I have been a frequent customer of daily spice. I visit them often and also order food via foodora frequently. Nowadays, their food is hit or miss. Even after providing specific instructions for preparation, they won’t follow it. You should follow the requests or instructions the customer give for preparation. I really wish they course correct themselves and start to prepare good food again.

We received the free card from Vienna's Vorteils Club Wien during the film festival. The card wrote : Stand04, gratis nach einen Wahl. (Free after your choice). We asked for the LammCurry and the owner said he cannot give the LammCurry but just limited to Chicken only. The price of the Butter Chicken is EURO 11,90 and Tandoori Chicken is EURO 10,90. Since we won't want to have the chicken, we asked is it possible to have the Samosa ,EURO 4,90/ piece against the Chicken dish price. He said he just can give out 1 piece of Samosa. He said he is giving the food for free and he can LIMIT the choice according to his wills. We are forced to choose the Tandoori chicken. The breast chicken is overcooked and was too hard. The chicken is not fully marinated with tandoori spices. The potatoes are overcooked and also didn't have the Indian taste. As a person whom have been traveling to different world and also in India, the food doesn't represent the authentic of Indian Food. We would suggest the owner to understand that the truth value of opening business and letting people to enjoy food is to make people to feel happy about the food and also cook something that is truly represent the Indian Food and not simply cook something to 'cheat' the audiences. It wasn't a best experience as the owner makes us feel like we are beggars to beg for food even we have won the Vorteils Club's Free Food tickets to taste the food. For us,it is a lucky symbols and a joyful thing but the owner makes us feel humiliated and bargained over the counter/stand! Such rude, impolite, disrespect and arrogant act/behaviour don't deserve anyone to make them exist in Vienna. As a person whom has been to India. We understood that Indian are very show off and arrogant when they have slight achievement or rich in their live. The caste system in India in deeply rooted in their blood even they are living in a democratic country like Austria. Sometimes how we dress and talk doesn't represent who we are. for us,sometimes, we are just wanna feel the merry/happiness but doesn't need the card or free food :) You should ask Vorteils Club..how many apartments we have in whole Vienna :)

Tried the only Indian restaurant while visiting Vienna and was quite disappointed. The food lacked taste and quantity. We ordered mango lassi which was watery so we had to send it back. Naan's were hard to distinguish between which were plain and which were with garlic. When we asked for tap water, we were told it wasn't allowed when as per our experience in other Austrian restaurants, we were given tap water without even asking. Tandoori chicken was just plain tasting red masala. With my overall experience, would not recommend this.

It’s a new restaurant with the same owner of Daily Imbiss with better sitting place and more menu options. Lamb shank is a must try dish which I recommend to everybody. The Prices are really low and they also take payments by card. I live in Vienna and I go to this restaurant with my friends very often.

Authentic and absolutely delicious. Small but beautiful seating. Missing on Trip Advisor. Best CTM I've ever had and is the standard for my comparisions all over Europe.

The place is one of the best to have the Desi Curries in Vienna. I would highly recommend to visit the place for Indian and Bangladeshi curries.

I’ve ordered from them many times, always exceptional taste and quality. They really put their heart and soul into cooking for people! For anyone wanting to try something other than butter chicken I would recommend the malai kofta or lamb vindaloo

We ordered from this restaurant back to back for 2 days and it was worthy choice. Vegitarian food is delicious and quantity is also good. Recommended!

Food is tasteless with basically no spices at all. It was served warm, the attendant was friendly but sadly there were no flavors at all even after requesting addition of spices. Wasted my money ordering twice hoping food will be good next time . was charged for both the dishes even after telling that food was not good. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

It is a piece of Bangladesh in Vienna. This restaurant serves Halal Bangladeshi and Indian food and is managed by a Bangladeshi man.

Pros: 1. Location is just off the tram station JohnstraBe, which is just two stations away from Schonbrunn Palace. 2. The chicken roll is decently big in size, and the gravies come with a small portion of plain rice. Cons: Food taste: Chicken tikka roll was made with deep fried chicken pieces (Not tikka pieces) and had a sour tangy sauce. The Panner tikka masala is made in extremely sweet gravy. Tip: Pls check with the gravy and sauce preparations before you order.

Honestly, one of the best takeaways I’ve ever had. Everything was still piping hot & tasted great. The onion bhaji are out of this world.

I live in NYC and actually look forward to eating here when I'm in Wien. The Chicken Tikka Masala might not be on the menu but is very good. The new dining rm is cozy. Another new addition is the draft Gosser, so that's a plus.

I ask for a beef curry with Extra chili . You know when a Bangladeshi ask for chili what kind of chili powder he meant. You just made curry too bitter by adding some ***t chilly sauce on it. Thought that finally a restaurant that I can come more often but nope that's it.

Honestly. One of the best dosa I’ve ever had. Completed unexpected. Crew is friendly and works incredibly hard. Even when busy each dish is beautifully prepared and garnished.

Food was tasty, but a bit expensive for what you get. We got charged a one euro service charge per person which was not noted anywhere before getting the bill.

Very delicious food. Good vegetarian options available.

The food tastes awesome. They make their own bbq sauce! There are vegan dishes. All spices are organic! The appetizers are reeeallly tasty. I may sound like a cheaply paid reviewer, but I am simply someone who loves good indian food and can’t add that much variety to their reviews on the fly.

Kind staff and good food. I ordered the papadam, butter chicken and cold chai tea. I suggest the sauce for butter chicken be thicker, the dish had good flavor but not very satisfying.

Excellent. I took a Samosa for the road. I was delighted as it tasted great. It has been a long while since I had such a good one. So as a next took out a dish for my wife which she loves very dear from her time when she lived in India. Malai Kofta, and you wont believe it she was delighted that it too tasted the best she has had outside of India. So 5 stars is the minimum I can assign to the restaurant for their meal. Unfortunately, only visited for take away d/t Corona but will be sure to visit proper once allowed.
