    Quick-in, quick out in the early morning. At the OnRoute before leaving the GTA up north on the Hwy 400. Tim Hortons appears to have the longest line. But order from the mobile app and you can skip the queue when it’s accepting orders. Got my order of milk tea exactly as specified.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. It took over a half hour to get 3 bagels and 2 drinks going through the drive thru. The woman working the window looked like she had no idea what she was doing. Better training needs to be done here.

    Unfortunately this en route exploits its employees on top of the outrageous pricing... The bathrooms are reasonably clean and the hours are reasonable as well, but that doesn't make the exploitation of labor and the government contract that this franchisee or ownership is profiting from acceptable.

    This place is trash: Speed, quality, care… they do not care at all. I try them once in awhile because of the lack of options on the highway. I wish McDonalds still dominated the 400 hwy or at least get a whole new team in this Tim Hortons. These guys never fail to let you down with slowest Tim Hortons experience and always a messed up order. The staff here is so rude, painfully slow, mistakes every time, always confused and don’t understand you when you’re ordering. They guess at what you order I swear… just exhausting.

    Ordered iced capp, creamy chill and some donuts at the drive thru. Attendant at the checkout window took too long to show up, and when they handed us our order, the drinks were already too melted and the donuts were all put in one bag, sitting on top of each other. Attendant at the window also was chatting with colleagues and didn't seem to have a sense of urgency while cars are piling up at the drive thru.

    This place did not even deserve a single star when I was here…..over half hour line up just to get a coffee! 👎🏼👎🏼 One person taking & filling the order while their colleagues were in the back doing what!? Definitely not helping customers!! Never stopping at this Tim Hortons ever again! 👎🏼👎🏼

    Ordered potato wedges with some other things and they came out cold and soggy. Asked the woman to replace them with fresh ones but she won't listen, then a guy appeared out of nowhere and said "that's all we got" with a startling abruptness. This explains the 2.3 rating on google. Took my money back and left immediately, and would never be back for such "exceptional" service.

    I worked for Tim's for 2 years. When a customer asks for less ice, I give them a well filled cup with less ice. I asked for less ice in my blackberry yuzu quencher and recieved a large amount of ice. Upon receiving the drink I waited for the team member to finish serving the next customer and asked if I could have my drink remade with less ice. She informed me that it would taste differently but if I wanted it with less ice, she would oblige. What I received was a very sad excuse for a drink. The line was long so I didn't want to hold people up any longer, I accepted my drink and left unsatisfied. Here is the picture. Unacceptable.

    Came here on my way home from university one night at around 11pm. Ordered a grilled cheese with bacon, and was given a cold grilled cheese that had no bacon and the cheese was not even melted. I then waited at an open window for about five minutes with multiple employees walking by and not saying anything or even acknowledging me, until someone came to the window and I told them it was cold and not done properly. They finally corrected it. Service is horrible and slow, acted like it was my fault that I did not want to eat a cold grilled cheese.

    Saturday at 1:00pm, 25-35 minute wait with 10-15 cars. A few cars waiting only to drive away due to the frustration of waiting. Most Tim's aim for 30-45 second per order, not this one. At least the order was right!

    Friendly staff! I came in during the night and got all my food and drink really fast and fresh too. The boys at the front were extremely nice and the ladies in the back made all my food in a fast and orderly fashion. I will definitely be coming back!

    Stopped here for a treat on the way home and will NOT be doing that again. To begin, we waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes and pulled straight up to the ordering screen upon arrival. Needless to say the line was not that long and definitely did not need to take 15 minutes. Additionally, we asked if they had any powdered timbits (as many locations do not carry them anymore) and after interrupting us MANY times, the lady said yes. When we pulled up to the window, I checked the box and there were no powdered timbits. When I mentioned that I had specifically asked for those, she simply said we don’t have them. Very frustrated as I did repeat myself many times while ordering and would have ordered something else off the menu had I known. Overall, not impressed with this experience.

    Issues with drive thru where 1 Lane was able to place and recieve orders while lane i was in there was nothing but silence. Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before any employees even greeted me to rake order. Do yourself a favour and don't use the drive thru. They were ignoring the line I was in. Next time I'm going to Starbucks.

    She took my order at the speaker with some confusion when I ordered a toasted whole wheat bun with tomato, lettuce and S&P and a medium coffee with almond milk. I asked if everything was okay...no response so I moved forward. First transaction... At window given wrong order and told they owed me money. Given refund. Missing sandwich from my order and then told I owed them money... Second transaction. Waited longer, in an already slow drive thru while they made my sandwich. No apology. Not the service I normally receive at Tim Hortons. Won't be back.

