I went to watch a match France vs Morocco during the World Cup , the manager was extremely rude and unpleasant with me as I was sitting in an empty table without reservation, it is ok to say it in a normal way instead of being unprofessional and talk to customers as if they were bothering her. Also she was berating her staff in front of everyone which made us and the staff very uncomfortable. I used to like this bar but as long as she’s working there I would not come back nor my friends. Good luck to the staff whom they do a great job and have to deal with a nightmare like her.

Unbelievable how they treat their customers! Would not recommend this place especially for watching football!!! We had a reservation for 6 people and got a table for 2. Furthermore they switched off the TV before the end of the game! Even one star is too much for this place - I‘m not gonna come back!

Depends on what you need from them. As a pub it may be fine, as a venue for a party to rent it's okay I guess - somebody dropping their beer on the floor won't be a big issue with the state that it is in, this might be good for your thing. They also try to sell themselves as a stage for cabaret and theatre, it is NOT usable for this.

A fantastic bar, was here a Friday and the live music was so cool that I will definitely come again. The staff was very polite and friendly. The only part that needs improvements is the interior that was too old.

Been to Irish Pubs all my life. Been to this one for the first time to meet some friends. Never has any irish blasted the same 10 song this loud ever before. It got very uncomfortable very fast - not a cool experience. Cocktails slightly overprized. Burger was okayish. The fries are the bomb though. All in all ' meh ' experience. Sorry folks.

Total disappointment. Be careful when you book to watch football in this place. I booked 2 days in advance and specifically told them on the phone that i want to watch the champions league match. The table was placed under the tv. I was shocked as i booked for 4 people. I told the guy that how can 4 people watch the game here and he just kept repeating that they are fully booked and if i didn’t want the table no problem because others can take it.

Wow what a special experience we had. We were in the semi-finals of the World Cup, we booked a place in advance. An electrifying atmosphere, great music, wonderful and friendly people. We ordered drinks and chips.

Great pub.live music was amazing and very upbeat. There was a comedy show in the back room which was just as good. The only bad thing was the backroom was warm and not much air flowing but very cool experience!

Fantastic. Came on a Friday to live music playing throughout most of the night. Staff were friendly, fun, and incredibly accommodating. Food is simple but good. Generally a lovely warm atmosphere.

One of my favourites in Vienna. Really good place to watch football - Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga games shown on big screens. Good collection of beers and spirits without being too pretentious. Nice crowd, nothing boisterous. Delicious food. Customer oriented service.

Very nice place to drink some beer and wine, good atmosphere and there are waiters so you don't need to go to the bar

A great cozy pub with lots of seating and frequent live music. Good burgers too, and a decent selection of beer and cider. Unfortunately service can take some time, and some snacks are not a good value. That’s all small annoyances rather than reasons not to come here - give it a try when you’re in the area!

Caveat on this review: I'm not really a bar/pub person but I went for the comedy show taking place in the basement and hung out afterwards for a bit. The food (I had a burger with fries) was delicious and was served rather quickly so I really enjoyed that. But the place was extremely loud with three different football games playing simultaneously plus music plus everyone shouting over one another to be heard. So if that's the experience you're looking for then I'd say it's good place to be the staff were super friendly and the place was clean and drinks were good just wasn't my cup of tea :)

Relatively nice Irish pub, in comparison to others in Vienna. Not the largest selection of draft beers, but at least hop House and Guinness are available on tap, for relatively reasonable prices. Food is also not bad

promised rugby, failed to show it. website says 4 Tvs and Sky sports. we had 1 Tv and not sports. manager shrugged shoulders and was no help. didn’t even get a table even though we reserved days in advance. as south africans in vienna we missed half our game in the finals which was really disappointing. staff is pretty rude. drinks are watered down and staff didn’t care. can’t suggest this pub at all.

Staff was unorganized and rude. We reserved a table days in advance and they had no table prepared. They had to move other guests so we could have a space and then the staff blamed us when the other customers complained. I waited 20min to finally sit down. It took another 20mins until someone took my order. The Aperol spritz was watered down and looked like piss. When I asked if they could add more Aperol, they just held up the bottle and gave me an irritated look. They told us on the phone that they were playing the rugby and that there would be sound. Neither was true. They then had a band play horrible loud music, couldnt hear each other over the sound. It was a horrible experience and the staff were unorganised, rude and couldnt care less about their clientele. Never again.

A place to go if you want to see a stand up comedy, a football game or listen to some live music at the weekend. Fish&chips and beer was also good. Always pretty packed at the weekends.

I suggest you change the menu a bit and increase the food quality. The staff is amazing and nice but i would go to this place again when I only drink but not to eat smth.

Loud music and even louder singing staff. If you like shouting and guessing what your friends are saying, this is your place. The staff was very friendly and nice, trying to make a good atmosphere but it just didn't suit me. Okay drinks, decent beer selection.

