Nice hotel, very cosy and comfortable. The rooms are not too big, but they are clean and have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast in rich and tasteful. The personnel is nice and helpful.

Our stay here was awesome. The location is perfect. The staff was very friendly. The room was extremely clean. They brought in a crib and a baby blanket for our son. We got fresh towels every day. They have very good advice about what to do and work to go in Vienna. And they will help you figure out whatever it is you want to do. They have an refrigerator and a hair blow dryer in the room. The shopping and food near the hotel is amazing and the metro is either a two minute or a five minute walk. The price is really good for the location

The most awful stay I ever had in a hotel so far. This is at most a 2 star hotel, the rooms are freezing cold, the heating is not working, the breakfast extremely poor and cheap. The ham for example is the cheapest one you can get from the store. Way too crowded and they keep some parts of the restaurant for no reason. Front desk extremely unhelpful and unprepared to handle any kind of complaints. Better go sleep on street.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Is very near to metro station line U3. Two stops from Stephan plaza and near to Mariastrasse. Also, the room is very clean and have good breakfast. From the airport with train CAT and metro is approximately 35 minutes.

A nice, cosy hotel. The rooms are small but have everything you need and was perfect for us as we spent all day out travelling anyway. The staff are nice and the breakfast was tasty with the right amount of variety. The wifi was pretty bad (5th floor), and I'm not talking about watching Netflix, it was hard to open Google maps to plan the next day... The location, even though it might not look like at a glance in the maps, is just wonderful! The hotel is right on the mariahilfer street which has a lot of stores, restaurants, cafes and a 20 minutes walk on it will get you to the center. Apart, it's 2 minutes away from the Westbahnhof station that makes it easy to get to just about anywhere in the city! All in all, very good value for money

All staffs are fine but the building needs improved. I can smell bad thing in bathroom all the time and black (maybe mold) spot in shower. Plus smoking smell is constantly coming from outside that makes meaningless i requested non smoking room. Also hallway is very long to my room and there are steps so I had to lift up my carriers. Smoking and mold smell all the way in hallway too. Location of the hotel is very good but the facility need alot of update and improvement.

Hotel locally centred and easy to get to pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Garage not high enough for our van so had to find alternative parking. Room for three small and oldish in its decor. Would be better after a renovation. We did not use any services at the hotel.

I recently had a stay at Leonardo that left me thoroughly disappointed. There were several issues that made the experience far from pleasant. First and foremost, the rooms were incredibly small, making it challenging to accommodate myself and my belongings comfortably. The washrooms were no exception, and they were so cramped that we were forced to use another room just to store our luggage. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the breakfast service. To my surprise, they didn't even have a toaster to toast the bread, which is a basic amenity that one would expect at any hotel. The lack of attention to such simple details really diminished the overall quality of the experience. However, I must acknowledge that the staff at the reception were a saving grace. They were genuinely helpful and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. Their friendly and accommodating nature was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing visit. Despite the positive interaction with the reception staff, I cannot overlook the numerous issues that marred my stay at Leonardo. The inadequate room size and subpar breakfast experience are enough for me to decide against visiting this hotel again in the future. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them to improve the overall guest experience. If you're considering staying at Leonardo, I would advise you to weigh your options carefully and be prepared for potential disappointments. There are certainly better options available in the area that offer more comfortable accommodations and a more satisfying breakfast experience.

5-10 minutes walk from the airport bus station . Easy location. 20 minutes walk through commercial busy road to reach the busy beautiful downtown. Rooms need to be serviced, shower cubical needs to be replaced(they changed /upgraded the room for the next night ) Hospitable staff .Recommended.

I really liked this hotel, it’s well located, next to the tram, metro and bus station. 2 minutes away from the main shopping street. The service was impressive, really attentive and kind. They have a 24h service so if you want to do the check out during the night that’s useful too.

+ very close to tram- and metro-stations + very close to Mariahilfer, one of the main shopping streets + bathroom with shower was ok - very old, dark hotel - rooms are tiny and packed - the cover of our blanket was too short for the blanket itself. About 2/3 in length - we had to call the room service from time to time (towels missing, trash bin nit emptied, etc) and it always took ages until our questions were resolved (and to be honest: we usually NEVER call room-service in other hotels because we never had these problems) - the "fitness-room" is a joke: 1 elliptical, 1 spinning-bike and 1 multi-fitness device. All of them placed in a chill-out-area where others were just drinking beer. - really bad price to value

The hotel is a boutique hotel in an excellent location near the train station and at the beginning of Maria Hilfer Street, I am a club member and we celebrated a wedding anniversary there, they brought us fruit and wine, at the same time I would have varied the breakfast which would be a little different

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. The room was average but the worst thing of all was the disgusting carpet in the room. In general, very dated room and hotel and the cleanliness is so poor, which makes it for me less than 1*. One very positive thing is the location. Near, metro, train and lots of shops and restaurants.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location was perfect. Walking distance to all main attractions. Room had a huge stain on the floor as you walked in. Did not make a good impression. The rest of the room was clean. Upon departure I realised I left my AirPods behind. On contacting reception they were able to find it and offered to post it to me.

