The reception team are great at there job, nothing is to much trouble, friendly staff and this place is a dream to stay at. Brand new hotel with little to no teething problems. The rooms are massive with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. (WOW) really comfortable pillows and perfect softness. Great bath/shower with all your basic amenities taken care of. Ginormous TV, safe, and lounge area. Breakfast is great with a good spread of Continental fresh food. Meats, fresh fruits, smoothies, juice and also available is a hot option of sausages, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and beans. The staff make this place and everyone that I’ve interacted with has been just wonderful. They are super friendly and willing to do anything. This is by far one the best IHG hotels I’ve stayed in.

Stayed at the voco Vienna Prater for 3 nights in late November. The location was very convenient to transportation via bus and metro. The rate we paid included the breakfast buffet which was very good. There was a nice selection of foods from which to choose. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice and friendly. On one of the days housekeeping did not clean our room and did not give us clean towels. The staff at the front desk were not particularly friendly nor helpful. I requested more black tea, cream, and sugar for the room and did not receive any at the time of my first request. The next day I tried again, and finally received what I had asked for previously along with clean towels after trying on three separate occasions. The room itself was very nice. However, the heating in the room got too hot. I had to open the bedroom window to help cool the room down so I could sleep at night.

This is a newly opened hotel so not everything is complete. When I checked in the staff had difficulty finding my reservation. Finally they found me but my room was not ready. I waited in a comfortable lobby while deciding what to do in the city. After about an hour I was given a room.The room was beautiful and with a bed just right with plenty of pillows and soft bedding. My room was on the second floor facing the street but even with my window open it was quiet. What was missing were washcloths for the bathroom and lotion. The breakfast was included with the hotel stay and it was very good. I enjoyed the coffee machine and the hot breakfast and delicious croissants. The staff were friendly and helpful making suggestions of restaurants in the area. There is a Billi grocery across the street. To get to the City center it is advisable to take a taxi or Uber or even the metro. It is too far to walk.

Brand new hotel with big and clean rooms. All the staff are so friendly and they always smile. Breakfast is great with a lot of delicious and different foods. Easy to access all the city, and very near to public transport.

What a great experience we’ve had over the span of 7 days. The location of the hotel is just excellent, 3 min walk from the tube station. The neighborhood has everything you might need (food, pharmacy etc). The service from the reception staff was outstanding. Can't speak highly enough, they were so warm and friendly. The communication via email was excellent too, explaining about what to expect, check in and check out times along with other services and at what cost. Very clear and concise! The service staff were 1st rate. Helpful, always with a smile and willing to talk and engage. Their attention to detail in the rooms regarding cleanliness was also outstanding. The room was exactly as shown online both with the view and decor. The food was great, fresh, well cooked and presented. The breakfast buffet has selection of food for all tastes. Highly recommended!

I had a very lovely experience staying at the voco Vienna Prater hotel. The hotel itself is very modern and its interior contemporary and stylish. The staff was always helpful and pleasant in communication, and they were kind enough to get my room ready before noon on my arrival as I had an early morning flight coming in. The room was clean and well-equipped, the bed comfy and spacious. The business nature of my trip dictated the hotel location choice, however, I was able to get to the more touristy/central areas of the city quickly thanks to the close proximity to the metro. I highly recommend this hotel!

We were really pleased with our stay in this hotel. The staff was professional, courteous and always smiling. Our room was clean, spacious and cozy. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast is our highlight here - it was superb! We were greeted each morning by Johna with an enthusiastic tone and warm smile. She’s very helpful and recommended the „Ei Benedict / Eggs Benedict” and Boris from the kitchen always prepared it really good. Overall, I would say that this is a very nice hotel. The customer service from the front desk, F&B, and the housekeeping was indeed good. Great team!
