Although clean, that is about all that can be said of the rooms. The wifi signal didn't reach up to the room, so working was impossible from there. A simple door connected my room to the next one, although locked I could hear the other people talk... And much more. Which is rather unpleasant! The hotel is just generally run down and out dated. It might have been a 4 star hotel at one point, but that no longer seems correct.

The hotel is located near city centre, like 10 minutes walk. The hotel itself is not new, but clean and ok to stay. Bedsheets were changed every day, but the bottle of water in the room was not renewed. Expensive. We paid 72 euros per standard room a night + 12x2=24 euros for breakfast. The breakfast was ok and worth its money, there was a cheesecake even once. Conclusion: Hotel is ok, but not worth the price it is asking for.

Terrible, over priced, miles from anywhere. Imagine an apparent 4 star hotel charging extra for an air conditioner!!! The decor and facilities seemingly haven’t been updated since the 70s. Staff are rude an unhelpful, breakfast is a joke. Laying awake at night hearing the neighbours use the toilet. I’ve stayed in better youth hostels at $5 a night. Seriously don’t waste your time or money.

Wifi signal does not reach the room, awful to work from. The wifi does work from the lobby area, and there are desks to work from, but the average internet speed was 3mbit down, so you will not be able to have any video calls.

It was alright, though not anything close to what you expect of a 4* hotel, I've been to much better hotels with 3*. The staff was mostly friendly, just try to stay away from the "house owner". The breakfast was ok, but I would have liked a little more space and a greater variety of food. The most important part, the rooms, were quite nice, although you have to pay extra for the AC (4* hotel by the way) and having the windows open was not a good experience either because there was some pretty annoying noise. Something that kind of bothered me was the elevator, it seemed pretty old and not very safe to use. A good point is probably the location, it's very close to a subway station, probably only 1 or 2 minutes. Overall, the hotel was alright, but don't go there with too many expectations.

Easily the tackiest hotel I have ever stayed in. This is a mediocre 2 start hotel, certainly not a 4 star facility. Everything about this hotel is ugly. The furniture is '70s style brown plastic, the floor cheap linoleum and all the upholstery features a really depressing green color. The curtains are dirty and the bed is uncomfortable. The pillow and mattress have a musty smell. The walls are paper thin. The wifi is extremely slow. I will never stay here again. You can get much better hotels in Vienna at this price point.

Old hotel in need of renovation - although the rooms are nice. Breakfast was barely acceptable - short of to complain about. Cold eggs and coffee that tastes like it's been kept warm for hours.

Very nice apartment hotel located in a quiet neighborhood with good access to transit. The cons are that there is no A/C at the apartments and effectively no elevator. This review refers to the apartments only. I didn't stayed at the hotel rooms available at the same property.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect and the rooms were comfortable with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Very good location, rooms are clean and newly renovated. Mini fridge was handy. My only complaint is the elevators are small and slow, but it's a minor inconvenience. UBahn is very close, making it easy to get around, but it's only less than a 20 minute walk to the city center. Many good restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby.

Perfect hotel if you want to save money, but you still want to sleep in a clean and good place. All perfect for our expectations, the room clean and comfortable (maybe a bit dated, but not important), the bathroom literally brand new, looked like they renewed yesterday. Staff was friendly and the location was fantastic, 150 meters from the tube station. I would definitely come back again.

The ratings for the 3 categories (rooms, service, location) can be very subjective so I will break down my review: Rooms: 1/5 We selected this hotel hoping to get some work done in the room. The desk was nice and big. The room was spacious. The wifi was struggling for its life! I was connected, and then disconnected, and then barely connected before being disconnected again. We were on the 2nd floor, so not too far away from the lobby. Wifi seems to be a consistent issue among many travelers as indicated in their reviews. Also, watch out for the showers - it's a very small space, and one wrong bump against the faucet will result in the water temperature turning boiling hot or ice cold. And finally, the walls are quite thin and you will be able to hear your neighbors talking or slamming their doors. Service: 2/5 Staff did not seem so friendly, but luckily we did not have too much interaction with them. Wifi sucks, they probably knew it but didn't care enough to assist guests in that area. Perhaps it was out of their control too - who knows! Location: 4/5 The location was the top saving grace of this hotel! It is across the street from a U-bahn station and 15-20ish min walking distance away from the downtown-y areas. All in all, if you do not care about the lack of wifi access or simply want a place to crash that is reasonably located next to a U-bahn station, this hotel might be the one for you!

