First time ordering on UberEats, got the spider roll and the torched rainbow roll for around $40. I don't eat sushi often, so when I first saw their photos on UberEats, I wondered how anyone could possibly feel satisfied on only 8 pieces of sushi. Boy, was I wrong. When I opened the box, low and behold, 2 fat sushi rolls bestowed my eyes. The fish was fresh and the sauces were on point. The soft shell fried crab was really crispy. This was a really good sushi place, I'll definitely be coming here again.

I've been coming to Hub Sushi for more than 6 years now, and the quality of the food and service never disappoints. They serve all the classics really well, but their signature dishes are well worth a try as well. The sauces are a bit too sweet and might not be to everyone's taste, but it's pitch perfect for me.

Amazing sushi varieties and quality. Every piece was made to order. Delicious! Service was also great. Not a very large restaurant. Reservation recommend.

Update: highly recommend the salmon aburi sushi. It consistently has the best flavour and presentation compared to other restaurants in the area. Salmon avocado roll is also excellent—it looks simple but has adequate flavour and large pieces of salmon & avocado. Absolutely top notch service from the moment we stepped inside. It's a cozy little place suitable for dates as well as small-to-moderate group gatherings. We ordered a 32 piece combo with 4 different rolls from the menu, which were prepared quickly and arranged beautifully. The favourite at the table was the lobster roll. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't that busy so it's a great quiet lunch spot with no wait.

Always satisfied with the foods. My favourite is salmon press roll. It's delicious and fresh. The customer service is excellent too!! My family's favourite restaurant.

This place consistently impresses me. I usually come here for a quick take-out hand-roll or hot love roll. Every now and then, though, they surprise me with extra freebies! I get home feeling like something is a little heavy with my order, only to find a box with "On the house :)" written on it with some extra appetizers!!! Fantastic service! Incredible food! Ordered the pressed salmon sushi and spring rolls for delivery. Food arrived well packaged and freshed. I can honestly say that for both the sushi and spring roll were great and I would order them again. Watch for offers on uber eats.

Their patio is open, but they haven't set up their space for dine-in yet. So, you can order for takeout and benefit from the offers they have for takeout orders. We ordered "Washington Roll" which is Red Dragon Roll, "Caterpilla Roll" which is Green Dragon Roll, "Hub Lobster Roll", "Basil Salmon Pressed Sushi" and shrimp tempura. The rolls are bigger than other sushi places and we didn't expect that; so, we had leftovers for dinner, too. LOL All the rolls were made of fresh ingredients and they tasted amazing. Especially, the Hub Lobster roll was amazing. Also, I've never thought the combination of basil and sushi would be good, but to my surprise, it tasted really good. I would suggest ordering from their "Special Rolls" because they have many rolls on their menu that you cannot find in other sushi places.

Normally HUB is alright for sushi but their negitoro roll is definitely lacking in colour, texture, flavour and ratio.

One of the best Sushi places in the GTA. The food is consistently great. The fish is always fresh. The service is impeccable. We had the pressed salmon sushi roll, seaweed salad, salmon sushi, and tuna sashimi. A must-eat family-run food joint. Update: I’ve had sushi from this spot several times now, both dine-in and delivered. The sushi is consistently amazing! :) Highly recommend the pressed salmon.

Ordered from Skip. I hadn't ordered from Hub in a couple of years, this meal is definitely a notch above how I remembered their food. This was the best maguro (red tuna) sashimi I've had recently and the ohsinko was such a nice addition to their spicy salmon rolls. The food was on point and the take out presentation was lovely. I would definitely recommend

Lots of vegetarian, veggie, vegan, plant-based options! (hitting all the keywords for people searching online). Tasty, fresh, well proportioned and arranged. The service was friendly and attentive. This place was pretty busy in the evening and I can see why. I'm providing some photos of the menu during our visit in April of 2023, which shows many of the veg items.

Great food, quick service, cozy cool ambiance. They have many options for vegetarians, which is really good. We tried some of them, delicious! We had some friends who were trying sushi for the first time, they really enjoyed it so we actually ended up ordering more. Definitely recommended.

I am not a fan of big sushi pieces and some of their items are massive but in general the quality is decent. Service was a bit slow too, but the server was very friendly. Place is cozy and clean as well

A quaint sushi stop once you’re in the area. The prices are excellent and the wait time is pretty short. The presentation was not the best but that was partially impacted by transporting the meal as well. The taste is good. Great spot for a quick stop.

We have had take out from HUB twice and it is delicious. They are very careful about packing the food in the right containers to keep it fresh and at the correct temperature. The quality and taste of the rolls, soup and teriyaki dishes were amazing. They have many unique rolls. We loved the beef with noodles. Fantastic.

I got the lunch special with my sister and it was so fresh and delicious. The rolls are packed with filling and have Less rice, so worth it.

I ordered the BOGO torched sushi special on Uber eats, along with the teriyaki and sushi combo and they did not disappoint! The taste, presentation, and portions were all on point. I would order from here again.

This was my first visit to this place and I absolutely loved it. Amazing food (I tried veggie combo) and great staff. Our waitress Sarah was so kind and lovely too. I will definitely come back here more and more.

I went here for dine-in. Friendly service. The food was fresh and didn't take a long time to come out. The sushi was beautifully plated. The restaurant isn't very big but it feels cozy. Most people come here for take-out anyway.

Love this place because the sushi is so good. We got the sushi and sashimi platter for a party of 4 but the sushi and sashimi comes separately.

Ordered from here a couple of times, it was was really great and they have some interesting signature rolls - best part is they don't pad every roll with fake crab stick like a lot of other places do.

My favourite saba (mackerel) aburi and very close favourite salmon aburi. Toppings and flavours are just great. Definitely a Thornhill gem. Skip the bigger chain sushi place across the street and come here instead!
