Fast Food? more like Slow Food 😪 the team's morale is non-existent and it shows.

Good food and service received. Fast order and pick up times.

The only good is that like in other burger King restaurants you can refill your drink as many times as you want, the burger are bad and even the drinks taste weird, this cola doesn't taste like regular cola. Do not recommend

Good service and quality

I have used this 'restaurant' a few times now and have never had a 'good dining experience' there. Waiting times have always been excessive and orders are put together peacemeal with the food and drinks being left in bags on the side while other elements of the order are prepared or other customers orders are completed. The net result, every meal I have had has never been hot. On one occasion, a coffee had been left so long it was actually cold. I noticed on my last visit that many customers use the drive through facility, the drive through gets priority service, and they then park and use the restaurant tables! Yes, Covid19 has made life difficult for retail establishments but my last visit, and it will be my last, it took over half an hour to get a bag of slightly warm chips and cheeseburgers for two.

dont ask for the beyond burger , nobody eats it in portugal so i had wait for 30 min before they found it.To discover that the burger was rockhard and black from grilling to long. If you order on the screen you have to wait 2 times longer than when you order at the counter.Organisation is a complete drama in this place.

Totem makes self ordering easier. Loved it.

Clean and tidy + I was well attended

I left after waiting for 38 minutes. In this time there were maybe 5 clients helped with food, of whom two got the wrong order. And 30 more in que. By far the worst service I have seen at a burgerking anywhere.

Worst drive through ever. Almost waiting for just one cone. Their staffs don't do anything just talking even inside the restaurant always i saw everyone is waiting for their orders. Poorely managed Burger King. I read so many reviews all are bad reviews. I think they don't care about that.

Absolute Katastrophe. Die Angestellten sind mehr als langsam. Zahlautomat funktioniert nicht. Bei 2 Gästen im Lokal 10min. an der Kasse gewartet und dann weitere 30 auf das Essen. Nie wieder!!! War 4x in diesem Restaurant und wartete jedes mal mindesten über 20 min. Obrigado

Dieser Burgerking hat das Label Schnellrestaursnt nicht verdient. Ich musste selten solange auf meine Bestellung warten.

No gravy, or potato / macaroni salada. And the chicken fingers aren't done like the chicken. menu is different from the American one.

Every time I come here, because it is near my house, I wait all the time no less than 15min!!! It is incredible how drive thru is so so slowly! They should go to MacDonalds and learn how a drive thru works!!!! I just don’t go every time to MacDonald because is far away otherwise I will choose for sure go there!!! Very very sow delivery at this BurguerKing!!!!!

Slow and stealer like service. Waited more than 20 minutes at the drive thru for two ice creams and I was charged + 74 cents for a bag that wasn't included.

This isn't fast food at all, it's slow food instead, waiting more than 30 minutes it's ridiculous

Typical burger king, got what i paid for

Well, covid is in town, so ... but the vegetarian one was out of stock, so the kid and wife had dinner :)

Much better than McDonald's, burgers have much more flavor and the range of the menu is fantastic. Waiting times are longer than average but that's what happens with a popular place!
