I like this hotel . The location was fantastic where city center is not far by walking and train station is just few steps away. The room is excellent and staff were very nice. The breakfast was great too .

The hotel was in a great location and rooms large. Unfortunately, we were not told about the hidden €24 breakfast per person and the quality of this was not good at all. We were served cold omelettes that had clearly been sat on the side for a while and no coffee. If you are staying I would definitely not recommend the breakfast.

Good 4 star hotel in Rennweg area. 2 tram stops and rail station in easy reach. Rooms up to high standard. Service friendly and efficient. 20 mins to airport by taxi. Large meeting and conference facilities. Great location due to transport links.

I like the location of this hotel, it's near to city center and near to train station, so it was important for our stay. Also I want to say that room was big, clean and bed was comfortable. The staff is also friendly 😌❤️✨I recommend this hotel to stay.

Very decent hotel to stay if you are visiting Vienna for vacation. A bit out of the city but the rooms are very nice with affordable rates. The staff was very welcoming and helped us a lot during our stay. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I ABSOLUTELY love the Executive room as it was spacious with balcony on highest 8th floor. I stayed for 4 nights. Free generous minibar lotsa drinks which I can't finish. The shower gel lemon balm smelt so wonderful. There is a also a bathtub which I didn't use. Everyday from 1pm - 5 pm we can visit the lounge for tea. There are so many variety of drinks and it saved my money for lunch!! Breakfast was also at lounge for a quieter meal. I had the most enjoyable and comfortable stay. All the staff were so kind and friendly. I will be sure to look out for this hotel brand in my next vacation 😍

First of all, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is literally just steps away from Belvedere Palace and you can access it through their botanical garden just around the corner. Our room was spacious, with two twin size beds pulled together to make a queen size bed. There were nice bathroom and bar amenities. One HUGE downside was that there was a construction site on the right-hand side of the hotel which wouldn’t be too big of a problem if they weren’t emptying big metal containers with concrete at 7 am in the morning right In front of our window! After long haul flight to Vienna, we did not appreciate being awake that early first thing in morning. Breakfast was excellent. The first night we had an amazing dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor. The food was amazing and the waiter was even better. Very polite and helpful. In short, great location, nice rooms, excellent food and beware of the noisy environment, ask for the rooms that are on the opposite side of the construction site.

Absolutely stunning hotel in such an epic side of Vienna, right down the road from the Botanical Garden and Belvedere. Rooms were beautiful and sauna and spa area was so devine. Definitely a must stay if you looking for a nice central point to explore Vienna.

Great location, near Belvedere Palace. The hotel is a short tram ride from city center. We absolutely loved our stay in the hotel, rooms were huge and all the amenities were provided . The bathroom and the toilet were superb, the toilet even had bidet. The breakfast was excellent and lobby bar was something we needed after a long day in Vienna. I would say the hotel rooms and service is definitely up to 5 starts!

Good location. Not bad as a hotel and the rooms were nice, especially the bathroom, it was spacious. Breakfast was expensive.

We were greeted by a very nice guy that had a big smile on his face. He explained very clearly in English about the parking and let us in the room a bit earlier because it was ready. I have to admit that his smile put a smile on our face as well. The hotel is brilliant. Great location, big parking underneath and cheaper than other places. Clean room and comfortable bed. On the 3rd floor you can find a ironing room. The breakfast was delicious.

My wife's birthday is today, and we returned home to the hotel this evening to find champagne and food waiting for us to celebrate. Amazing touch. Great hotel and great staff. Second time staying here. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Brilliant !!!!!

Simply a fantastic pace to stay while in Vienna. One of the friendliest / most helpful front desks I have ever experienced at a hotel. Massive layout and multiple elevators. (As of 10/11 Nov - underground parking dows not take card, only cash. The front desk can validate your ticket payment though!)

Your hotel is just a fairy tale. Starting from the check-in, near the reception desk you could drink mulled wine and plunge into the Christmas atmosphere. After that, I was very pleased with the room because it corresponded to the photo and the stated criteria. The breakfasts were amazing. It was possible to visit the sauna and gym. I came to Vienna to celebrate my birthday, on this day they knocked on my door and unexpectedly presented me with a bottle of champagne and goodies. I am incredibly grateful to every hotel employee. Everything was great. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely return to this hotel.

My second visit here I like the hotel, good location, very quite rooms, spacious . Room service and housekeeping are great and helpful. However, the breakfast choices was better the first time , I think they need to improve the breakfast.

