It doesn’t make any sense that this branch closes its door for dine-in at 17:00 and the drive thru at 19:00 during the weekends!!

We were waiting in line in an attempt to place an order for 15 Mins. But all that time no progress at all. No one waiting at the counter received any ordered food, no orders were taken. Totally understaffed at 16:30, during a well known busy period. Decided to take our luck at another Raststatte further on-route and leave the waiting line...

Juli 2023: Burger (u.a. Whopper) ausverkauft. Lange Wartezeiten. Nur eine Toilette für alle Besucher - die sah dementsprechend aus... Abholnummer erscheint nicht auf Display - werden nur auf niederländisch aufgerufen. Service unfreundlich und spricht kein Englisch (andere niederländische Besucher haben übersetzt und geholfen). Abschreckendere BK. Nächstes mal lieber nebenliegenden McD.

Die neue Bestelllogik via Display bringt nichts und man wartet genauso lange, als wenn man persönlich eine Bestellung aufgibt. Der Sinn erschließt sich mir nicht. Zudem ist ständig die Papierrolle alle. Und die Mitarbeiter stehen weiterhin unter Druck und vertauschen Bestellungen oder vergessen etwas. Zudem gab es nicht sehr viele Plätze im Außenbereich.

New years eve: was supposed to be open until 19:00, but kicked us out at 18:20.

Disgusting burgers! I almost throw up. It's very bad and very slow service. We waited for more than half an hour to get disgusting burgers. I normally enjoyed BurgerKing, but the BurgerKing veenendaal is very bad!

Waited 1 hour for our two burgers that sat there behind the other 30 orders sitting inside the warmer. Server was more concerned about fixing the broken statiegeld machine than giving customers their food that we all recieved cold. One man was sick of waiting and even requested a refund.

Das Essen war, wie man es in einem Burger King erwartet. Negativ war, das im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss die Tabletablagen voller abgestellter Tablets mit Müll standen und während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gesäubert wurden.

its a small place but has good burgers. it would be nice to have a small enclosed playground for the kids who like it.

My next order in restaurant this week is sadly not fresh and not completed inside. I haven't Chili Cheese Nuggets but of course ive paid for that. Sadly even prepering package in paperbag failed and landed on the floor next to drivethru. Dissapointed

This location is always short staffed and you'll be waiting a long time for your order. Went through the drive thru at 21:30 with 3 cars in front of me and I got my food at 22:05.

Better not to stop at this BK… the burger bread taste like an old one bought at the supermarket, an easy cheeseburger ends up being so dry that you don’t want to finish it, the ice cream is made of water and on top of it, when you ask for drinks without ice cubes, you get them with them. Understandable then to see how empty this place is compared to their competitor on the other side of the highway. Last time for us!

Just your 3very day Burger King, nothing special. Fries bit undercooked...but you see this much more often these days...not very good. Not really bad either. Burger was good.

It is not possible to go to the top floor. Probably because they don't want to clean there :/

Is there a difference in fast food? Yes, they all have their strong and weak points. For me Burger King wins me over every time. The flame grilled burgers and the flexibility to add ingredients make them winners for me. Does this mean I stick to Burger King from now on? No, because unfortunately the others have many more restaurants in the Netherlands. Will I drive a little more sometimes to go to Burger King...Yes....I did today and will probably do that again. My favourites are the Extra long chili cheese and the Chilly cheese nuggets. Is there anyone that's shared my taste? Don't know.....; go and try. You do; let me know. Thank you, René

This on the photo was supposed to be the nex tex burger, as you can see with bunch of staff missing. What's wrong with you ? Why do you even get your salary, when you have no idea what is your MENU. NEVER AGAIN
