Just
a
week
or
so
before
the
COVID-19
lockdown
started,
I
met
with
Randy
in
search
of
an
engagement
ring.
I
had
done
a
lot
of
research
before
this
-
a
lot
about
diamonds,
about
rings,
retailers,
what
to
look
for
etc.
I
visited
Tiffany’s
just
before
and
a
few
other
big
retailers.
I
was
having
a
hard
time
finding
exactly
what
I
wanted
and
so
I
started
widening
my
search.
I
had
a
hard
time
finding
trustworthy
smaller
retailers,
but
I
managed
to
round
up
a
few
that
had
good
reviews
-
one
of
them
being
Randor
Jewellery.
From
the
moment
I
walked
into
his
shop,
he
was
right
with
me.
I
talked
to
him
for
almost
2
hours,
and
at
no
point
did
he
look
bored,
or
exasperated.
He
answered
every
question
and
concern
I
had,
and
I
was
easily
able
to
communicate
the
design
that
I
had
envisioned
in
my
mind.
(this
was
in
stark
contrast
with
another
vendor
I
met
with
previously
-
on
the
same
day)
I
came
in
doubtful,
but
I
left
very
happy,
and
very
confident
that
I
had
found
the
vendor
I
was
looking
for
-
finally.
He
was
very
knowledgeable.
Soon
after
this
meeting,
the
lockdown
began,
but
the
communication
over
email
was
stellar.
We
had
quite
a
long
chain
of
communication
going,
and
he
always
responded
helpfully.
We
finalized
the
design
over
email
through
CAD
designs
he
presented
and
he
was
so
open
to
changes
and
much
back
and
forth.
Once
the
ring
was
ready,
he
met
up
with
me
to
make
the
exchange
following
distancing
guidelines.
He
is
a
dream
to
work
with.
I
couldn’t
be
happier
because
the
ring
itself
-
was
perfection.
My
fiance
was
absolutely
stunned
and
is
in
love
with
it.
I
am
blown
away
by
how
he
brought
my
vision
to
life,
because
he
truly
is
a
master
craftsman
and
jeweler.
You
can
trust
him
with
a
big
decision
like
this
with
no
hesitation.
I’ll
never
forget
how
he
took
care
of
me
in
the
shop,
how
he
communicated
over
email,
and
how
he
met
up
with
me
socially
distanced
at
a
gas
station
to
finally
give
me
the
ring
-
that’s
true
customer
service.
