The cashier could not understand or speak English. It took 20 minutes of repeating myself before an order of 1 hamburger with fries went through. Tables and floor were dirty. The working station where the food was being prepared was also dirty with pieces of food all on the ground. I love five guys but this location is not recommended.

Crazy good burgers for crazy high prices! Costs about $20+ a person for what you might consider a "combo" (they sell the stuff individually), but the burgers are fantastic and they give you a load of fries so if it's in your budget then go for it!

Always happy with Five Guys. Our orders came quickly, and we're exactly what we ordered. The burgers were great, and I love the Cajun fries.

Clean restaurant and patient front staff (I couldn't make up my mind about toppings, there are so many to choose from); first time trying the poutine too, it was yummy and the gravy flavour was perfect for it.

  • 3/5 Wolf D. 1 year ago on Google
Understaffed. This location seems to need more hands on deck. Everyone is multi-tasking and can't handle both new orders and cooking. It's "Five Guys" but they're struggling with just three. Some reviews mentioned incorrect orders and long wait times. This would probably be alleviated with an extra helper. I can't even be upset - I just feel bad for the people working here.

Customer service was great. Burger was good, hot dog tasted very close to downtown street meat. However the fries was a bit bitter, the oil was so old and the fries were really dark. Would prob go back but skipping out on the fries and watery poutine.

Food was good but at least 2 customers entered to order take out and didn't wear masks. As they waited for their order they stood inside unmasked. The workers didn't say anything. We don't want confrontation with others, but the restaurant should heed the standards of the local authorities.

Good food, the staff was polite and the place was clean. A little stingy with the Cajun on the fries. But other then that great all around.

Every time I go here I find a long hair in my burger. They don't answer their phones to respond to the issue. This location is super dirty and lacks any customer service skills. If you like hair in your food, then this is your burger place.

This is only my second time having Five Guys, with first time being in NJ. This CDN location is better. Better and quicker service and my hamburger didn't look like it had been tossed around. They were busy seeing as though it was lunch time, but our three hours took no time at all. The food was fresh and hot and delicious.

Always fresh burgers well done! Never had a problem with this resturant. I was always pleased with my order. Great job you guys! I went in today and the burger was delicious and well done! I will definitely be coming back again.

Not the best five guys in the city but definitely up to par.

  • 2/5 Allan C. 2 years ago on Google
Probably the worst five guys franchise ive been to. Fries are very soggy with no crisp. The employees heavily skimp out on the cajun seasoning. Burgers are put together haphazardly so they fall apart when you open them.

  • 4/5 Bobby R. 2 years ago on Google
Honestly slaps. Still not as good was Wendy's IMO, but the burgers are great. Meat tastes good, nice and juicy. Buns are soft, cheese is nice and melted, veggies taste fresh and overall just a great burger. Fries are pretty good too. Overall nice little place, bit pricey but good.
