Awesome experience!!! This is a lovely restaurant close to the old city centre, Great atmosphere, tasty food and friendly staff, especially Miguel, who was very kind and hospitable. Highly recommended ☺️

This was my first Hard Rock Cafe experience, and I was completely blown away with its energy. First and foremost everyone was smiling, its so rare in my country, it just made me smile during the whole dinner. This staff is amazing! Our server was Felipe, he is so cute and has such a good, heartwalming vibe. Thanks Felipe for the wonderful (and funny) service! The food was delicious. The country burger was my choice, the meat was flawless for my taste. The best part was the prickle sauce. Very very good! The blackberry sangria was interesting, I was really happy with it, tasted really good. But definitely the best part of the meal was the brownie! I could have handled more chocolate sauce on it, but it was more than perfect. I had a very good time in this restaurant, enjoyed every seconds of the dinner. The prices are higher than the average, but once in a while you can afford to have the Hard Rock Cafe experience.

Hard Rock Cafe is an awesome place to come for a meal. Very upbeat vibe to it! The food was great! I love their Burgers and Onion Rings. Drinks are also great there. My server Mikael was fast and friendly - excellent server!! I spoke to the Manager also and he was very friendly, and cares a lot about his customers having a great experience here. Then there’s the T-Shirts which I have a collection from across the Globe - high quality and really cool too.

Big player size of food. Good experience. They don’t just offer food. they offer experience. Place is very vibrant. Music 🎶 food and fun 🤩 Al together. Music is not like a disco or pub but you can enjoy. Service is good . Staff is very friendly and explain you all food in details. You can take your time to order food. No rush. Place is full with famous musicians instruments 🎸. All are real and original. You can take unlimited photos around the place. No limit. Price is a bit high but it’s worth to the value.

As a big fan of hard rock cafe, this branch does not disappoint one bit. The food was extremely tasty and well cooked, the ingredients were all of great quality and freshness. I think the best thing about this branch is the service, the waiters are super friendly and helpful. We've had the chance to spend some time in Hard Rock Cafe and Shop Vienna. The staff was super nice as usual with any Hard Rock all over the world. We ordered some cocktails at the bar with the signature Hard Rock jars that they come with, which we managed to get afterwards. We were super impressed by their willingness to accommodate our every whim, and even turned on the Formula 1 race (F1) in Monaco which my friend was keen on seeing on the big screen. Recommended!

A perfect experience!!! The most special thing is the team who are wonderful, every single one of them, especially BJ- who was extremely lovely and friendly. The food is awesome and also the cocktails. The design of the place and the location. Very recommended.

We Came to Hard Rock Cafe to eat as a part of our trip to Vienna. The service was good and the waitresses were very nice and generous. The restaurant is very cool and also the shop. There are amazing collections of guitars, clothes of singers and musicians. The food was good, the vegetarian hamburger I took was a little bit strange in the flavors. Excellent restaurant.

Food is awesome. Service is impeccable. And of course, you pay for such. The place is very well-decorated and the staff is sympathetic and nice. I had the barbecue ribs, and an original burger, with beer and 2 cokes (refil). The manager was super nice and talkative. Bathrooms are clean and easy to use. All staff could speak English very well. The place is pet-friendly (they even provided a water pot for the dog)

Wonderful location and kind staff. Burgers are great, really tasty meat! The coffee is also one of the best, it is very strong and tasty! I have been there several times and have never been disappointed.

It was my first night in Vienna and this restaurant caught my eye immediately. I tried the new Messi chicken sandwich and substituted my fries for mashed potatoes. What a delicious meal! The atmosphere is fun, musical, and clean. My waiter, Peter, was fantastic. Best service I've had in a long time in visiting many EU cities. Definitely will return. They also honored by Vienna City Pass discount.