Check-in staff are great! Rooms are amazing! Hotel is amazing! The hotel location is convenient! Amenities in and out of the rooms are great! Breakfast spread is good, but dishes never once changed for the 5 days we stayed there (it gets pretty boring after the first 3 days). Mixed reviews about the 1st floor restaurant breakfast staff though...egg station chef (Arabic guy i think) is arrogant and not good at making eggs! Waiters / waitresses are hard working and friendly. Hostess is polite, but so robotic and hardly ever smiles when greeting guests and taking their room numbers. This seems to be more of a business hotel, but suited our needs as a family. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to a tram station and is close by to two grocery store and some restaurants the room is big and spacious and the bathroom is large as well. The staff were really kind as well.the only problem was on the first day the Internet would not work in our room and we had to wait for the next day to use it but other than that everything was great

The hotel was clean, and the room was especially spacious and clean. It is located close to the Rennweg station and is convenient to get around. The staff was very courteous and polite, especially the lady with glasses who worked the afternoon shift. I booked an extra night and was also allowed to stay in the same room with no hassle at all. It was a very good value, and I would definitely stay here again every time I visit Vienna in the future!

You wouldn't know it from the outside but this hotel is a classy one. From the big lobby to the fancy rooms, everything feels luxurious. We ordered the family suite and we did in fact get a big comfy suite. 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, coffee machine and more. Our room was on the top floor so we even had a nice view of the city all the way to the Prater park (which is colorful during the night). Breakfast was good with plenty of food, drinks and desserts. The staff is very friendly and took care of our requests very fast. The only downside is the location. It's a bit off center but right across the street there is a tram stop and a train stop so you can get wherever you need. Overall we are very happy with our stay and recommend this hotel.

Best hotel ever! Especially the location. You have botanical garden entrance just behind the hotel. You can get to Belveder just through botanical garden. Another side is railway station and some supermarkets. 10 minutes walking distance to Vienna city park. A lot of places to park the car. Minor minus - we did not have bottle of water in the room. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Bed is king size. You have full bathroom plus a bidet. Breakfast is another great and heavy plus. You have salmon, different sausages and salamy, great selection of cheese, including camembert and brie. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to return here some day!

Very nice, quiet hotel that is a short walk from city centre. Nice professional staff with updated rooms and facilities. There is a small fitness centre with treadmills and a weight machine plus a sauna and steam room. Room was spacious and comfortable which was great after a long day of sightseeing. There is also a tram stop steps away from the hotel so it's very easy to get around town. Good spot if you want to be close to all the action, but far enough away to get some peace and quiet.

Fantastic, lovely warm welcome. Staff everso helpful and kind. Extremely impressed with our room, very clean, spacious, comfortable. Very quiet room and very dark overnight so had a great sleep. So easy to get to from the airport. Thank you, we are loving our stay already.

Hotel on it's own great and clean I had a lovely stay I took one star off as there is mixed up and some drinks paid in the bar were charged back to room. It took long to resolve and we had a stressed out journey to Bratislava.

If it wasn’t for the rudeness of the front desk person, it could’ve been at 4. Location is good, rooms are spacious. Shower in the bathtub has this small partition door that doesn’t keep water from splashing on the floor. Not a good shower. My rate apparently didn’t include breakfast which I learned the hard way. I just showed up at breakfast and they asked for my room number and let me in for 3 days. They never said it would cost me extra. At checkout, they charged me 24 Euro per breakfast. When I said that was strange that nobody told me, the front desk lady was quite rude (unnecessarily) and said that I should’ve known since I booked without breakfast and I should’ve asked how much it cost. She said it was normal that they wouldn’t tell people - not their job. Breakfast itself was good but certainly not for 24 euro, maybe 15. Also, maybe related to holidays, but their restaurant and spa were always closed; so at least when I stayed it wasn’t really a 4-star hotel. The gym is super basic.

Pricey but worth it. Room is spacey and well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Austrian politeness at its best! Breakfast has lots of variety and you can get your fried eggs freshly made. Had to leave one day earlier than intended due to business reasons and got the money for the one day refunded without any trouble.

I was so impressed by the staff of this hotel. The hotel itself is conveniently located, it has good amenities, delicious breakfast, comfy beds. But the staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and welcome (eg organising taxis, promptly clearing the table once you’re done with food, helping with luggage, etc.). Would 100% recommend

A great hotel with spacious and warm rooms, excellent service and facilities. Nearby you can find places for very good pizza and a local brewery. The city center is about 15minutes by foot!

I have never felt so at home, and so well treated in any hotel in Vienna as in this wonderful 4 star+ hotel!! We came to Vienna to celebrate my 47th birthday, and they gave me, not one, but two bottles of champagne, chocolates, and the most delicious food and appetizers free of charge. The room was amazingly spacious, with amazing views to the Belvedere Palace, amazing and assorted breakfast, and located few minutes' walk from the city center. I cant make any special mentions, because evey single hotel employee has given their best for our stay to be the most pleasant one. This should be a 5 star hotel, no doubt!! Thank you so very much!!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. Great location with immediate access to metro and tram. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly Christian at reception and Hassan in the bar. They couldn't do enough for us. Room was beautiful with a terrace and lovely view. Perfectly clean hotel with strong emphasis on Covid safety. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, convenient location close to the railway stations with 20 minutes ride to the airport. Belvedere is at walking distance and city center is at a shortly longer walk. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Very spacious rooms
