There
is
no
way
I'm
going
back,
I
didn't
like
the
place
at
all.
My
father
booked
the
Hotel,
I
thought
it
was
decent...
when
I
got
there
I
was
shocked
!
First
of
all,
some
random
technical
problem
happened
to
the
system
which
I
was
really
upset
about
but
it
was
clear
that
it
wasn't
the
Hotel's
fault
however,
the
way
that
one
of
the
staffed
treated
my
family
was
outrageous,
as
a
student
that
is
studying
Travel
and
Tourism,
that
costumer
service
was
beyond
poor
-
I
have
no
words.
The
reception
looked
okay,
not
bad
for
a
1
star
hotel
however,
the
toilets
could
have
been
much
more
cleaner,
they
should
have
cleaned
the
beds
and
get
new
sheets
as,
they
were
full
of
holes
and
the
white
sheets
were
stained,
the
floor
is
stained
as
well.
Going
back
to
the
toilets,
I've
never
been
to
a
hotel
that
their
toilet
is
separate
from
the
sink,
which
the
sink
was
in
our
dorms,
so
from
finishing
doing
your
business
you
have
to
go
back
to
your
dorm
to
wash
your
hands...
There
was
no
soap
in
the
majority
of
the
toilets,
I
had
to
go
to
the
shower
and
get
soap
from
there,
the
showers
are
nasty,
(They
wash
it
every
day
but
not
properly)
therefore,
I'm
thinking
that
they
throw
water
in
there
and
think
its
cleaned...
In
the
positive
side,
there'
s
a
Mcdonalds
just
out
side
with
a
pizza
place,
lots
of
free
parking,
children
can
come,
there's
a
smoking
area,
you
can
have
breakfast
in
the
morning,
but
you
have
to
pay
for
it,
you
can
use
the
microwave
next
to
the
'canteen'.
There's
WIFI,
but
I
suggest
that
you
have
your
own
as
it
is
really
slow
but
you
can
still
use
it,
apart
from
this,
this
hotel
need
a
big
Improvement,
I
know
you
cannot
improve
the
bathrooms
as
in
changing
the
sinks
and
so
on,
but
at
least
having
soap
available,
towels
too,
even
though
they
don't
provide
towels
and
this
was
clear
from
the
reception
as
I
saw.
Overall,
This
was
my
first
and
last
time
going
to
that
place,
never
going
again
even
if
someone
pays
me
to
stay
there,
I
would
prefer
to
go
to
Ibis
hotel
that
is
right
at
the
front,
(but
I
haven't
been
there
so
I
don't
have
a
clue
how
the
inside
part
looks
like).
And
the
reason
why
I
didn't
transfer
was
because
as
I
said,
my
father
was
the
one
that
paid
for
the
stay
and
I
didn't
really
stay
for
long
to
pay
for
another
room,
just
making
this
clear.
Ps,
I'm
still
grateful,
just
want
to
make
my
point
of
view
across
and
I
may
be
speaking
on
the
behalf
of
many
costumers.
Don't
take
it
as
an
offence,
just
a
17
year
old
trying
to
help
out
the
situation
as
I
wouldn't
want
complains
after
complains.
