The pizza was so good! I’d definitely recommend the place for the people around the area. The atmosphere and the waitress were too nice. The only negative thing about it was the waiting time for someone to come and take my order, and again for someone to bring me the check.

Sadly this place has gone way downhill. Used to be great ambassador of L’Osteria concept but on my last visit (Saturday lunchtime) it was a disorganized mess with few, and some very uncaring staff and clearly no management. Ordered lemonade and was told only 1 flavor (from a bottle) was available. A lie as others were drinking a different fresh version from jars. Risotto was not available for some reason. Pasta Arabiatta sauce was not the usual one and had no taste (or spice). Was not provided with weekly specials menu (other tables were), food just plonked on the table and no follow up. Asked for another drink and the lady employee snapped at me that I would have to order from a waiter and walked off. Couldn’t be bothered. Would be fine if there was actually one available as they were all occupied. It may be reasonable but with zero service not worth wasting your time until they get their act together hopefully.

We didn’t have a reservation so we waited in line for 20 minutes to get a table, it was Saturday night so that’s ok. Place is really cool, staff were friendly. Food was really delicious, pizzas are thin, crunchy and huge, they are bigger than pizza plate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant in Vienna city center!

The staff at this location is completely incompetent. The food is never an issue, always delicious. Both times I have come to this location the waiters completely neglect their tables. My party was sat by the host and completely forgot about for 40 or so minutes. Not a drink or food was ordered before we simply got up and left because staff was never going to notice us sitting there. Our last experience, we were brought our food 30 minutes apart, everyone ate at different times overall waiting over an hour for pizza. Don’t come here if you value having your order taken and placed in a reasonable amount of time.

The pizzas here were huge but I expected them to be a lot tastier. Service was friendly enough, the prices were good and the place was really busy. It's not going to impress in any way other than portion size, but I wouldn't mind eating here again.

Great pizzas and lovely staff! I would recommend getting a pizza to split if you aren’t starving because the portions are big! Pasta portions on the other hand are a bit on the small side. Loved both!

The food is decent enough. It's not very expensive. Well priced. The restaurant is nice. It has comfy booth seating, which was extremely nice because we sat for a very long time. We put in our food order, a single pizza, and it took over an hour and a half for it to be brought out. Several other tables were seated, served, and had left before we received our meal. (Maybe these people called and ordered ahead?) A few other tables had at least an hour-ish wait. None as long as us. I saw a group of 8 receive their food, but staggard, over a long period. I know that's never fun. This was on a rainy Monday night. The restaurant was only about half full. So not too busy. Had two wait staff working tables full time, looking a little overwhelmed. Periodically a third would come help deliver a plate or two. A couple other staff members were in and out, but I'm not sure what they were doing. Not helping, I guess. Anyways, the price was good. The pizzas are huge. The pizza quality was good. Service was poor.

This is another great Italian restaurant, excellent staff food is just out of this world and it’s also very busy. You need to make a reservation to get a table here.

Great Large pizzas which range from €8.50 to €12.50. Drinks prices are comparable to other eating venues. Be sure to have your double vaccination proof ready, or proof of a recent negative Covid test. Customer service is great. WC and restaurant in-and outside are kept clean. Good housekeeping all around.

The food is delish and larger portions than we thought, service is a mess, we waited 15-20 min. to be served because it started to rain, and then they had chaos with tabels and orders. But the workers are polite and thats why im not that dissapointed.

3rd visiting. When I want to grab a bite to eat, I stop by this restaurant. The staffs are kind, the mood is nice and nice location to find. If you like to have pasta and pizza, it deserves to visit😁

You can find several types of food like pasta, salads, also vegetarian ones. The staff were very friendly, caring and professional. This a very nice, authentic feeling, Italian place. The food is very good and tasty. We tasted their pizza which can be divided in half with various toppings and it was enough to make us feel full. The crust was crunchy and tasty. We supplemented oureal with a carbonara which was phenomenal as well. The service was very quick and the staff very kind and welcoming.

Good Italian restaurant offering wide selection of pasta, pizza and more. Food quality is good, however they need to improve on service quality and speed - this might be due to under-staff. The pizza here is very good!