There's nice entertainment here, like the comedy nights, but the food is awful (don't try the pulled pork) and the place felt really dirty. Sticky floors on a Tuesday at 7 pm, and the basement is moldy and dank.

Great atmosphere for that traditional pub feel and pub fare. But man has it been disappointing this year. I can't tell whether it's new management or if management is having financial difficulties. I used to go there for familiar staff, variety of sports and events shown, and the pub quiz. Staff turnover has been HUGE!! So nix those friendly faces. Most depressingly, I was a regular pup quiz attendee. They've gotten rid of the grand prize and now require you to use your winnings WITHIN THE WEEK. Who in their right mind would go to this pub multiple times per week for the rotating cast of servers? Tag: pub quiz #pubquiz beware

I came over to see a free comedy event with many talented comedians. It was such a refreshing thing to do after all this time in lockdown, I had a great time! Food and drinks was also very good, and the atmosphere outside was lovely! Prices were a little on the high side but it was worth it for a nice evening.

An international bar in the heart of Vienna We visited on a Friday night and were treated to both a comedy gig and lad be music A very large bar that will cater to most people. Worth checking their social media in advance

Friendly pub with decent selection of drinks. They have small garden and also TV screens for sports events

More a club than a pub. Music at 7:30 in an empty room in the same volume as you'd expect it in a disco. Staff was pretty slow, which was also strange in a completely empty venue. I was here once late at night when it was packed, and that experience was slightly better.

Me and my friend wanted to celebrate our birthdays here and had a reservation for the party cellar in this place for 28th of October. Booking the party cellar is the official service of this place which is also mentioned on their website. We did the booking 2 weeks in advance, came in person to check the place, paid 100 euros for the booking and agreed that the minimum consumption would be 700 euros. We signed a paper that states it, the date of booking, our phones and emails, and we had 2 copies of it: one for us and one for them. Ours was signed by the manager. We invited 80 people for the party. When we actually arrived to the place in the party day 30 mins before the event, they walked us to a small back room of the bar and said they are giving us this place. Just like this. When we said that we booked a cellar, they said "no, it's already occupied, we can't give it to you". It turned out that they double booked the space, and didn't find it necessary to tell us in advance. They were lying in our faces that they didn't have our phone numbers (not true, emails and phones were in the contract), that they didn't have the contract (not true, we had 2 copies signed), then they said that they were calling and we didn't pick up (and couldn't show the call in the history of phones), that they didn't put our booking to their book (they wrote it to the book in front of my face). I can't even tell how stressful it was. The room they offered was suitable for 20-30 people max (the cellar we booked is for more than 100). And we had a dancing event, so it was a HUGE failure. They apologized a lot and admitted it was their mistake, they said they would give us 100 euros back. They also helped to re-arrange the room quickly and remove the tables we didn't need. I told them that they owe us free drinks, and they gave us 6 bottles of prosecco. What was double shocking for me is that in the end of the evening the manager approached me and said we didn't make the 700 euros minimum consumption! They expected the same consumption for the 7-10 times smaller space after such a huge mistake from their side! Of course, it couldn't be reached as people were leaving early as there were no space to dance, and the room also was on the way from the kitchen to the main hall, so it was extremely uncomfortable both for waiters and people. They refused to give us 100 euros back even though they promised it in the beginning (we wouldn't take them back anyways as we had the party there in the end and we would like to pay for this work, but the attitude itself is shocking). It was very annoying for me to have this conversation as it added even more stress and negative to our birthdays. In the end they also gave me and my friend free cocktails, and I really appreciate that they did stuff to fix the situation: provided us with the room, helped to rearrange it, gave us champagne, played our music, the waiters were very quick, nice, and helpful. But the situation itself is awful, as well as their lies into our faces, first promising giving back the money and then rejecting, and expecting the same minimum consumption after this all. If you want to book this place for your event, you should be ready for such surprises. Don't hesitate to call them to confirm the booking even if you have papers signed - it will be the lesson for us as well.

They were rude, unorganized and shrugged when we asked to play the rugby World Cup (WHICH WE BOOKED THE TABLE FOR) The drinks were watered down, they promised rugby and had a live band playing at the same time. When we spoke to the manager, he couldn’t care less and said that what we were saying is wrong. So disappointed and disgusted by their treatment

Never book this bar for rugby, we booked for the rugby World Cup finals as they said they would be showing it on sky sports. They had no audio for the game and had extremely loud live music as well as them using an illegal streaming site to show the game. The game did not even play and was constantly freezing.

😐 The pizza was so good! I’d definitely recommend the place for the people around the area. The atmosphere and the waitress were too nice. The only negative thing about it was the waiting time for someone to come and take my order, and again for someone to bring me the check.
