Newly built hotel just next to the Hauptbahnhof Wien. In a very busy place, but the room was surprisingly quiet 😳 Great location, clean rooms, highly recommended hotel! Only one thing was negative, the cleaner forgot to come once, but the receptionist solved the issue shortly.

Right next to the main station, friendly and kind staff, and very clean, comfy rooms. We had everything we needed. It is great value for the area and super useful for a stopover if youre travelling via HBF! Will definitely stay here again as we are often transiting through Vienna.

The hotel location is perfect if you travel with railway. Breakfast is served from 6:30 and has lots of tasty options. You can also walk to city center in about 40 minutes calm through Belvedere. Coffee machine in room. By the way for those comments "they gave tea without kettle": you can heat water in coffee maker, just don't insert capsule :) Highly recommend for a few days stay, I found this as best price-quality near hbf. However there are some moments which can be critical for someone: * bathroom has no door and shower wall is almost transparent, so if you travel with somebody not that close, it will be uncomfortable * my room was quite clean, but it was not perfectly clean but I don't see a problem with little of dust

We stayed one night and it was great. Clean, great customer service and location. It would be great if the rooms had at least a little kettle to make tea or coffee, but overall a great experience. Would recommend it.

If your main selection criteria are economy and proximity to Hauptbahnhof, then the Star Inn is probably the best choice in the area. Hygiene stands are high, sleep quality is good (the mattress is still on the hard side, but the rooms have good soundproofing and blackout curtains), the shower is great and the breakfast is generous. The room had a fridge and safe. The only deduction would be for the air conditioning, which just pumped out hot air even when set to the coldest setting. All the staff at reception and breakfast were personable, efficient and attentive.

The location is ok , the view is not great but it's very close to the train so it's very convenient. Our room was very nice , spacious with nice bathroom, (even if I would like to have some privacy when taking shower), the mattress very good to rest, clean and enough space for clothes ect. It is not so female friendly though. In the bathroom there was just a shower gel of men's perfume smell, no cap for the hair the hair dryer difficult to use if you have long hair and no other amenities for female visitors. There's a parking but it is very expensive and you have no other option around there to leave your car. The staff in the reception fail to create a nice welcoming and are not helpful at all. Very young unexperienced and can't even understand a simple problem and certainly didn't give any solutions. They never smiled, seemed bored or bothered to do the job , one of them was talking to the other one who was doing our check in, she nagging and complaining that she had to solve some issue that a guest had. Then they give us complicated wrong instructions of how to use the parking cards to enter the parking and when we went back and told them that it's not working that way , they had no answer and then an young lady came repeating the same wrong instructions again and again! When we said it's not working this way the only answer was that it is impossible! Yet the car was already in and we didn't know if we could get out ,because they kept talking about a blue extra card that never appeared. Its funny that she insisted that the car could not enter in without the card when it was already in , but really also irritating . I would give five stars if the staff at least smiled a little and was more efficient. The breakfast was very good and the staff there more friendly, yet they made too much noise when cleaning the tables. The second day it was better on that matter. Overall a nice hotel in a reasonable price, but due to the staff I ll probably check other hotels when back to Vienna

It is only a few minutes walk from Vienna main train station. Most importantly the room was very clean and the price very reasonable. However I don’t quite get why the bathroom did not have a door! At least the toilet was separate though! But overall very happy with the stay - staff friendly, room very clean, room service daily. Had a really good sleep for all 3 nights.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the train station. Compared to other offers in the city, it offers a great price, including breakfast. Check in was smooth and super fast. We got a room on the eighth floor with a wonderful view of the trains and surrounding buildings. The room is nice furnished with a large king size bed and a separate toilet. soundproofing and window darkening are absolutely perfect. The current rooms also have a fridge - minibar - unfortunately, no offer. I deduct the points brcause the TV, which does not offer connection with the phone or YouTube or Netflix. I missed the door in the bathroom. If you're traveling with a partner, it's probably not a problem, otherwise you don't have any privacy. I recommend bringing your own shower gel and hand soap. In the room, there was only a large product of low quality for hands, body and hair.

