Hello it seems that courtesy and friendliness is not the strong point of the two saleswomen today at 6:00 p.m. customer coming with a stroller they look at me and don't even help me open the door then take two steps to the level from the store the second one in the distance looks. I left as a loyal customer very disappointed with this lack of know-how.

I find it to be one of the best boutiques in Versailles. The team is super professional and the store is always well maintained... Given the world it must not always be easy. Well done and thank you for us. It’s always great to come and enjoy Versailles promotional shopping.

very bad reception. The young saleswoman, not at all professional , she doesn't say hello at the entrance to the store. She introduces herself to the few customers present at the store to offer them offers except for me. When I make the remark to her she justifies her behavior by saying I'm not perfect... a lost loyal customer. Nathalie.

I recommend for the choice of articles but no commercial gesture was granted to me even though the article had a large stitch. I bought it anyway because it was the last one but I have to do some sewing at home. I was asked to order it, to go and look in another store... even though I don't have much time. I finally leave with an item to repair purchased at full price! A small gesture would have been welcome, not very nice...

J'aime beaucoup ce magasin et les articles qu'ils proposent mais je trouve dommage que l'on ne trouve pas de taille 46 en magasin. Tout comme les petites tailles, j'aimerais avoir l'article de suite au lieu d'attendre une à deux semaines. J'apprécie avoir le ticket dématérialiser et la disponibilité des vendeuses, ainsi que leur amabilité.