This cafe was quite small compared to other Hard Rock Cafes I’ve visited but we faced vey kind and helpful staff, delicious wings as an appetizer and burgers as a main course. However no local legendary burger was available and the burger side sauce had consistence of water and tasted vinegary. But in summary I love hard rock and these burgers are outstanding!

Every Hard Rock Cafe is worth a visit. Vienna was a great experience. Love to see those kind and lovely peoples again next year when CoVid will be history.

One of the worst experiences ever. It was a rip off. We ordered Ice tea and it was neither sweet nor cool. It tasted like chai water in room temperature. We ordered strawberry basil cocktail and were forced to buy the glass (hard rock souvenir) and when we said we do not need it, we were told the order has been made and cannot be cancelled. We assumed the drink was going to be served in the glass but instead we were only asked to collect the souvenir after paying the bill. If this is the case.. Why couldn’t they have cancelled the souvenir? An over priced glass jar. My son’s chicken burger wasn’t well made. The bacon in it tasted stale. The fries served along with was not fresh.. Registering as a new member at Hard Rock, a free vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce was offered. Although I shouldn’t complain as it was free.. but at least it could have been served cold. I’ve cream should be cold and not warm. We have been to hard rock in Chicago, Barcelona, Venice, Dubai, Singapore and other places, but this has been the worst ever experience . We decided not to order our dinner after this and walked away to another restaurant. Never returning ever!

A fun place to visit, usually a very good meal and always great music. Standard "American" food choices, courteous and outgoing staff and memoribilia from a world of music throughout the Cafe!

BEST OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXCELLENT PLACE TO SPEND TIME AND EAT! The staff is very well organized, I would though recommend reserving a table but you still can go anytime you find it desirable. The food is by it self is acceptable, in my case very well served and delicious! Shoutout to the waiter named Hans he attended me with such care and great responsiveness. Totally recommend it folks, feels like back home in TX with the atmosphere and the music.

If you're looking for an American food fix in the heart of Vienna, Hard Rock Cafe definitely hits the spot. I savored the juicy Legendary Burger with crispy fries, while classic rock tunes kept the atmosphere vibrant. They also have a cool collection of guitars on display, including one signed by Falco! The staff was friendly and helpful, and I even got my hurricane cocktail glass.

Service was amazing! Those people are really friendly and very considerate. Also the barmen were skilled and knew how to make every drink par excellence, they even had a little showmanship. The food was delicious. I deduct stars because it didn't feel "hard rock" at all. If this establishment had a name fitting it's feel, it would be called "clean and polished" I liked it anyway. I can recommend it :)

Classic hard rock style. The bbq ribs were amazing, with the same flavor and standard you would expect from Hard Rock. The shrimp was also nice. Service was really good, quick and responsive. Ambient is also nice, tables a bit small for two people but space of the restaurant is also not as big.

We had a nice meal at Hard Rock Cafe Vienna! It is dog-friendly so we were able to bring our Bichon Teddy into the restaurant with us. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our waiter Peter has been absolutely SUPERB!

The gluten free burger was great... Gluten free menu available. You need to book before or else you have to wait. Children are welcome in the restaurant

This is the best HR cafe in Europe. Although, they say the Praha one is the biggest. I agree but this one is the best. I sat outside, the food was served hot and the beer was icy cold. You have a heater on top of your head, let's you enjoy the cold evening while sitting outside. I'm finding 0 magnets as I go from one HR to other that is unique to the location. They have to work on this. My server was super cool and she took good care of me!

Great if you want to check it of your list. Close to StephanPlatz if you take a passage shortcut(left side of the cathedral)-otherwise take metro and get of at Swedensplatz. Food’s mediocre and you won’t find as many items there as in other HR cafes. (Wanted onion rings but wasn’t available) Staff are ok,toilets are a disaster-go if you must, I had to. HR cafe is in the famous ‘Bernuda Triangle’ - pub crawl area. Most places open 6pm. Still worth the visit.