We stay here for two nights. Here’s very close to the main station. Front staffs are nice. The shower room has no door. Water spread out and you feel cold when you take a shower. Strange design. First night, we want an extra quilt. It disappear when we come back late and tired at the 2nd night. And the lasting quilt on bed was tidy in a weird way. We have queen size bed. I found my part has only quilt cover at mid night and can only wake my wife up to re-tidy the bed by our self. 9:15 am, before we check out, a room cleaning staff break into my room. Fortunately, we are not necked. Room cleaning staffs need more training.

Pretty decent hotel for a couple of nights. Conveniently located a few minutes away from the central train station. Rooms are clean and spacious. However mattresses and pillows are rather uncomfortable, specially the pillows.

We stay in Leonard hotels quite often. This time we had a superior double room on 10th floor. As usual the room was very clean and comfortable. We did have to turn the heating off as it was a warm room. It was by the main train station and easy access to the tram and underground. It was also in walking distance of the Belvedere. We had breakfast and there was a good selection on offer. My only niggle was there wasn't any gf products and when I requested gf bread I was told 2mins but it never arrived, but there was plenty of other things for me to eat.

I stayed one night 10/21/2023 ( Booked through Agoda ). Hotel location is good, next to train station. Room was clean. No breakfast was provided even was included in booking, they (front desk ) asked us to pay. Staff was prefessional. Bathroom was open, no privacy. Do not stay here with young children.

Τhe Hotel location is very nice. Across the street is the Main Railway station so if you can easily have access to the Vienna Airport. The Hotel room was clean( but you can try a little bit more). The room was nice furnished with a large king size bed and a separate toilet. Also they offer a Coffee machine. Inside the Railway station there are plenty of stores, supermarkets where you can buy coffee or something to eat. Also inside you can find the metro station. You can take the Line U1 and in 6 minutes you are in the center of Vienna.

We stayed there for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is that standard rooms don't have a closed washroom (no door or curtain outside shower). Other than this, everything was perfect. The location is very convenient and within 5 mins walk from central train station. They also offer complimentary water in the rooms which is very rare in the region.

Great stay here, I did not got any problems while I was staying here. The breakfast was like in any other hotels but it was good. The rooms were clean and the bed was pretty comfy. The location is also good as it is a 5 minutes walk from the main Vienna station.

A good modern hotel to stay is Vienna and it's only 3-4 mins walk from main railway station. Service is very professional and our room was decent, clean and comfortable. Lobby and surroundings are cozy. However, there are 2 weird things, separate toilet doesn’t have any lock system and shower area doesn’t have any door, its kinda open!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Its location is superb that just across the road from the Vienna Central station for trains and subways ( 3 mins walk). The hotel is very new, and the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would like to thank the front desk staff, Miss Verena, who helped to call a cab for us so that we could reach the Vienna General Hospital A&E in the shortest time. She also helped to reserve our room for a few more days at this peak tourist season just in case we need to extend our stay for further medical help. Despite the fact that we couldn't explore this city much due to unforeseen circumstances, we certainly enjoyed our stay at this friendly and warm hotel.

More of of a business hotel, the bath area doesn't have a door or curtain. Not recommended if travelling with family and kids. Having a peaceful bath is an issue here. WC has a door but no lock or latch. My daughter 10 year old s described the hotels policy as "your privacy is not our priority" She too found it uncomfortable taking a bath

A decent hotel with a perfect location, good breakfast, friendly staff and decent rooms. Only negative things are, that the elevators are relatively slow and a bit dumb, programming wise and a few colleagues had fungus growth in their showers. (I personally seem to have been lucky so far) And lastly the flat thing called "pillow" is killing my neck..

Convenient hotel near Wien HBF. Good value for money, but nothing fancy. Nice bar with reasonably priced drinks. No restaurant or room service in the evening, but there is a shop with snacks and drinks and other amenities. Good for short business trips, but don't go there for your honeymoon :)

Overall experience was good. The location is great. The rooms are good but I didn't like how bathroom didn't have a door. Also breakfast needs improving

The location is perfect. Just right in front of the train station. But there’s no kettle in the room, WiFi not working, we stayed here for 3 nights and complained about the WiFi for 2 times but no one’s fix it. 0 Wifi for 3 nights straight.

