    Been a regular customer here since I moved to the area and apparently the prices advertised have changed, yet they haven’t updated their website or the iPad’s. Experienced another person previously who got charged a different price that was sitting next to us a few months ago at a previous visit but wasn’t entirely sure as to why so i kept my mouth shut as i didn’t know if they had anything extra or whatever the reason was. I got charged the price advertised that day so I didn’t say/think anything of it. This time, got charged a random price that wasn’t anywhere on the iPad. ($33.99)Employees didn’t even look sure as to what the price was and apparently the prices changed months ago. If the prices changed months ago how are you advertising the price on your equipment incorrectly for so long?! don’t trust the pricing because it seems the price varies. won’t be a regular customer going forward.

    Food was so tasty, came fast as well. Loved the beef tataki and the angry roll!! You have to their Marinated Beef Short Ribs if you haven't tried. It is juicy & full of flavor. The service was great, nice attitude, carious. The price is reasonable for an AYCE sushi restaurant, worth the price I paid for! Definitely recommend and will revisit soon! Thank you guys!!

    I came with my family first time here and we really enjoyed, the food came every 5 min and we ordered a lot, there was around 10 people in the restaurant and the food came pretty fast. Also the staff are so polite, will definitely come again 👍

    The food overall is pretty good same as the service. Even though at times the service is a little slow which I personally don't mind, but there has been a couple times they have forgotten my order and had to remind them of it. But the taste of the food specially the taste of the fish is so good, the meat looks good and was told that it tastes good. (Personally don't eat meat but others that I was with enjoyed it).

    WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and food EVER. i went to celebrate my engagement and waited three hours. The restaurant was packed and had online orders coming in with only ONE waitress working. It was brutal. 1/3 of our food did not arrive. Any food like steak or dim sum came cold because it had been sitting. I have called to speak to the manager to simply invite us back for a complimentary lunch with no response. They keep saying he is not in. I’ve left my number. Rude and terrible customer service and the food has gone so downhill because they don’t have enough staff to help. It goes against labour laws to see one waitress doing everything. She did not look well and it made us uncomfortable to see her be so over worked. I mostly just can’t believe they didn’t have the human decency to return a call or at least take one. If the manager isn’t in the store for a week what is he managing? Definitely will never go back and don’t think you should either!

    Found a roach in my food and the servers didn't care. The owner also would only give us 20% off which led up to 7$ each. I ended up puking in the bathroom afterwards.

    They deserve 5 stars. We would have given 6 stars, but we could tell they were not happy we came at 9:00pm. We were the last to leave. But they were always very polite! Their table manners and their service was 100% great. We enjoyed every thing we ordered. Squid, Steak, Shrimp and fantastic Sashimi! They had 7 types of ice cream which blew my wife away. They had our favourite flavour which is coconut And to top it off, the price was GREAT! I totally and humbly suggest you try this place if you like AYCE Sushi restaurants. We will be back! Thank you Maple for a great dinner!

    Hello! It was one of the favourite place for my family. One week ago we decided to have a dinner there. When we come, it was empty area. However, we have got a table that was wobbly. I never make a problem out of this, I just put some tissue under the table. This time, the table wobbled a lot, because the gap between the table and the floor was more than 2 cm. I am a pregnant woman with a 2.5-year-old daughter, I just want to come and eat and enjoy food. I wouldn't want to worry about a full glass of water being spilled on my child because of any wrong move! The waiter saw my face and instead of offering another tol, she began to clumsily correct the situation with a napkin !!! We left the restaurant immediately. I was very disappointed with such inattention and inability to resolve the issue! I agree that this is my whim ... But it is entirely your responsibility to prepare for the reception of guests! All the best!

    The food is great, service was friendly and very fast. Portions were a good size. All you can eat dinner is a bit too expensive though.

    Ive been coming to maple sushi since the day they opened at this location and been coming here for over 8 years now. I havent went since covid 19. I thought id take my wife here after a long time cause ive said many good things about this place before. Unfortunately the service that was displayed on sunday was not the service that I KNOW maple sushi for... After about 25 mins, I ordered 6 pc torched salmon sushi never showed up l... so i reordered it again still never showed up.. i order more items they never showed up.. but once we gave up and ordered icecream the icecream came 1 min after we ordered. But not the sushi i wanted. Its funny it seemed like the staff was rushing us out and didnt even give us a chance to finish our rolls and took the plate away and told us together or separate as in the bill. I am very much un happy how i was treated after coming here for over 8 years now the level of service was unacceptable. Im not sure if i want to return here again. Might have to go down the street to Story Sushi 😕 Short story the service was trash compared to the years ive been coming.

    I certainly recommend their meals but the costumer service was catastrophic. We used to enjoy their teak-out meals for few occasions but one night so we had decided to treat our friends and have the meal inside the restaurant. Their waitress treated us terribly and ruined our night. She had taken the plates while we were there, yelling with language that we didn’t understand and dumped the food into the garbage bin. No matter which angle we look at the incident, it was the worse horrifying experience that one could have. My wife and I became so embarrassed in front of our friends and one good night has been ruined

    March 2022 Maple Sushi on Disera has been my go to sushi place since they opened! They maintained the quality of the food throughout the pandemic while staying open with only take out at times. Sean is always so helpful and you can tell he takes pride in his restaurant! I bring everyone to Maple Sushi and it will continue to be my favourite spot in the area! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My favourite rolls are chicken and beef Terriyaki and I’ve never found a place that has had better rolls than Maple Sushi! They have a great menu, wonderful staff, phenomenal service, and an amazing atmosphere!

