    Someone seriously needs to fire the manager or whoever she is at this place, or just DO NOT let her work the ordering/window. Probably one of the rudest fast food employees to exist. Constantly cuts you off, yells at you if you repeat yourself and if you don’t speak fast enough she cuts off her mic and walks away for a few minutes like she’s putting you in time out or something???? She’s definitely losing this store money for sure cause she cuts off your order and doesn’t want you to keep adding items on cause it’s an inconvenience to her. 0/10 recommend this location.

    Went to the drive through because I was in a hurry. Waited almost 20 minutes on my food. Pulled up to get the kids food situated before driving again and one of my kids nuggets were missing from their kids meal. Tried to go inside to get it fixed but the doors were locked at 2:00pm. Went back through the line and while waiting another 15-20 minutes we noticed that one of our sandwiches was also incorrect. When we finally got to the window, the lady (not the original one who helped us) all but threw the nuggets we were missing to us and I explained that the Big Mac we'd ordered was also wrong. She told us to "PULL UP" to which I politely declined. We'd already waited almost 40 minutes so I was not pulling up to wait any longer. I told her to forget the burger and just give me my money back and she proceeded to yell "WELL YOU STILL GONNA HAVE TO PULL UP".. To which I again, declined. We waited about 5 more minutes and she had another employee (the original one) bring my refund to me and she apologized secretly like she was afraid to be heard apologizing by the rude cashier. PATHETIC EXCUSE for a "FAST" food restaurant!!

    The picture speaks for me. Restaurant only offers drive-thru right now. But on the door, it had a sign stating the dining room is open during 7am - 11am. When I tried to talk to manager about my breakfast I was told I couldn't come in. So I had to get in my car, back in the drive thru line (long line) and waited another 15-20 minutes. I'm an unsatisfied customer😩! I won't be going back.

    On our way back to Texas we stop to get breakfast, WORST experience ever at this location. The color lady was so rude to us like she was racist! Waited to order like 5 minutes at the drive thru. When finally I was ordering I asked for 2 extra plates and forks so my kids could share their pancakes. She didn’t gave us our total just said pull up. There was no one at the 1st window so we go to the next and nobody was there either. Finally she opens the window with our order in hand and my husband gives her the credit card and I start checking the order and I don’t see the extra plates so I ask her and she said “she don’t give them out” and my husband said “I’ll buy them then” and she goes “no we don’t do that” I was like “we get extra plates always at other McDonald’s” and I had asked for a large cup of water and I thought I was gonna get it and she just walk away! When we left I realized she didn’t give me syrup for the pancakes and my orange juice was so watered down and we didn’t even get the receipt 😡😤 I had to look in my bank activity to get location of this place!

    After i paid for my meal at the first window before i pulled off the cashier muttered “You’re welcome!” Very rudely and sarcastically towards me. I work in customer service as well and definitely did not expect that. Usually a customer expects a “Thank You for choosing McDonalds” “Thank you have a nice day” a simple “Thank you” or a simple “Have a nice day”. Even a “pull to the next window” would’ve been okay. But instead i was met with rudeness and aggressiveness. I understand that good help is hard to find in the midst of a pandemic where a lot of people are choosing not to work and are okay with just getting by. But that was just very unnecessary.

    Repeatedly experience significantly slower service than other McDonalds. Have never received ketchup without asking. Have never been asked if I want cream or sugar with my coffee, and they won’t include it if you don’t speak up. Most workers are nice, but one was not.

    Kiosk ordering only. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Our order was wrong. The soda fountain had no working flavors. The employees knew it and refused to fill our drinks from behind the counter. She claimed they didn’t have a soda machine back there. Please explain how they fill drive through drinks without a soda machine in the back. Of course they have one back there! Insulting and ridiculous. We saw the bad reviews, but I thought to myself, how bad can it be. Trust me. It’s bad. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

    We couldn't even order our food. We waited 5 minutes at the menu board after the lady took the order in front of us. She said hold on one minute and never came back. All the cars including us never got service. We left with our family of 6, empty handed. It would have been about $70.00 worth of food that we would have ordered. This McDonald's is by far the worst service we have ever receive because we were ghosted! Never coming back.

    We went through the drive thru and I gave them my McDonald's app drive thru code which was linked to my credit card for payment. When we got to the window they said we had no code so my son paid with his credit card. I checked my credit card online and sure enough they changed me too. So not only are prices up, service down but we were double billed too.

    To be fair, I order through a 3rd party delivery app so there’s a chance it wasn’t McDonald’s fault buuut… 45 minutes after my order was confirmed, McDonalds reported they had finally completed my order & it was ready for pick-up. The delivery driver was already there, picked up the order, & within 5 minutes had delivered the order. Yet the mocha frappe & strawberry smoothie were nearly entirely melted. Every single food item was lukewarm to cold temperature, almost as if the order had been completed long before it was sent for delivery.

