Wait times are horrible. Do not come here, every time I've come here the wait times have been minimum 1 and a half hours. I don't know how you can start taking walk-in appointments, but not have a doctor start working until 2:30 pm. Only giving a 2 star because the receptionist was super nice and tried to help the best she could. OTHERWISE, it would be a 0 star if I could.

Even no 1 star. the worst clinic I have ever been. Rude receptionist with discriminatory behaviour.

i'm not one to leave reviews, but dr. hamid ziarati is the most unprofessional doctor i've ever had. he left the country for a month and I was never notified (while waiting to book an appointment with him as well). the office itself is very disorganized, never communicative, and causes more problems than they solve. do NOT come here.

Walked into this place today, and it was completely empty, except for the receptionist, and the doctor, who was standing next to her. I asked to be seen, as it's a walk in. They said they couldnt do a walk in today because its Tuesday. I asked if I could just book an appointment, they said they were booked solid all day. I looked around again at the empty waiting room, and the doctor who was standing there with his hands behind his back, and realized that even tho they had nothing to do, they would not help me.

Called 3 times this morning to cancel my mom’s appointment and no one answered. When I called the 4th time some Indian women receptionist picked up and when I told her I had to cancel because my mom was sick and couldn’t make it she just started going off saying I should’ve have canceled before & how it was my fault and she did not bother asking if my mother was okay instead she was being disrespectful on the phone the whole time. She was very rude and selfish the entire phone call

This clinic needs to find family drs It currently only has one and he is horrible There has been a huge change over in front staff due to the drs verbal abuses and condescending manner. It’s hard to find good front desk help. The clinic needs to find drs that are capable of treating patients with respect . Perhaps they will then find good help. The IDA that’s in the clinic is absolutely fantastic and is what keeps that place going . I feel bad for some pharmacists that have left because of the verbal abuse given by that dr ( James Louvaris).and condescending attitude. The owner of this cilinic needs to get rid of this dr and bring in real qualified family dr

James lobuaris is an OG dr. He’s a real one, very knowledgeable and helpful. They switched out the front desk recently to new ladies and WOW they are amazingly rude and unfriendly. They need to get checked

Great First Impression of this facility....I have my first initial visit and the doctor calls me day before to schedule for almost 2 weeks after....because and i quote "the doctor will be leaving early that day" I understand person, work and other related issues to have to leave work early...but I just moved to the area have 2 small children and in need of a physician that is reliable! Not someone who is going to cancel at the 24 hour mark before my appointments. I would recommend SOOOO many other doctors that are professional and reliable then wasting your time here.

I waited 2.5 hours for the doctor to tell me they didn't have time. To be fair. I don't think the receptionist told the doctor I was waiting for the first 2 hours. I can't figure out why? Maybe a quick hey do you have time for him?

Dr. Shah is one of the best doctors I have met. She is so kind. Staff is pretty good too. In terms of wait times, it’s long but doesn’t seem to bother me.

Front desk is unprofessional, they don’t seem to care their patients. I called in asking about my results, and they told me to called Dyncare to find out myself. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They keep making excuses and not returning my call when they say they will call back. Also wait time is ridiculous. I dont recommend coming here.

The worst place I’ve ever been to First my physician dr. Payal stops coming to the office then she’s on mat leave again , the walk in is a joke you can be there 3 hrs without you’ll see a dr. If you can avoid this dump

Dr khalil is a horrible doctor. After accepting me as a new patient and after 5 appt seeing him he refused to be my doctor anymore and abandoned me because of telling him about my adhd. He is extremely un educated and un professional . He is rude , and un educated “ know it all “ . Watch out! I have also put in a complaint to the medical board. He should not be a doctor. I have 0 respect for him and his so called profession. Dr Khalil is nothing but a failure in his craft and a LOSER!

Book an appointment 2 hours before you actually want to be seen. Sounds pretty silly right? They don't respect patients time. I wait for my specialists appointments half the time I wait here for my booked appointment. Going elsewhere.

Dr. James Louvaris is a very good & jolly fellow! Very knowledgeable about immunizations.

Doctors are on point, however the receptionist was rude, non educated about insurances and on top of that the lady at the reception never heard in her life what customer service is!!

Great doctor Gupta is very understanding never had any issues getting in touch or making an appointment. Receptionist is very pleasant and helpful.

Front desk is so kind and helpful! Doctor is also very knowledgeable and patient.

The physiotherapist was very good in explaining my issues and how to fix them, and the new female massage therapist was very thorough, I felt that I was well taken care of. And the clinic was able to find me time slots that worked with my schedule so I didn’t have to wait to be seen.

The time this clinic was very good has passed long ago. I have been using this clinic for over 17 years, but my rating has now gone down since the retirement of my good Doctor Greig. The attitude of the man and woman at the front desk is so terrible and I agree with all of the negative reviews about them. Since the retirement of my doctor about three years ago, the clinic has deemed it not okay to allocated another doctor to me. I have been seeing different doctors who don't have my medical file. I recently did blood test and x-ray, and this clinic just ignored me for more than one month regarding the results. Nobody cared to call me about the results. This clinic is so pathetic that I have resolved never to go there again. My good time with retired Dr. Greig has passed. I won't miss going there for sure. My final advice is that those at the front reception desk must change their bad manners.

Dr James Louvaris is by far one of the best family physicians my family and I have been blessed to have. He has extensive expertise and knowledge in the medical field. He makes sure he understands the matter fully and knows very well the exact target of the problem and treatment. He’s got the best list of specialists and studies their background prior to sending his patients to them. Overall he is the best of the best! May God bless him always!!
