Great location, at the edge of the busy part of the city - walking distance to everything you'd want to see, yet in a quiet street. The receptionists were all so kind and helpful. Special mention for Hamed who made extra efforts to accommodate a very unusual ask I had! :) Warm ambiance in the rooms, very comfortable mattresses and pillows, nice toiletries. Pleasant and cute common areas, an open self-service corner with a selection of tea and candy next to the reception. Last but not least: kudos to the hygiene staff for the impeccable cleanliness! All in all, Das Tigra is a great accommodation choice for a few days of exploring Vienna, highly recommended!

Fantastic location to all the major attractions around Vienna. If you are traveling from the states, this is more of a 2.5 - 3 star hotel than a 4 star as indicated. The bed is very firm, almost like sleeping on the ground. The coffee maker blew the fuse in the room, to fix the situation, the maintenance person reset the fuse and removed the coffee maker…I guess I didn’t need coffee this morning anyway. Note: they do not do early check in, but will hold your luggage while you wait.

AnNa, you are the best thing that could happen to this hotel. No Really! AnnA checked me in to the hotel and being aware of Boutique hotels, I was in for a treat. The rooms are amazing, spacious and well designed. The WC is actually separate than the bathroom. Starting from the key holder to the beds in the room is boutique designed. The hotel is close to everything and I could just walk to all over the places. The breakfast could be a little better so I opted not to eat in the hotel. The bar next to lobby is decent and the guest are greeted with free Tea/Coffee all day. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here and would love to return in the future.

Perfect location in the middle of the city, close to major attractions and public transportation. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I ever had in a hotel. The service and staff was super friendly and professional. The room was spacious and very clean. Our room was cleaned and organized on a daily basis.

Room is tiny bit outdated (no USB charging ports, at least not by the bed, but I've managed to use one on TV). Other than that - great location in the heart of the city, near by everything, but quet, stuff is friendly and breakfast is good. p.s. For the late at night lunch - Hard Rock Cafe is 10 mins by foot. Open till midnight. And a lot of other caffe & ice-cream shops on the way. At the reception they recommended Macdonald's 😂

The hotel is at the very Center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants and the opera. The crew is very welcoming and with the best attitude for helping u with every question. Rooms are very comfortable and giving a boutique kind of feeling. And there is no need to expand on the food of this hotel which is great .

Stayed here twice during last week and this week. Almost all of their staff are very professional and helpful. The room we stayed in the first time had a separate toilet from the shower room and was very clean. The next time I arrived I was given an uncleaned room with dirty blanked and filthy carpet and a one toilet/shower trim after I asked to change it then I was given a room Similar to the first time. All in all, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area but still very close to restaurants and a supermarket. The distance to Stephenplatz station is about 10 minutes walk.

Cosy bar but they do not accept card payments although mentioned on their menu card? And once we discovered that, we got to know the bartender for real, a very unfriendly and inflexible person... So last time we were here

What can I say about Das Tigra hotel? 2 nights stay with 3 children was absolutely perfect. We took the Mozart family suite. It was new, spotless clean (I never had stayed in such a clean room) spacious, comfortable. They just though of everything! Everybody are so kind. Also the cleaning lady. The breakfast was amazing! So tasty. And very good service here is well. With good mood (we actually could hear them sing in the kitchen, this is lovely!) so we would definitely recommend to our friends to come here. The location is super central and price was quite reasonable (I have booked from the hotel website) so thank you for a shirt but awesome stay!

Everything was absolutely amazing at our stay here. Staff here are amazing! We were celebrating a birthday and they helped so much (more than they needed to) with the surprise and cake. Cannot thank them enough :) The rooms are clean, air-conditioned and there is a big breakfast spread with something for everyone. The location is great for visiting all the touristy attractions and airport, with really good public transport links!

My husband and myself just returned from Vienna and we stayed at The Boutique Hotel Tigra. It is central located. Great staff and very clean. Breakfast is to die for all you can eat and the variety is endless!

This is a gem of a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the staff are friendly and attentive. The real bonus for us was the location. Many attractions and restaurants within a short walking distance yet its just out of the way enough to ensure it remains quiet at night.

(March 2022) The location was great. Easy walking distance to central Vienna, many restaurants and several tourist attractions. Not too far from the train station so easy access to public transport. Definitely recommend the hotel for easy access to Central Vienna. The staff were helpful and nice. The hotel and room were modern. The room was clean, spacious and cosy. Nice clean bathroom. Overall very comfortable room and big double bed. Really nice breakfast with many options. Good value for money, especially due to location. -Elevator was small and could only fit 2 people comfortably at one time. Only 1 elevator, so the wait was often long during busy times of the day (breakfast/checkout time).

I had a wonderful stay with my husband. Ms. Anna was really helpful and always smiley. She helped us with making table reservations and making a free pcr test. We will surly come back to this great hotel.

As usual Boutique Hotels are always the best , centered, clean and spacious rooms, minibar, tv, safety. Only remark is include English language in the foreign tv channels.

If I had to return to Vienna I would love to go there again. The room was nice, big, perfectly equipped, very clean and comfortable. The staff accommodated all our needs and was helpful, friendly and accessible. Breakfast was way beyond our expectations. The common area is pleasant and fresh. Everything seems to have been well thought of and professionally executed. Maintenance is perfect. It is not a leap from a metro stations, but two are in a few minutes range. A supermarket and coffee shop are close by and various restaurants are one or two clocks away. This is a warm recommendation. I gave four stars for the location, but if you don't mind or even like being in a side street and yet close enough, then the fifth star is right there for you. When we once needed a taxi the reception was quick to oblige and in no time a taxi was at the door.

Excellent place! We were here in April, booked for one night. Rooms are clean, comfy and warm. The staff are very friendly and professional. There was a trouble with our tickets and we suddenly needed to stay one more night and the hotel provided it right away, it was so delightful! Definitely recommend and return here once more.

I was here 4 years ago and I came back. This stay is even better than the previous one. We have a large quiet room with a wide bathroom. All the personnel is kind and efficient. The breakfast is fantastic, with an infinite spectrum of choices. The hotel is really within walking distance from the center, Graben and Stephanplaz.

Lovely quite hotel, staff pleasant and helpful, best shower ever. Only downsides were no mirror at dressing table, being disabled I found it difficult to stand at mirror to do make. Also no beside lights, I don't know why.

Great stay in Vienna. Lovely smallish hotel - well located by Am Hof- very clean, well organised, superb friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast but also close to all the Cafes in Graben and Bognergasse. And generally pretty good value in an expensive town. My go to hotel !

The hotel was clean and the staff were all so friendly and willing to help with any questions or suggestions. As a solo traveler, safety is always a concern. I felt very safe at this hotel and with the location.

The room was clean and nice, the service was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with a big variety of good bread and cheese, besides many other tasty breakfast options. The location is also perfect, as you can walk to all the muesums etc close by. So I would definitely go there again :)

We have been to Hotel Das Tigra several times already. Excellent hotel!!! Location 5 min. easy walk to Graben. The rooms are neat and clean, the breakfast is quite correct. The staff is extremely professional. Now they also have a garage opposite the hotel itself, which is perfect for those who come by car. All recommendations !