Rooms are more on the small side, as the parking. You will need either a small car or a huge amount of skill to not scratch a car. The placement is good, in the centre, without letting any noise come in the rooms.

It is almost impossible to reach the hotel to check if a reservation was successful. If you are lucky to find out the receptionists number, you will be forwarded to a call center somewhere, where no one ever picks up the phone. I cannot recommend the hotel starting from booking a room in this hotel.

Value for money I think unbeatable, super strategic location, in the center and very close to the metro, bus and tram. The room is clean and big, the bed extremely comfortable...only the shower is not as good as the rest of the room as the pressure of the water is pretty weak but apart from that I strongly recommended it. One advise: do not go in Vienna in January and February as it is unbearably cold and windy

The staff in the dining room were really kind and wanted to help. Sometimes there was a problem when the plates ran out, milk, it took a while until they noticed it was missing. The reception staff was really kind and helped as much as possible with directions and explanations about the sites and trains in the city. Regarding the gluten-free food, it was a bit disappointing. The bun arrived very dry and when I asked to warm it up a little, the staff did not understand what I meant. But overall it was fine.

Such a nice place! It is very friendly, bubbly, easygoing atmosphere with good service. The only thing I can complain about is that the internet was not stable enough but otherwise I can truly recommend this hotel. It's at a nice part of the city with high quality furniture & breakfast.

Small room... But neat and clean - perfect for short stays, air condition helped through the hot night! Very reasonably priced! Staff is friendly and efficient. Perfect location as the Subway is three minutes walking distance away, which takes only a couple ride to the city center.... I recommend this hotel

Rooms were a bit old fashioned but not enough to look dated. Loved the QR code on the small card that has all the information in a very straightforward menu. More hotels should make such conscious use of paper! Bed was super cozy! Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Reception desk looks a bit awkward but that's probably for the eccentric design. Recommend!

Good: - The location is very good, 5 minutes walk to Westbanhof station and Mariahilfer Strasse where you can find a lot of shops and a nice walking area. The hotel is very well connected to other parts of the city via public transport. - There is a minibar in the room. Bad: - Wi-Fi was useless, you couldn’t even use internet for sending messages, it’s horribly slow. Don’t count on Wi-Fi in the room. - The room was dirty when we checked in and not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. The carpet was not vacuumed, and all surfaces had a layer of dust. When we cleaned the coffee table, we saw stains that were not cleaned from previous guests. - Parking had enough spaces, but the entrance is very narrow, and you need to be very careful if you are not skilled or drive a large car. It’s not cheap either with the price of 18€/day. - We asked them to bring the ironing facilities into the room in the morning, they agreed but didn’t show up the next morning. - The bathroom is small, and the door is very thin and half see through. - The inside door lock didn’t work and door didn’t fully close on its own, but we have to force it to close every time. - We also had a trouble unlocking the room, where we needed to put the card in and out multiple times until the door unlocked. - On the last day of our stay, the only elevator that goes to the garage was broken, so we had to carry all of our bags by the stairs.

Great location , one bus from airport to the hotel. room was clean , the price was reasonably, the staff and the manager are friendly and helping. I will definitely return to this hotel. The Hotel need to improve the WiFi coverage, some area in the room was out of range.

Great location! Easy to hop on underground and get to main attractions. The hotel seems to be short staffed in housekeeping. We left at 9:45 am to go sightseeing. Retuned at 3:45 pm and room still not cleaned. I saw the housekeeper in the hall and asked her to clean our room next and she did. Breakfast food is terrible. I literally couldn’t eat it. We just came from a Leonardo hotel in Budapest and it was the exact same menu but the food was better. Coffee was even better there - especially in the room.

Pros: - Price is fair - Close to public transport - Easy check-in, easy check-out - Spacey rooms Cons: - Thin walls, slamming doors noise all the time - Pillows are exceptionally bad, to the point you have to sleep on your arm. No replacement is available. - Room always lacked something after service- bags for trash, handkerchiefs, etc. - Close to public transport, but far in terms of walkability

The hotel is in a nice place, close to Westbahnhof, close to shopping streets. The rooms are small, but we didn't need anything more than what we had; it was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the bathroom door inside the room, which was just a glass door that didn't fully close. I recommend this hotel 10/10

Very great service and wonderful seminar room! they we’re very accommodating! We had unlimited coffee and tea and they also took care of printing some material for us! Would recommend to anyone who needs a meeting room (next to Westbahnhof - main train station in vienna for internationals).

