I
recently
had
a
stay
at
Leonardo
that
left
me
thoroughly
disappointed.
There
were
several
issues
that
made
the
experience
far
from
pleasant.
First
and
foremost,
the
rooms
were
incredibly
small,
making
it
challenging
to
accommodate
myself
and
my
belongings
comfortably.
The
washrooms
were
no
exception,
and
they
were
so
cramped
that
we
were
forced
to
use
another
room
just
to
store
our
luggage.
One
of
the
most
frustrating
aspects
of
my
stay
was
the
breakfast
service.
To
my
surprise,
they
didn't
even
have
a
toaster
to
toast
the
bread,
which
is
a
basic
amenity
that
one
would
expect
at
any
hotel.
The
lack
of
attention
to
such
simple
details
really
diminished
the
overall
quality
of
the
experience.
However,
I
must
acknowledge
that
the
staff
at
the
reception
were
a
saving
grace.
They
were
genuinely
helpful
and
went
out
of
their
way
to
assist
us
during
our
stay.
Their
friendly
and
accommodating
nature
was
a
bright
spot
in
an
otherwise
disappointing
visit.
Despite
the
positive
interaction
with
the
reception
staff,
I
cannot
overlook
the
numerous
issues
that
marred
my
stay
at
Leonardo.
The
inadequate
room
size
and
subpar
breakfast
experience
are
enough
for
me
to
decide
against
visiting
this
hotel
again
in
the
future.
I
hope
the
management
takes
these
concerns
seriously
and
addresses
them
to
improve
the
overall
guest
experience.
If
you're
considering
staying
at
Leonardo,
I
would
advise
you
to
weigh
your
options
carefully
and
be
prepared
for
potential
disappointments.
There
are
certainly
better
options
available
in
the
area
that
offer
more
comfortable
accommodations
and
a
more
satisfying
breakfast
experience.
