Used to be good now a scam owned business You pay so much to get basically nothing and staff so rude

Normally I don’t write reviews on google but today I can’t stop myself. Bought a chicken kebab with a small meal, paid $20 (which is ridiculous), but still I was expecting a decent kebab, and I got a chicken kebab like a hot dog, too small. Hard to take of the foil from the bread. Chips are like they fried in chicken salt, had to throw them in the bin. Value for money big zero Taste big zero Don’t have option for 0 stars otherwise would like to give them big zero.

Would give a score of 0 stars if possible. Hubby arrived to place an order, staff member had earphones on and back to the counter. Couldn’t get his attention, after 5 minutes left empty handed. Might want to make sure the staff are actually doing their jobs if you plan on making any money. Very disappointing.

THE WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER I am a food and beverage venue manager of 5 years and I am of ethnic background, I know exactly how I want my food. I have a HSP with lettuce tomato onion and tabouli. I have had that exact order 5-10 times from this shop before as we’ll as many other shops and never has it been an issue. I have always been served by the same staff member here and it has never been an issue, the staff member even tried it once! Today a staff member I have never seen who made me wait while he crushes boxes for a few minutes told me to get a open kebab after I asked for my order he that told me I don’t understand what a HSP is. I explained no this is what I want and that it had never been an issue before. The person than blew up stating he was the owner and asked me to leave the store.... when I left I could hear him making fun of my order to other people in the store who were not impressed by the owners actions. This man is a absolute disgrace to the food service industry

Absolutely not worth paying the full amount. No communication at all. I placed my order at 7.11pm and got a text from eat now that the food should arrive by 8.25pm which I understood busy time etc.. But the food didn't arrive until 9.10pm. Some lady came and said she couldn't find Clyde north in GPS. I was like you shouldn't be delivering if you don't know where Clyde north is. The chips soggy and taste less. The kebab cold and the pita hard... There is no communication called up the place at 8.30pm the phone was switched off when the kitchen closes at 9pm. Not pleased with the result at all. The least they can do is update their customers

The value seems good. Quality not quite as good as others and the size is smaller than usual. Certainly worth a try if you like this style of food and the variety of different sauces and combinations is really extensive. Staff are usually friendly and efficient too.

Looked at the reviews and thought we would try just to see. We had their hotdog kabab range one of each and I can't say enough how disappointed we were unfortunately the bad reviews are justified the meal was basically not edible. These people need to redo their menu use better quality ingredients and learn how to cook. After trying their food you have to wonder whether any of them has actually tasted what they are serving up. I've had bad food before but personally this one takes the cake. I will not be returning And I don't like giving bad reviews but I can only hope they start listening to their reviews and do something positive to turn their business around.

Great kebabs, the chips are awesome. Always good service.

I got a reg hsp and honestly this was barely filled, $14 for this! It tasted nice, but super stingy on the serving size. Disappointing because it was delicious, won't be going back, not worth the money. Such a shame as the owner/worker was a nice guy.

Got a small hsp for 14$, what i got in 14$ check the image. Seriously stop ripping off people, on name of chicken i got only 50 g

Never have I ever been to a kebab shop, that genuinely weighs their meat. Between the kebab sizes and Hsp sizes if you watch the person make the food they put it on a scale and measure weight 🤦🏼‍♂️ This is quite embarrassing especially since pricing is pricer then other kebab shops and the meat is portioned by grams ( and defiantly is very very little meat) for what your paying compared to other kebab shops in area

Waste of money. Taste not recommended. Chicken was just taken out of a fridge and then grilled on the plate. Chips were oily and soggy. Sauce was cheap

Mixed up the order even though the small receipt printed on the kebab wrap was right. Not going back again. Also that guy doesn't know how to speak with customers. Asked for some extra sauce and he was hopeless!

These people need to learn to clear their message bank. Can never get through to make an order over the phone. It beats waiting for ages to get your order, mind you, you still have to wait a long time even when you do order over the phone.

I tried this shop to check if the 1 star reviews are real. It's REAL! he wasn't so rude but dont want to talk to customers.
