THIS PLACE IS AWSOME! I just had a visit before my upcoming study abroad program this fall. The nurse sat down with me and discussed every country and city I was going to and explained all the risk. They as well do not make you feel horrible about yourself if you do not want certain vaccines and respect your decisions, all they want is ti educate you on certain dangers. You will learn a lot about what you need to know before you travel and while you are there, and what to do to stay healthy and as well what to do if you find yourself getting sick. Definitely recommend visiting if you have any health concerns before leaving the country!

I had the most wonderful experience at Passport Health! My nurse Eileen was able to walk me through exactly what was needed for my upcoming trip to Africa! They truly streamlined the process of getting all the necessary vaccines prior to travel! I would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling internationally!

Eileen was very helpful and provided us with information we needed for our trip. This was not the first time at Passport Health, and each time we received excellent information.

Great place and Nurse Edwards was hugely helpful, provided all the services I needed. I was traveling for work, and she agreed to fill in the form I needed even though she didn't know me previously. Only downside was it's a bit pricy, though convenient to have vaccines and other meds (eg malaria prophylaxis) available immediately. If you're not sure insurance will cover everything, I'd recommend go early before your trip if possible, so you can get any drugs from a pharmacy where they may be cheaper.

Excellent experience! My nurse was very pleasant and friendly. She thoroughly explained what travel shots were recommended and why. And, the shots didn’t hurt! (Yeahhh)

The travel nurse was very knowledgeable but let me make my own decisions in the end as to what vaccines I should or shouldn’t have. She gave me a lot of information to take back as well. Very much appreciated it.

Wonderful experience. Definitely feels like premium services. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and kind. They very much cared about my well being and having a good trip. Little pricier than going to a public health place for shots but you are paying a little more for the expertise and help.

Staff was fantastic, gave lots of details around what vaccines were available and the information needed for me to make the decisions on which to get based on my trip. Professional and premium service, vaccine administration was painless! Highly recommended

They explained all of my options, were not pushy about what vaccines I needed and were very pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic experience! Nurses were incredibly informed and very helpful when discussing which vaccines and medication would be helpful on my trip. They were honest and told me which medications I could avoid and it helped me save on costs.

This place is a must visit before any out of the country trip! They are so knowledgeable and not pushy if you do not necessarily want a vaccine, but will tell you the facts. They send you home with so much information to reference back during your trip. Highly highly recommend going before an out of country trip. I feel way more safe and prepared for my Thailand trip in 2 weeks.

Excellent staff! First time traveling abroad and I had a lot of questions & insecurities. Eileen is a seasoned nurse - she gave me a proper overview of what I could expect. I appreciated her calm demeanor - she was honest & open about what I needed and what I didn't. Great experience!

Next time I'll save my money and trust in my own knowledge and research, which is not hard to find online. Most travel clinics just agglomerate and print out info. that's already available on the CDC and various travel websites. Try to see your primary care doc first if you trust him/her to get preliminary info. You might need to go to Passport or somewhere similar just to get non-routine shots (but also look around, because might be $30-40 cheaper at major pharmacies, when they have them), but I would save your money and choose something else. Glenbrook Hospital has a travel clinic with a cheaper office visit fee and more knowledgable staff.

I had an amazing experience with nuse Janet Landry. She was helpful with answering all of my questions and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I feel confident that I know how to stay healthy on this trip.

Very easy to schedule. No wait upon arrival. Super kind staff. Deep knowledge of needs for country of travel, and vaccines available upon consult.

Eileen, hopefully I spelled that correctly, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Went through all of the details of the immunizations based on my specific medical history and trip plans. She also had a very light hand when it came to administering the shots.

They were ready as soon as I walked in, all the info I needed was pulled up on the screen, it was a clean facility, the whole appointment was quick and easy. Eileen worked with me- she was friendly, organized, and informative.