The hotel doesn’t have enough parking spaces. Even available parking spaces are sold for 25 euros per day. Guests must look for paid parking remotely. Old cobwebs hang on the walls. Insufficient cleaning. "Free internet" is a complete tragedy in the rooms. The internet connection works perfectly near the reception. My complaints didn’t lead to any improvement in the internet connection. Just ignore with a promise of tomorrow until you leave the hotel. The only advantage was that it was close to a metro station.

Last year they scammed alot of people. They closed the hotel without canceling their reservations and without giving the money back to the people. If you value your holiday, stay away from this.

I arrived having just been knocked off my bike by a woman , blood was pouring from my face ,I asked the woman behind the counter , if she could get me some paper towels or water but she was more concerned about whether I had paid my booking ( which I had) but wow where is the human touch. Overpriced. shower was either scorching or cold. Told me on phone that there was a safe place for bike , if a open front yard is safe , nothing secure to lock bike too.

Rooms old and outdated, noisy, water pressure and hot -cold regulation is impossible above 3 floor ( stayed at L3 and L6) you either have boiling hot ot ice cold! L3 it was ok. It makes it dangerous and just really inconvenient. Or ice cold straight from the mountains. It's Super noisy!!!! For Addition to indoor noise to gonna have construction 5.40 Am in the morning outside which is between the buildings (in the garden-parking area) plus cleaners and who knows what and that was just crazy. Not the guests but you can hear every door opening-closing, you can hear your neighbours, you can hear above you people walking -jumping. If you can get cheapest option and considering location maybe that's the option but I wouldn't stay there again. Helpdesk is helpful but honestly if u wanna have a good rest avoid this place. Thats rediculous. Some rooms are divided with your neighbours with the locked door, list goes on. Furniture is really old, outdated and so on. Electrical obviously too. Breakfast is good and recommended.

We stayed during the New Year festivities. The accomodation was perfect . Rooms clean, receptionists very warm, welcoming and helpful. The location is good and not far from centre. Well served

No receptionist inside! After the midnight in the new year eve our key did not work and NOBODY was helpful. They gave to us only 1 key! The emergency partner hotel told us to wait until the next tomorrow morning even though our flight was before! Bad experience of my life! It is not a 4 stars hotel, it is a b&b. They like to joke with people, they don't want to refund us just because we told the truth in a public way. Escape from it! Go to a serious hotel where there is a 24h receptionist and a double working key.

They are not so hospitable. The rooms ara quiet old and dirty. Climate was not working. The housekeeping just takes the garbage not cleaning or changing the towels. So did not satisfied my expectations.

Clean room .little away from city centre. Helping staff. Needed a urgent print in morning , was duly assisted. City centre is still walkable and it's adjacent to metro . Cannot bring your drink in small backyard they have reserved for drinks served by hotel bar. Overall ok. Price seemed little high.

rresponsible and liars. We had reserved a number 2month ago. We arrived and they tell us we will be closed tomorrow. They told us they will transfer you to another hotel, they told us the hotel is in the center And we found ourselves in the far area. We will also pay for the taxi. They have not paid yet.

Vienna is a wonderful city. And this hotel helped to have a beautiful vacation this summer. Big, clean rooms with AC, good breakfast with really nice personnel attending, close to metro and even close to center town if you enjoy a walk along the Danube canal. The reception can also help with sights to see and trips around the city.

I stayed here for a couple of days on a school trip. The rooms were nice and always cleaned by the time we got back. Breakfast was consistent while also having variety that was delicious. It is located near the train station and some good restaurants. It's also right by the water, which is great for a stroll at night. Overall, it's a good place to rest your head and relax before you go out and explore the city.

Good clean hotel. Very well located. For me important was that it is very close to the Faculty of mathematics of the University of Vienna. Lots of restaurants nearby. I stayed here two times. The first time I had the top floor whose roof widow had a nice view over the roofs of Vienna. The lower floors don't really have any view.

Very nice hotel. All the staff were very good host, specially the ladies who were serving the breakfast. The people at the reception was also very supporting. The best thing for me was the silent rooms where you can shred your tiredness from the whole day into your bed at night. The Vienna ticket is available the the reception, so you don’t need to look for it somewhere else if you need one.

In a continent of no AC, this hotel was a blessing. Along with a wonderful AC unit, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom had a lot of space. The buffet breakfast was really yummy and had a lot of variety and the hotel was really close to the subway station.