We were there on two occasions during on our trip to Vienna, with quite different experiences. The pizzas are larger than you’d think, with a thin crust and very nice toppings. The food is absolutely worth the price, it’s pretty amazing, and the pizzas are probably the largest I’ve seen in Europe. Out of the four pizzas we had in our group, the Capricciosa and the Vegetariana were our favourites. The drinks menu is rather concise; they have three red and white wines by the glass respectively, as well as a few other drinks. This is a popular place, so you should expect to be standing in a queue for some 20 minutes before being seated. The service on the first day was very slow, to the point that we assumed that the waiter had forgotten about us. After ordering, we were sitting with a completely empty table for about 30 minutes before we even got our drinks. We tried to get the waiter’s attention, but to no avail as he seemed busy and stressed. The second day, the female waitress was super courteous and a lot more efficient. Would absolutely recommend this place for a nice but at the same time casual dining experience. The N’duja-pizza (first photo) is SPICY! 🌶️

Really tasty pizza. The restaurant is quite big but still nice atmosphere. The night we were there is was super busy and had to actively catch the attention of the staff to order. However, once your order was through really quick service which allowed us to have a quick dinner before heading to the opera house.

Great place for Italian food. We had the caprese pizza which was amazing, our baby enjoyed a butter pasta dish. The service was extremely nice. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this restaurant. It seemed very promising at the beginning and the ambience is wonderful. But first we waited a long time to get the menu. We got our food served one hour after our arrival. The guests besides us came to the restaurant 15 minutes later, but they had already eaten and paid for their food before we were served. We asked three different waiters about our order and got no feedback from any of them. Rude! When we finally got our food my lasagna wasn't even hot...it was cold in the middle. I think that in one hour they could at least heat up the food that they just took out of the fridge and put on a plate. I think we should refuse the food and leave. In addition, the waiters are not hygienic. I sat near the station where the pizzas were baked and I saw how the waiters were touching the pizza (because it is very big) and before that they were coughing into their hands etc. I was looking forward to visiting the restaurant but left disappointed. It wasn't worth the money.

The staff is very friendly, the food is super delicious and we got extra drinks for free😍 the prices are low compared to the quality, and the size of one main dish is larger than in an average restaurant in Vienna. It is perfectly fine if two persons halve a pizza, both will be full.

A culinary delight. As soon as you step in to the restaurant your senses are overwhelmed by the aroma of Italian cooking. Perfect looking pizzas are being brought to patrons that make you want to order one too. The wait staff was extremely accomodating meeting our specific food allergy requests. Absolutely delicious!

Found amazing restaurant in Google recommendation. Delicious food and amazing ambience. Go to place for couples. Busy in peak hours. Service is really good. English language is barrier but staff goes out of the way to help you. Food was best. Pizza is must try. We ordered mashroom margarita and barbecue chicken. We order half half portion of different pizzas. We had chicken pasta too. And top of it Prosecco. Dessert was amazing must try. I would say don't miss this place if you are around.

Disappointing place where the hype on social networks are overrating the food. We save the pizza. A real good one! Vegan pasta is tasteless and grilled veggies and tomato toasts are far from being interesting. Fair price made us to go upt to 4 ⭐️

This afternoon I went to this restaurant with my 4 yr old son. I ordered one half hawaii and half Nduja pizza, a große apfel saft and one Leitungwasser. It was all great till I went home.I was charged 19.5euros and I gave extra1.5 euros for tip. When I stepped out of the restaurant, I started wondering it was so expensive, then I realized that I was charged extra on the bills. I wouldn't waste my time to go back for few euros, especially it never happened to me when I visited other L'osteria in other areas. Plus, it wasn't rush hour at all, there were only 3 or 4 tables having meals at the my area then. As a result, I wanna remind those who want to visit this restaurant at this place, must pay extra attention to your bills. Last but not least, I hope it was just a mindless mistake then on purpose adding extra bill to me because I am an Asian who doesn't speak fluent German yet!!!!!

called to preorder and it was a quick collection. i love that you could order half half and it was 12.90€. for a very big pizza! we were three people and it filled the craving perfectly. pizza was good enough to be finished, but the edge was a little dry to my taste; although crispy like small bread.

They were just so nice to us last night at my daughters 18th birthday! The food was delicious! The staff sang to my daughter! What a wonderful evening we had. We ate and drank so much and the price was very low. The nice girl who served us made it very special! Highly recommended!

One of the best pizzas I have ever had! And it was huge, too. The personnel was very nice and the food was delicious. We had to sit inside because the terrace outside was fully booked, so I recommend making a reservation. Nevertheless, it was a great place to eat and will be back when in Vienna! The waiter was very kind and stopped to talk to us and make conversation despite being very busy working. Highly recommend!
