I stayed twice for 3-3 nights. The second time, the liquid soap container was full, there was also a toothbrush and shaving set and bedroom slippers. That's when I realized that the room was not cleaned on my first visit, because they all were missing at the first time!!! Parking is available in a parking garage 500 meters away, but the hotel parking card ran out, so I could not pay the parking fee at the reception, as I did the first time. I asked (several times) why I wasn't getting a parking hotel card, to which the lady only pointed to the empty holder. It must have been unpleasant for the young lady because she pulled the Joker card and said that: I was being disrespectful and she CALL THE POLICE! I'm 140 kilograms, I can be scary if I don't like the service and I'm talking about it, but I'm not disrespectful in any way, I didn't say a single bad word! Avoid the hotel if you can! I've been twice, never again!!! Dear Gábor! (receptionist), I promised not to describe my experiences, but yesterday you said that you would call me in 1-1.5 hours because you were investigating the case. You didn't keep your word, you don't call me, so I didn't keep my promise to you either, I'll describe what I experienced. I will booking there never, never, never again! Everyone avoid this hotel! Update: Two weeks have passed. After departure, the hotel chain sends a questionnaire by email (would I recommend it, how was it, etc.). At their request, I wrote about my experiences there as well. In two weeks there was no apology, but no response at all. I don't think anyone even reads the requested answers! Once the developer of the website set up the sending of the automatic questionnaire, and then nobody deals with the answers. It's unnecessary to fill it out, they won't even give you the promised 10 percent for the answer if you book on a mobile phone. The staff have a great smile, I believe the positive reviews about their attitude, this is true as long as the guest keeps his mouth shut and doesn't say anything if he doesn't like something! Update: A month later still no answer!

I loved the cleanliness of this hotel and its location. The 4 starts for rooms and service is because of an unpleasant event that occurred on day 2. Another guest of the hotel barged into my room with his key card thinking that it is his room. He apologized, but why does his key card accessed both rooms? The hotel apologized and assured me that someone made an error loading the wrong data on his key card, but that made me feel unsafe. I asked to be moved and they moved me to a mother room, where someone has smoked and there was a shower cap tied to the smoke detector in the ceiling. They moved me to a 3rd room which had a better view and there wasn’t a cigarette smell, but no one offer to help me move from room to room. I did have two suitcases. I think the hotel lacks staff, as there is only one person at the front desc that does everything. Besides these two hiccups, the hotel was great. They didn’t have a restaurant, but offered breakfast and the lady who attended to guest during the breakfast time was wonderful. The front deck people were also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. It is clean and well maintained, and hopefully with more staff it will provide even better service.

We had a problem with the reservation and the breakfast and one of the staff refused to help us. I've been a customer of Eurostars network for a long time, I've stayed with them in Portugal, Spain, Hungary and the Czech Republic in several times. However, the treatment I received in Vienna makes me never want to use this Hotel chain.

Everything was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, bright and warm and have everything you need. I highly recommend and will be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was large, very clean and the toilet and bathroom were really clean and modern. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was on offer: along with the hot cooked food which changes between days, there were also plenty of continental style breakfast. But what made it special was the quality of produce that was on offer. Another benefit that we didn’t realise until we got there was that there is a bus stop right infront of the hotel, from which the bus 74A will take you direct to Wien Mitte station (to catch S-bahn, U-bahn and regional trains) so it’s very convenient for travelling within the city and outside the city and to/fro the airport. There’s were also a few restaurants, cafes and shops nearby which made it even more convenient. Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel and the service provided by the staff there.

Good location. Bus station in front of the hotel. Parking 5-10 min walk from the hotel. Basic breakfast. Rooms clean and very basic.

Amazing hotel. Personnel was above friendly, and breakfast was top. The rooms are very comfortable and even there's rooms with no carpets for those with asthma. It really makes a difference as the price was lower than other hotels in the zone, that were much worse. 5*

It can be better. Breakfast was same each day. There is no lunch and dinner option. On some floors walls ware dirty. It‘s 4 star business hotel. It doesn’t deserve 4 stars. I booked just because they have birthday and romantic option. Birthday option is bad cake is dry and old. Romantic option is good. Both have bottles of wine.

We are frequently in this hotel, five times per year. We live this place because of its location and most importantly its staff. Any time we had an issue they swiftly came, solved or compensated. We love this. Breakfast is great and rich. You can find all you want. We came back in February, May and June.