    The breakfast drive through wait time is ridiculous. Also, with two lanes of drive through, they should make a better effort of making sure the lanes take turns. It's frustrating to see cars that arrived after you getting to order while you literally sit at the speaker.

    Stopped here on my way home. Got the bundle double cheese Burger and fries, no drink. Excellent value, just what I needed to feel full.

    Paid for two meals and when I got home I realized they left the fries out. I checked the receipt and I definitely paid for them. They won’t answer the phone either.

    I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged me during that time. Finally a man asked me if I needed to order and I said yes. He said I had to order at the kiosk. By the time he bothered to tell me there was someone at the kiosk and only 1 was working. There are credit card readers at the registers so I know they have the capability to take orders at the register. I went in because the drive through line was long and my husbands blood sugar crashed. He was in trouble and needed to eat quickly. I will never go to this McDonalds again. Thank goodness Dunkin’ Donuts was next door and had good customer service.

    This is a McDonalds. The food is typical and served by zombie people on a good day and rude ones on a bad. They do, however, let you play a game every time you go through the drive-through. It's called " Who's order did I get, today." I'll give you a hint: only 1 out of 10 times will you get what you ordered. But it's fast food, so.....

    Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I would give -1 star if I could. I went there and was in line for almost 30 MINUTES! Once they actually started to take my order, which the customer service was not good one bit, they randomly stopped taking my order. I finally got my order. Also not to mention all the other bad experiences there. Long lines, randomly locked doors, rude employees, etc. Absolutely terrible.

    I usually avoid this location at all costs due to subpar food and service. I just gave them another chance despite all the poor past experiences over the years, and I will never be back again after getting stale/stiff bread on my burger. This location gets a bad rep for a reason. It’s slow and the food sucks.

    The staff here essentially refuse to perform their basic duties in what is a low functioning McDonald’s at best. They demonstrate racial discrimination, abusive and dismissive tactics and refuse to recognize the humanity of their customers. Never go here unless you are looking to be treated worse than an animal.

    The attitude of some of the employees is deployable. Going through the drive thru should be the easiest experience. Not for me to get to the order station and the employee acts as though I can see them. Which left us sitting in silence. Being rude just because you can is not good for the customer service business.

    I should give this location zero stars for service. I sat in the drive thru for about 3-4 minutes and said hello several time before some came on and acknowledged my presence by saying "one moment" I waited another 2 minutes then left. Greay way to loose customers.Very poor customer service.

    I have been to the drive through multiple times over the years. They are consistently out of common items, such as coffee or ice-cream. When asking about the availability of and items in the drive through they are really short and rude about it, even to the point of cutting me off and going to the next customer. very poor customer service

    I was in the drive thru and I was waiting. An employee came to me next and then said wait and went to the other drive thru. I asked her why she did that and she said he was next. I told her he wasn’t, because he was not. She said “wait I am getting someone else to take your order”. Very rude. Very bad customer service. I drove off without ordering.

    I pass this McDonald’s pretty regularly and stop sometimes for breakfast or lunch, and it’s a really solid location. The food is typically fresher than some other locations, and the employees here are really nice.

    People standing in line and staff didn't acknowledge them and when they did they weren't very personable at all as if we were bothering them. The soda machine only had coke and no other flavor. One customer asked for a big breakfast and staff told him they're serving lunch and the customer stated it's 10:20. They fixed his meal and he sent it back because his eggs looked terrible. My family and I will never visit this place again.

    I eat here often for breakfast because it is very convenient, fast, and the employees are nice. I rarely eat here for supper, but I did last week. I had the chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. Not Chick-fil-A good, but it was ok.

    Didn't put cheese on my quarterponder didn't know I had to ask for it I'm 53 years old ,and have never had to ask for cheese on a quarter pounder, and then mine was raw in the middle ! Would not take our order they told me to use the kiosk, not very good customer service !

    I reviewed this McDonald’s five years ago and gave it 4 stars. Today, it’s not worth one star. There is no customer service, they do not double check the orders before throwing them at you, and they raise their voice at customers with resentful attitudes. Seriously, if you’re starving, roll the dice. Otherwise, lower your expectations and prepare yourself for a headache. Please don’t confuse this McDonald’s with the one on Hwy 31 in Vestavia, they are terrific at serving our community.

    First McDonald's I've been to in a long time and food was fresh. Cheese was actually melted on the burgers. Fries were fresh out the grease. A lil too much salt but good when dusted off.
