Perfect location for a city break on Vienna. This accomodation is located in the heart of the city, at 2 min walk from the Opera, at less than 10 minutes from Stephan's dom. The stuff is very, very friendly and helpful. We asked for an iron and they were kind enough to provide one for us. The food in the morning was delicious and included a great variety, like: yogurt both plain and with fruits, cereals, corn flakes, dried fruits, summer fruits (blueberries, peaches, apricots), many types of cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumbers, different types of hams, salammi, different kind of bread, boiled eggs, coffee, natural juice, butter, jams, honey, some cakes and pies. (I have added some photoes, but they are taken at around 10 am, when the breakfast is supposed to be finished). The stuff continously was refilling the finished products durring breakfast. The breakfast is served between 7:30- 10:00 The rooms are spacious and clean ( they clean every day the rooms, unless you specify otherwise). I saw some complains in the reviews that the rooms look old, I don't mind that. The bed was very comfortable, I slept lile a baby and also, I came to visit the city, not to spend time inside a room. All in all, this accomodation was worth all the money: great location and stuff, good food.

Very, very kind people. I wanted to book a nonrefoundable room on 30th of November, but I booking refreshed while in process and I booked the wrong period. I called them and they canceled my booking without any charges. Unfortunately they didn’t have rooms for the night I wanted, but I will book for sure with them next time in viena

Location is great as it is near many prominent attractions. However the hotel can improve on its breakfast buffet selections as items were mostly cold.

The location can't be beat, you can walk to pretty much everything a tourist will want to see. The staff was super nice and helpful. My room was cozy and clean, with A/C, which was a must because I happened to be there during a heat wave. (Added bonus, the water from the tap was pleasingly cold, even when it was really hot out, a great boon when ice isn't common.) The breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again if returning to Vienna.

Perfect location. Lovely room, very quiet . We loved the breakfast room, beautifully set tables with a great selection of traditional breakfast foods, served by a lovely efficient lady. Great hotel just off of the pedestrian street in Vienna and near the Opera building. Major metro station is also just a fee minutes walk away. Rooms are very nicely furnished and clean. There was also a portable air-conditioner which was greatly appreciated! The management were some of the nicest people we have come across, genuinely ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend the breakfast also, nice spread and only 10€.

Stayed for three nights with my girlfriend. Michael and Brigitte are wonderful hosts. You are so close to all relevant sights. Air conditioner worked very well for us!

Had an absolutely great time there, the rooms were really spacious and had so much Viennese Charm to it!! Breakfast sortiment was really high-quality and delicious (they had fresh bread and such nice Austrian cheese) and they even had some gluten-free alternatives. The best thing however is the location. Honestly, if you're in Vienna for a weekend trip, there is no better location than this. It is directly next to the famous state opera, the Albertina Museum (can only recommend), the city centre and also Schloss Schönnbrunn is only a few minutes by metro. The owner Michael is also happy to give you any Tipps if in need for some good Austrian restaurants. They do not have a bar or anything in the lobby, but with so many nice bars around the corner we easily found a place to have a few drinks.

They cancelled our reservation just four days before travelling without a truthful reason. Highly do not recommend

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Pension Suzanne! The location can‘t be any better, just some steps away from all of Vienna‘s sights and restaurants. The lovely typical viennese/biedermayer Interior is really what makes the Hotel stand out - we felt like sleeping in a museum! Michael and his wife also made us feel so welcomed and gave us amazing tipps for our stay here. We loved the charm of this small, family-run Hotel and could only recommend it to anyone - so much better than a big, lifeless hotelchain in our opinion!