    You waist peoples time. I know people blame employees but i will put this on the ownership of this location. It has to be one of the worst location of tim hortons. Ownership doesn't care about service at this location at night. They under staff this location at night to make more money. I went two nights in a row and both times there was nobody taking the order at drive thru. And if someone does then there is another massive wait time to get your order. People waited in line for 30 MINUTES. THE OWNERSHIP OF THIS LOCATION FAILS. Do yourself a favour, go to another location.

    Possibly the worst Tim’s ever. If you like to wait extra long for the wrong order this is the place. Apparently cream is same thing as milk, never fails.

    Every time I order dream doughnuts through Uber eats delivery, they don't bother to call me to tell me that they don't have any left, so they give me whatever they feel like and charge me full price for the more expensive dream doughnuts. Not impressed at all. It's expensive enough to order through this service, and to get ripped off like this is crazy. It's happened EVERY TIME (4 times in a row), so now I don't order from this location anymore. Poor poor customer service, lack of communication skills, and untrustworthy employees. Raise your game!!

    Slowest service ever. The whole point of stopping at these places is to grab something quick so you can get back on the road. These folks don't seem to understand that. Do yourself a favor pack a lunch or get off the highway and find another place it'll save you time in the long run.

    Absolutely terribly run and disappointing time after time. Don't bother going there at night, especially near closing. For example, last night we went on our way home from the airport. There was a lady there already complaining that they got her drive-thru order wrong. We wanted soup. Even though the menu display shows chicken noodle, they were out of chicken noodle. All they had was cream of broccoli. And I saw the lady scrape out the last dredges from the container for me so it was a gelatinous lukewarm soup when I got it. We also wanted chili. Nope, they were out of chili too. I stood at the counter for several minutes completely ignored by the employees, without any acknowledgement that they had people waiting at the counter to order. They were all rushing around to prioritize the drive-thru orders of course, and didn't even look at the counter until I finally yelled out "Is anybody here?!" Can you at least say "I'll be with you in a moment" or SOMETHING to acknowledge my presence? From what I heard others saying, they kept screwing up people's orders too. Some guy referred to it as a "s show." 100% accurate. Just an absolutely terribly run place, avoid if possible.

    At the drive thru. On Route King City. Ordered sugar twist minus sugar and it was extremely stale. Not impressed Tim’s. Poor quality for the amount you pay for it.

    I bought a Boston Cream cake. It was placed in a paper bag, from which it could only be taken out without the cream - all the cream was smeared on the paper. I consider such actions to be disrespectful to the buyer

    6:30am Wednesday morning. Waited in line watching the small unorganized crew for 30 minutes try to and make peoples orders. I ordered a farmers wrap and 20 timbits, small order, 15 minutes to order, 15 minutes to get the order. The person that took my order put the timbits on the shelf with someone else's order and did not tell me they were mine, of course that person took them and so I had to wait another 5 minutes to get my timbits. While waiting for my order you could tell that there was no communication, people from drive through coming inside to get the rest of their order that was missed. I would avoid this Tim's location and try going somewhere either before or after this en route location.

    The manager/supervisor at this location was very helpful. I had placed an order on the mobile app, but accidentally chose this location while I was downtown. I called and he was patient dealing with me, but ultimately said there was not really anything he could do from his end (their head office said they couldn't do anything either). So the next day I happen to be going to Barrie, so I called again and he remembered me right away and gave me what I had ordered the previous day without any fuss. I appreciate that he willingly helped me out even though it was my mistake and could have chosen to not care or be rude.

    I come through the 400 a lot so I often stop here multiple times I order a heated croissant and its cold and they've also gotten my order wrong or missed something in it.

    Two times longer wait time I waited 25 minutes only six people in the line and they ordered six coffees and it takes 25 minutes then they want to charge extra on top of the order for customer service you know where they can put that

    This review is for the Drive Through at the Enroute on Hwy 400 southbound King City. We sat in the drive through for 27 minutes!!! The person taking the order kept messing up what my husband was ordering and when we got to the window they had Nothing ready, she made him pay then didn’t come back to the window for another ten minutes…yes I counted…worst service Ever at a Tim Hortons

    Terrible service, would give 1-star if I can and Cashiers don’t know what they are suppose to do. I tried paying with the Tim App which they said is acceptable yet they keep telling me Sales Not Exit when I tried to scan and the supervisor person came over and she was like “sorry nothing can be done” as if they expect ME to fix the problem??? It’s obviously your inadequate skills since every other Tim Horton’s has accepted the app transaction with no issue. Really kinda sad given this is a high-traffic spot but their service is making it inconvenient for everyone 🙄

    It's consistently terrible. Very slow. However, the staff haven't been rude. As far as I can tell, they're understaffed for the volume of traffic they get between the walk-ins and the drive through.

    Awful. Compared to other Tim Hortons, OnRoute included, this one is trash. Portions are half what they should be (chicken wrap was 80% tortilla), and tasted so bad I threw most of mine out. Also, both of our drinks were half full.
