I review tons of pizza joints and Donato's can make a very good pie. I had the Founders Favorite and it was really good. Banana peppers provided the perfect amount of kick. The pepperoni was great, but the sausage was just ok. Sauce / crust were good, no complaints there at all. I ordered right after an annoying lady complained, but the very friendly lady working the counter bounced right back after dealing with the obnoxious customer and was just really nice. The order was ready nice and quick, which was great after travelling all day. I also got the cinnamon bread, which was delightfully sweet. Definitely not good for my waistline, but it was yummy and I recommend it! Keep up the good work Donato's, I'll be back next time I'm in town!

used to come here, not anymore. this place has been terribly inconsistent the last few weeks. Will likely never come again. I would always place an order online to a scheduled pickup time then we would wait about 30-40minutes at the store to get our pizza just to get an undercooked pizza. The staff didn't start cooking it until we arrived. The staff is full of teenage boys goofing off in the back and messing up my pizza.

Their pizza has a delicious unique flavor 😋The best pepperoni flatbread pizza in Birmingham! I had it the last time I was in town in 2021 and I had to get it again. See you next time Donatos!

Excellent pizza We ordered the all Veggie pizza with extra cheese.m, delicious. The service was impeccable and their restaurant was super clean. Nice restrooms as well. Thanks Donatos

Has the best pizza around and I love the thin crust but you can get the thicker crust. Always good customer service and happy delivery people.

The pizza is amazing, but watch out for the girl working the counter. She was so mad that I didn’t tip on a take out option she wouldn’t say another word to me and was back on Facebook on her phone before the transaction was completed. Her anger got the attention of the man eating in there and we exchanged “yikes” looks on my way out.

We drive an hour to eat at Donato's because it is just that good. Our order is always perfect, and their newly renovated interior looks fantastic. Great service and very clean, too.

It's Been a Long Time since I been here, I just had to Bring my Kids Here on Friday 06/02/2023 Because I wanted my Little Boy to try something other than Little Caesars Pizza, and He Loved it Especially the way the Pizza is cut into Squares and the Special Sauce on the Pizza!!! Thank You!!

First time coming here Clean, fast service and good food! We got sweet Thai chili boneless wings, calzone bacon ham , personal pizzas and everything was great

Tried this place a couple of times and it is very consistent, really good pizza and wings. Dustin the manager is very attentive and makes sure your order is always correct and pick up has never taken longer than it shows when you order. Heard it’s locally owned, always a fan to support local. So far tried the veggie pizza hand tossed and cheese pizza thin crust, Thai wings and a spicy rub wings. Garlic bread is a must. All three times was very good. Highly recommend.

Ordered through Uber eats food was burnt and had a hair on it. The manager was rude

The owner is tremendous, talk to the manager that was there, the boss had already left the owner had already left so he was the manager on duty, that guys tremendous you know, when you have successful people around your business... Nobody asked my opinion but I'm giving it anyway.... If your business is failing or you are failing to make money, then look at your people. It's best that you cut 90% of those people and fire them immediately because you've got 10% of the good ones doing a hundred percent of the work and you're paying the extra 90% to do nothing, so keep the good ones get rid of the bad ones because when you have successful people who want to be successful than your business will be successful and doesn't matter how you look at it.

Second time this has been catered and delivered for work event. The pizza is good. I love the thinner crust. Wings are average.
