Very good hotel. Excellent quality of rooms. All services available and it has air conditioning for those hot days. Excellent breakfast available from 0700. It is located very close to an important shopping center and close to the U1 train line.

Hotel stuff by check in threats you like scammer and thief. 45minutes to check in because they didn't accept company confirmation per email. Company has booked there many times but staff and manager threat guest as they didn't want to pay. Was agreed per Email to send invoice but they wanted additional credit cards... On booking was written that guest don't pay for room and will be paid by company. I stayed several times in this hotel before... Really bad treatment. Don't recommend.

Chose Arcotel because it was near the metro station and the huge shopping mall, I wanted to shop alot in the last 2 days of my trip. Had some difficulty locating the hotel bcos it was combined with the shopping mall and the hotel entrance was somewhat obscured. Check in was a breeze. I stayed at Room 224 which unfortunately had no views. There was a smell in the room, but easily resolved with an air spray. Otherwise happy with the room cleanliness and its. features. Layout was unique as the shower area is fully exposed with see-through glass (so if you are travelling with friends it'll be awkward). Really enjoyed the convenience of the shopping mall being so near bcos many dining options.

Great hotel next door to Westfield Shopping centre. Modern hotel with comfortable rooms, great showers and toiletries. The only thing we didn't like, was having to dress in sloppy clothes, to go down to the reception, to get takeaway cups of tea after waking. Coffee was charged at 2 euros. We are used to supplies in rooms. Breakfast was amply satisfactory for most eaters, however.

Far from anything tourists would want to see, but close enough to the subway to easily get anywhere.

Very good and clean rooms. Good location for public transportation and shopping. Pricey. Service negligent. The napkins were not refilled. The reception desk is automatic and refused to check me in. I had to wait for a couple of hours until I got to speak with a person to find out that my name was misspelled and the machine doesn't know it. The parking is not included in the room price. Costs 25 EUR/day. The parking is very crammed so, my car was scratched by the neighbour who ran away. Unfortunately, I discovered it only after I left the country. The breakfast, though abundant is not of the quality one expects from a four star hotel, especially the meats, juices and the coffee.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, we would definitely stay here again. The service is really good, the lady that checked us in was super friendly. The room was super clean and smelled nice. It was super quiet (I didn't even have to use earplugs during the night), the soundproofing between the rooms seems decent. It was very warm in the room (we stayed in Dec when the the weather was cold). There is no tea making facilitates in the room, which we did not find problematic since you can make tea at the reception area (they also have free apples downstairs). The location is really good as well - a huge mall near by with plenty of restaurants/take aways and a supermarket. It also takes only 15 mins to get to the city center. The breakfast is ok (eggs, sausages, variety of ham and cheese, fruits, veggies, cereal, yogurt, bread and pastries + cold and hot drinks).

Felt ripped off from check in lady who helped our group of 4 book a taxi to the airport. She claimed it was 45 euros but when we got to the airport the driver said it was 70 euros. He said it was 45 euros for up to 3 people. Then also said we had a lot of luggage which was untrue as we each has a carryon and small backpack

The room is nice and clean ✅ Super breakfast ✅ A paid parking space that is full and it is not possible to charge an electric car - classic cars are parked there. ⛔️

Decent hotel on outskirts of city centre . Good location for the attractions on the Donnau / Danube. We had great fun using the scooters to and from the hotel.. Great situation next to Donnau Westfield shopping centre if you are a shopaholic. Shop open 24 hrs for drinks and essentials. Nice breakfasts. Would recommend

Location is 2 quick blocks from the U Bahn, so easy to get to the center of town. Hotel is modern, clean, quiet, breakfast was great.

Was there for 7nights. Ladies at reception were lovely. However, bar manager was awful and rude to me when I asked for simple information like when will the bar be open and only because it was close at the time when it was supposed to be open! I complained and got a 10% voucher to use at the bar… good you would tell me! But…. The bar never open during my stay! And… they did not care enough to inform clients, so you basically pay a room with services and other facilities, but don’t get all of it… Breakfast was also not a good experience… first of all, same open hours week and weekend, outrageous-you know that some people like to sleep a bit longer during the weekend. Anyway… Saturday was already a big mess, but let me tell you about Sunday. Yes they were fully booked last minute the night before but what about « management of ressources » and « flexibility »… at the end only one staff (thank you Yasser!) was working in room and run, struggled, dealt with customers while, the bar manager (yes yes the same rude man…) appeared only at the end and chatted with customers instead of help cleaning tables or else… At their shop, i asked for toothpaste (as they have toothbrush) on Sunday, they did not have any…. By the time i left on Thursday morning, still none. Lastly, they do not have a proper restaurant, ok on paper as they offer delivery from two restaurant they partnered with. You have to order at the lounge, but remember it never opened, so I called the reception who literally explained to me that they use an app and I can do it from my phone… what a service! I have been to many hotels, I rarely saw this level of poor management and « I don’t give a damn » attitude towards clients. Maybe the location and look could explain the 4star, but definitely not the services and facilities…

Room is generally pretty comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well despite the hot weather outside. Public transport easily accessible, breakfast on the downside with mediocre choices. Staff were alert and quick to find a solution to a problem with a malfunction in my room. Good option a bit outside of the city centre.

Great rooms, vast options at the breakfast. Nice location outside of the center but only 15 min by metro + shopping mall is just behind the door Cosmetic products are amazing as well as how the whole brand cares about nature 100% recommended