The best food in the center of Vienna. Pleasant outdoor seating enhances the Viden atmosphere. We chose salmon and chicken tenders with mashed potatoes. Both were absolutely phenomenal. I recommend strawberry lemonade with basil to drink! The waiter Ivo, who was absolutely flawless. Everything was fast and pleasant. We will definitely come back here!

I loved the place! The staff was incredibly friendly and in a good mood. They really do take care of their customers from the bottom of theirs hearts. Obviously the music was just right! If you don't just want to walk through the shop, you can, of course, also sit down in the café to have a drink or a bite to eat. I love how everything is a little American there!

Very polite stuff! I had the opportunity to witness the decorations for Halloween 2021, not something extravagant but still very nice and fun especially the candles that hover over the bar! I ate the pub burger which was an offer for pinoktober which was extremely tasty and the onion ring tower! I highly recommend it!

One of the best restaurants in Vienna is definitely Hard Rock. The atmosphere was simply amazing, with a cozy yet elegant vibe that made me feel right at home. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Each dish was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. But what truly stood out was the staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly, especially Adilia. She was always ready to assist with a big smile on her face. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Vienna.

Looks spacious, ambiance feels different as the the dining area is on the ground floor level (unlike in most EU Country most restaurant are in the basement). Day lights can penetrate the glass that sorrounds the place. Staff are attentive and friendly.

It’s a beautiful and welcoming place that I just love to visit. All the staff are amazing, they were very kind and funny, and offered amazing service and a great experience. The food is great, there are nice alcoholic drinks and the merchandise is to die for, loved everything!

Three stars, That's the rating of this place. The food is exceptional, especially the double decker with fries, every staff member was extremely professional and friendly. All the time I was there they played rock and roll, which is not the case in every Hard rock cafe. I also ordered extra bacon which was just a waste of money, didn't taste good. The beer was really bad, I tried several types and I was very disappointed. The prices are a bit high, and the restaurant does not have the props of the world's biggest bands. I took two stars because of the bad beer and because of the price.

This is my first visit to the Hard Rock Cafe. I decided to get something that wasn't a burger. This dish on the photo, it's hearty, tasty tender fish meat, mashed potatoes, I'm not a fan of asparagus, and I tried it just for the first time, it's for a lover. As I know they specialize more in burgers, and this is really very tasty. Toilet is clean, the staff is very nice, left a generally pleasant impression. And what about the prices, this dish costs 24 euros, if I'm not mistaken, which is a bit expensive for me, but as a visit is worth it! You may also need to book a table in advance, because it is a promoted chain of cafes, you know.

I had an incredible experience at the Hard Rock café in Vienna. The atmosphere was electrifying, the cuisine delicious, and our waitress Yilia was truly charming, providing attentive service that truly enhanced my visit. A must-visit for music and food enthusiasts !

A tipical HRC with good food and drinks. Lots of rock memorabilia on the walls and offcourse shop with gadgets. Little bit small in size but ok.

It's such a lovely place to eat. Great service from Anastasia. She was really good fun and gave very good advice on the food, she really knew her stuff. The food was amazing and if I ever go back to Vienna I will definitely pay it a visit!

Great experience in Hard Rock Vienna. Waitress was full of energy and really added to the rocking atmosphere already present in a busy restaurant, on a Saturday evening. Food was good and we're very accommodating with my strange food request. I've spent time in numerous Hard Rock Cafés but this one was the best experience yet.

Great food! Great gluten free options (Burgers, fries, brownies cake, salmon)

It has been almost 15 years since I last ate at a Hard Rock, and like war, they haven't changed in that time. The signature hamburger for 23 USD was no bigger than a Big Mac and tasted only slightly better. The fries tasted and had a texture of being left out for a bit, and the Long Island Iced Tea at 15 USD was incredibly small and weak. Needles to say, I was left feeling guilty for having spent that much, only to get so little. Service, however, was great, and the atmosphere is as I remembered with good rock music and videos going. Go for the service and atmosphere, not so much the food.