I am very pleased with the stuff/service and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Nice place to stay when on vacation. Clean rooms, nice bathroom(though can be improved by putting door on WC, so as wash basin can be used individually). Breakfast no words I can describe it, many options, good taste and all good. Staff is very welcoming. Location of this hotel is very good, many restaurants options nearby, bus stop is just outside entrance. I would definitely recommend this one.

The suites are big, lots of space, very clean, two rooms. The staff are helpful, and very attentive. This hotel is located near the center of Vienna. This makes it close to restaurants and shopping centers. It is located in a very clean area of the city.

Superb stay, did not catch that there was a free minibar (non alcoholic , ofc) . But otherwise a really pleasant hotel and staff. Distance to touristi stuff is possible to walk 35 min approx, otherwise taxi is easy.

Beautiful and clean hotel, very friendly staff. Nice Nespresso maker + pods in the room as well as plenty of bathroom amenities. On a very loud road and unfortunately all that noise comes into the room throughout the night. Bed was comfortable but incredibly shaky, woke me up every time my husband moved. Curtains didn’t do much to keep light out of the room.

Positive: - very clean room - very very good room service from my experience - breakfast is really good. Warm vegetables everyday. Fruits and nice bread - there is always some fruits, water and sweets at the bar for guests for free - The room is soundproof - The air conditioner is very silent - The wooden floor is very comfortable to walk bearfoot for me and not sleepary - The bath is really nice. Water flows well. - The bed is not too soft and high. I like such bed. Negative: - No S bahn or U-Bahn near the hotel. Only bus stops - No gyms and no swimming pool (nice to have) I can only recommend if you stay for a short time in Vienna.

The bad: No working air conditioning, even during hot daya in vienna , and the staff won't tell you that , even if u aked 10 times, until you go through nights of sweats , your options are nosiy streets and bugs or hot rooms,,, or rain into the room , The location is good, Service is ok for other aspects Breakfast is ok ,

Service was outstanding, everyone very polite. Very close to city centre, the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and buse pass ever 7-10 minutes.Rooms were very clean. The main drawback was the beds. Very stiff, very hard, not relaxing at all. Ιn one of the two beds, you could actually feel the spring protruding, very disappointing for a 4 star hotel....

It's a nice hotel. One of the cheapest near the center. And it's also near BUS and underground station. You have all the stores like Hofer and Billa very near. Rooms are very clean and neat. Breakfast was ok. Location is great, you can feal the heartbeat of the city, but the road is kinda loud, though it gets better in the night. Reception workers are very kind and they speak most of international languages. This was my first stay in Vienna, and next time I'm staying at this hotel again.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, though the breakfast area can be busy. No complaints except for a 3 am fire alarm which turned out to be false. Still, better than a real fire with no alarm! Pretty good restaurant next door, too. About 7 min walk from Kardinal Nagy Platz UBahn, and 74A bus stops right outside.

Great staff, very helpful and they were always at attention when someone went through the lobby always ready to help and greeted with a smile. Room was nice and cool by the time I got up there. Great variety for breakfast

Checking not available at 1400 as advertised. If you have limited time in Vienna, find another hotel that doesn't waste your time waiting in their lobby while rooms are cleaned when you should be exploring the city...

Be careful of their running scam. If you are coming from a country which does not have EUR as an offical currency, they will insist you should pay at the end of your stay and then you have 2 options on the POS, one in EUR and one in your local currency. They encourage you to pay in your local currency, because it is "the same". After you get the invoice you see that they charge a 7.9% exchange fee on that.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel located right in the city. The hotel is well maintained and staff is really nice. Very good connectivity to the centrum and other places in the city. We liked their breakfast buffet. Many restaurants nearby for you to enjoy your lunch or dinner, if you don’t want to go too far. If you’d like to book them, I’d suggest you to call them directly to get better offers and discounted prices.

Great place to stay for a short business visit. Rooms are spacious and loved their bathrooms. Since it's in a busy area, you hear a lot of cars on the street from 6am (sometimes through the night) Breakfast was great and many options for vegans.

Very nice hotel. Modern rooms, friendly reception. No AC though, so the room temperature is very hot - even in April. ..and if one leaves the window open, the street noise is significant.