Good location and comfortable bed room, however it may not suitable for summer because of no air conditioning unless you want to take sunna. Staff are very helpful during my stay and try to exchange another room without affected sunset whilst the room temp lower down to 30C.

Never ever.....after 37 years ...travelling....so much shame....they kick me out on the street middle of the night because I just have health & negative test....but no 💉....never go there guys!!!!!! Have 235.000 followers I have better options to sleep😉

Clean room, spacious and kind service

No shutters in the rooms, so not possible to put the rooms in colplete darkness and have a proper sleep. Unacceptable for a hotel which pretends to have standing.

Clean, friendly service, excellent location

The hotel is in a very good location next to the main train station. The rooms are very nice and the bed is comfortable. The city centre is a short 15 minute walk. The only reason the hotel did not get 5 stars is short due to one of the reception staff. On arrival more at the desk, after getting her attention it seemed she wad not interested and to get back into her phone. Such a pity as it is a nice hotel, I would only really return due to location.

The hotel is ok. Very functional, clean, and well located for business in the city. Airconditioning was too warm, even on lower settings. Also, the shower is higher than the bathroom with no real divider. This made things interesting. The hotel claims not to clean rooms during your stay due to Covid. This is a bit on the lazy side I think. Wifi was great. Restaurant is like a cafeteria, so eat out. Overall, ok.

The hotel was a nice hotel, situated very close to Vienna Hopbahnhof. It was clean and the decor was nice and modern. However, the Wi-fi was atrocious, i’ve seen others complain about this too in other reviews. It works barely in the lobby but it won’t work at all in your room. Also, they only clean rooms on checkout, which is… okay i guess? I understand this during COVID restrictions absolutely, but this is the only hotel i’ve encountered that still does this in our post-covid world. Had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper at the reception. Overall, 3/5.

Amazing rooms for the price and vicinity to the Hauptbahnhof. Literally across the street. If you want to get to old town though you either walk 50 mins or take a tram/subway

Windows don't open properly, so rooms way too warm. I was staying for four nights and asked three times for the room to be cleaned. Each time a member of staff said yes, they would but never did. And they checked me out of the room, accidentally too.

Wonderful place to stay! Loved the room. Big bath towels and even lotion! (Note though the lotion bottle was difficult to access) Bed was so comfortable I almost slept in!

Very nice, basic hotel. Clean, quiet. Very convenient - just across the street from Hauptbahnhof but still very quiet. Bed is very hard but comfortable enough.

Eberything is decent it’s near the transport so everything is near. The only minus is the breakfast it’s really basic but it’s 18€ and the bar only have beer i think

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was surprised at the quality, for the price I paid. It was decorated and furnished to a high standard, and reception staff were really very helpful and attentive, be it with cups of tea at midnight, or printing opera tickets. Very convenient for the Hauptbahnhof main train station. I would stay here again.

Spent couple of nights here, no regrets. Located opposite to Vienna main station and a few steps walk takes you to the shopping promenade. The tram stop is also at walking distance. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is not bad.

Very nice, stylish hotel in central location close to the main station - for people who travel by train is very good benefit. When you come inside you will see reception just in front of you. The staff is very polite and kind especially Emre who took care of us❤️ The room is nice and very modern, there is everything what you want for your stay. Very nice spacious toilet, nice designed bathroom, huge bed and also refrigerator where sou can keep your goods. We had room facing the street and main station but there was no noise as the windows are soundproof. The breakfast is rich and everybody will be satisfied. As this hotel is in the city centre there is everything close - by subway or S-Bahn. We loved our Easter stay here and when we’ll come to Vienna again, we will stay in this hotel again!

Overall it was a really nice experience! Everything was clean and the rooms were very peaceful ! The location of the hotel really does help if you are a tourist! Also the staff was so friendly, helpful and polite! Especially Mattias helped my boyfriend with everything when I twisted my ankle. He gave me some ice to put over my injury, he helped us find the nearest hospital and he offered to call us a taxi. Fortunately all I needed was just a bandage and a lot of rest! Thank you Mattias!

Nice staff , they are very kind and helpful! The rooms are clean and nice . We had a room on the 10th floor , from the window was a nice view. Good price too, next to the main train station.
