Everything was fine except the fact that the breakfast room (which is lovely decorated btw) is way too small for the amount of guests. Breakfast was delicious anyway 😍 the staff was nice and friendly too.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Vienna! It is conveniently located close to the main train station and next to a tram stop. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended!

great location with parking garage. (15€/day parking fee) room was clean, no complaints from us abiut the room. providing drinking glass in the room might be nice. very friendly and helpful receptionist. got unclean room but the receptionist immediately change our room.

Rooms are small and it is not possible to open the window fully. But loccation is great.

Dusty and dirty, stains on the floor. Found fibers of potentially hair on the bed. Broken furniture, walls are warped, lamination and chips coming off furniture. No blinds for the windows so everyone can see in. I’ve sneezed multiple times since checking in. Bathrooms don’t have any toiletries, thing towels. I will be checking out and staying in a hostel.

Uno schifo! Arriviamo alle 16.30 e troviamo la porta sbarrata senza possibilità di parlare con nessuno. Avevamo prenotato con eDreams un mese prima, e nessuna comunicazione c'è arrivata. Vergognosi sia l'albergo che eDreams. Ho mio figlio che ancora piange per lo spavento. Abbiano dovuto pagare un'altra stanza con booking, prendendo quello che trovavamo. A 10 km dal centro, una stanza e un bagno in comune a 800 €!!