    Went for lunch--pretty good selection of food and service was good although could've been a bit quicker. A bit too much rice in the maki rolls and handrolls. Overall quality of food was good--would visit again

    This place used to be so good. Staff kinda don't care, waitress bit of an attitude, but not terrible. Not attentive, stands around laughing and joking. Male server working, busy, better attention. Would rate 2/5. Quality of the food has gone down. Sorry guys.

    We have been buying sushi from this place for the last couple of years. Always very tasty and reasonable size. Today we visited this place dine in. It was pretty busy with people. Unfortunately only two waitresses were serving the entire floor. They were so busy. As a result of shortage of people working on the floor the waiting time and service was taking quite a bit of time. Our orders were missed and we had to remind again and again. It was disappointing. We will think twice before going in again. Otherwise, the food was good.

    Ordered a number of times from this place and the food is tasty. I saw a previous review about the rice ratio being a lot in the rolls and I did notice that in my last order. However, this time that wasn't the case, it was great.

    I was there Sunday with family, and the service was horrible, the orders were served very slow, and the hot food came cold. Orders were forgotten, and when told the waiter, she brought things that we didn't order. Called to complain, and was offered a $20 coupon, this is to add insult to injury.....don't recommend this place at all, there are others much better. i didn't want to insult the servers, and left 15% tip, even tough the tip should have been 0, big fat 0.

    I was very frustrated about overcharged. As the senior person they charged me a regular price even I three times mention I'm 73. The food was fine, but service was below average. I will never recommed to my friends this location.

    went out to eat with a party of 6, casual dinner with friends. food was great, but we ordered and it food came all out at once and then as soon as we started ordering more... it was like 20 mins for each thing. we also were never asked for drink orders and we had to directly ask for water and he literally handed us a jug of water. after that, we got our icecream and our bill... they charged us gratuity and we asked why and the server said "party's of more than 6 get gratuity" and we said we are a group of 6 and he just shrugs and walks away. was so annoyed because for my and my partner, we paid separately, everyone paid separately but each had to pay $50 on top of gratuity.... and we asked him if we can pay with cash for 10% off and he said only if you pay all 6 together and we were so shocked. definitely poor service and low quality skills...

    Chefs took to long to make a simple sushi roll and when it did come out they left out the main ingredient. Waiters tried their best to sort out the situation but that was all. Took around 20 minutes to make a sushi roll and occasionally brought out food that I never ordered.

    This place has gone downhill. Brought food, ignored us right after, no offer of water or tea at all, asked for water, didn’t bother for refills handed one of my friends the water jug and left. Stated parties OVER 6 require gratuity charge, wouldn’t address it and charges us all. Horrible service, foods fine but people are rude

    Location is closed. There is a sign on the door that they did not pay rent for months and just left and disappeared. Just hope that whatever food they served before they left, was still safe...

    Poor customer service. They forgot to bring stuff, didn't clear the dirty dishes, didn't ask how was the food, didn't refill the tea didn't bring napkins. The bathroom is filthy. The sushi is ok, that's why I gave 2 stars, not 0.

    It was one of not many Disappointment from sushi all you can eat restaurants. For money you spend the menu is very limited poor but quality is good . Forget the unlimited soft drink refill. Can of canada dry 1.95$ . I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO VISIT THIS " Restaurant"

    I have been ordering from Maple Sushi (Disera location) for many many years. Today, only half the order arrived. Half of our family was left without food. Their manager (Vanni) suggested that I should drive over in the rain to pick up the rest or get a credit. I told them that was not acceptable. I asked them to deliver the rest of my meal (that had already been paid for). She refused. I told Vanni that if she did not make it right, I would not be ordering from them ever again and that I would be putting my experience on line. She wouldn't budge. So much for good customer service. So much for caring about keeping customers.

    We'll, where do I start? Was excited about this place offering Chinese dishes alongside sushi. Ordered deep fried calamari with salt and spicy pepper. Got deep fried calamari, no salt and no spicy pepper. Was intrigued by Walnut Shrimps since I never saw this fish anywhere. Got battered shrimp in mayo, with 6 walnuts thrown on top. Silly me - was expecting a walnut sauce of sorts. Coconut shrimps had a coating - coconut it was not. Ordered Tuna tartar and received a mound of rice with a thin layer of tuna on top. If you're after mediocre food, weird dishes that make no sense, and are impressed by low prices (which I now know why they're low) then this is the perfect place for you.

    So the food here is decent for an AYCE place. In truth, this is not something I wanted to post since I've been coming here for a long time. Unfortunately, the issue here is with the staffing and organization of the kitchen. If you order the kitchen items, you'll be fine. However when it comes to anything that comes from the sushi section, good luck. Prepare to wait at least 30 minutes for anything having to do with sushi. The reason is, they prioritize take out orders over restaurant orders. I've watched I dont know how many sushi orders for take out get fulfilled only for the entire dining section to receive less than 5 total sushi orders for 6 tables. Its the case today, and its the case last Saturday as well. I understand that take out has volume. However, why open the dining room if you're only going to staff the sushi section with two people during dinner rush time on a weekend. I dont believe I will be back after today, simply put even though the food is decent, I don't see the point in going to a sushi restaurant that has trouble fulfilling its sushi orders.

    Ordered a la carte from this place so many times and the salmon is always good. Went to eat all you can eat once august 15th. Salmon had a weird smell and had white hair on it. Notified waitress politely, and told chef to taste one. They threw it away and no apology at all. I can understand the no ice cream (ran out).