I would like to express my appreciation to the two clerks at the front desk whose names are mentioned above. Kindness, professionalism and helpful in any request. That's why my son chose your hotel today and is currently staying there.

Good hotel but it lacks a pool which is weird for a 4 star hotel

  • 4/5 Anna Shulkin M. 2 years ago on Google
What disturbed this room was the space between the glass door and the wall. Please take care of it because smell and noise move into the room - unpleasant. Beyond that recommends the hotel. Good value for money.

After staying here for a few days during the New year's period, me and my partner can say that we had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is pretty centre and the breakfast had a wide range of food. There were 2 downsides to our stay. Firstly is that the rooms need some urgent maintenance, ours had stains on the floor and the shower door was broken and would flood the floor of the bathroom when water would run. Secondly parking in the hotel's garage is very expensive, 18€ a day. Staff was very friendly and helpful and even recommended another place to go to park that was considerably cheaper.

Great location, very nice staff, there is everything you need in the room plus extra accessories such as toothbrush, shampoo, hand cream, small coffee machine. I was in Austria due to my boyfriend's sports competition and we received a wonderful surprise from the hotel. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back to Vienna and Leonardo Hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the metro station and close to central attractions. The rooms are very clean and everything you need is there. Breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Great hotel! Good location: Near central transport station & shopping street. There's a very good restaurant near the entrance of the hotel. Great stuff, great breakfast. Had a lovely time! Will definitely come again.

Good location. Good price/value ratio. This is a good option for both tourists and business people staying over in Vienna. It's right next to the Major Railway Station West, at the end of Vienna's longest shopping street, and it's easy to get to the first district. I removed one star because the staff behaved rudely to me. I was going in with my friends and took some candies from the counter, staff said they are only for customers. Excuse me, I was the one who recommended your hotel to two of my friends and brought them over so YOU can make money off of them. I could have recommended any other hotel, so how about you let me take two of your precious candies and let me wait in your lobby while I wait for them to come back down?

My 3rd visit this year, great location, great report quality/price

  • 3/5 Reza S. 2 years ago on Google
The first night they gave us the worst room and we couldn't sleep because the room was very noisy on the first floor and right on the main street. The next day they gave us another room on the other side of the hotel which was very quiet, though we couldn't see out. The breakfast was varied but of a fairly ordinary quality. The cost of parking was not fair at all, 18 euros per night!!!

  • 3/5 Michael Z. 1 year ago on Google
For my taste, very small rooms with a bathroom that was divided by almost transparent glass about a meter from the bed, but in the end a great location 200 meters from the metro station and the shopping center. The price was very pleasant and I give three points out of five mainly only because of the bathroom and the long wait at the reception, otherwise I liked the stay and for the price, I think it is sufficient for an overnight stay.

A wonderful place to come home to for a couple of days! My days were filled with exploring the City, so full of Beauty, sights and sounds. So exciting! A Beautiful view from my 9th floor window! The staff was friendly and the Breakfast was plentiful!

we checked out today overall it was OK but annoying that we waited so long for the towels in the room 401 we complained to the front desk which we later regretted and which really didn't surprise us the girl did the whole floor on her own she often apologized and was very nice in such a case it is understandable that you can't make it she did a good job .Food is too expensive in the restaurant. 3 stars because of the food and many rude staff on the floors, which is not able to smile just holding there folder. Its should not be a big deal to say hello to the guest especially in such a Position like this older women and maybe her younger Assistent we felt uncomfortable and not really welcome, seems like they was really annoyed and rude.

I was really trying to be as much positive as I can, but there are just too many impairments, and I’m not talking about just the coffee taste at breakfast, as mentioned here earlier. We was lucky to make a pre reservation so the stay wasn’t so costly, but even so I won’t go back there probably in my future visits to Vienna. The hot water doesn’t work properly, the Wi-Fi is so bad.. They aren’t professional in so many things, but sometimes it turns out to the best.

At first two days the room and wc were so small. otherwise It’s location is great And you can just walk to the train and metro. The Mariahilf street is just 100 m Full of restaurants and cafés. AIDA CAFÉ is just 300 m. I really recommend this hotel for fun and family

    1. Great location, near metro station, near the shopping street 2. Great breakfast with fresh vegetables, fruits, yogurt… 3. There is a small gim and business lounge with good coffee machine, open 24/7 4. Friendly staff and barman 5. Really good price!

I had higher expectations for a 4-Star Hotel... The room was quite small, during the night I could hear the plumbing and during the morning I could hear people coming in-and-out. Try not to stay on the 1st floor... The location, however, is great. No fault there.
