Me and my boyfriend were living in a basic room. The light was poor, it smelled like cigarettes (also in the bathroom). No toiletries, bell from the church was ringing very often starting from 7a.m. Thin walls, dusty carpet, dirty walls, liners were not ironed, pillows very uncomfortable.

No reception, you have to call to get keys. Had to search boiled water to prepare milk mixture for newborn in all bars nearby.

I have never experienced such insolence as in this hotel!!! When we weren't in the room, the unfriendly receptionist went into our room and even went through my girlfriend's underwear, and several things were lost!!!! We then complained and he then threatened to hit my partner and me! We checked out and looked for another hotel! I would not recommend anyone to check into this hotel, ever!!! Furthermore, the cleanliness was also very poor! I've stayed in dozens of hotels and this was by far the worst in the last 20 years! In my opinion, such places should be closed!!!

Everything was nice except 2 things : the bed was not one double but 2 single, and when you travel with wife it is really frustrating; the bed make a lot of noise, even if you sit on it. Everything else look pretty nice. Hope they will fix.

Amazing place and service. Is a bit far and the wifi does not work in the room. Some of the staff did not speak English.

This hotel is a joke. Reservation through booking confirmed, I checked the option to pay at arrival, the hotel tried to charge my card anyway. We arrived 00:15 (reception closed after 00:00) on the entrance was information, that every service through the call will be charged extra 10€, which we accepted. When somebody finally answered the call, he shout at me: "why are you calling me, where did you get this number, I said that we are closed" and hang up. Reservation was cancelled after this. At 00:45 we've been left without a place to stay

Okay - close to trams & train transport & therefore everything. Room was pretty basic even though we paid more to get upgraded. No kettle - hardly any WiFi - tiny fridge - TV difficult to operate.

When we had some friends visit us in Vienna they decided to stay in this hotel. It turned out to be a great choice - highly recommended for tourists seeking a perfect balance between quality and pricing. Very friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms and all of that in a great city like Vienna.

It is like the hotel with self servising. There were no receptionist when we came at 8 pm. We were knocking and belling, but nobody opened the door of the hotel. We had called the number on the doors, and somebody by phone told us where is the key of our room. In the morning reception was also empty. No personal hotel parking place. Parking on the nearest street is free only from 7 pm till 8 am.

Well located hotel, decent room but extremely rude receptionist even threatening to call the police because we were protesting the penalty applied for a 15 minute check-out delay. He had even parked his car in front of ours in the parking lot (very cramped and poorly maintained space) to prevent us from leaving on the pretext that we were poorly parked. He managed to extort an additional 15 euros from us (cash payment without proof). Place to absolutely avoid. Damage ! Suitably located hotel, correct room but the receptionist was very unpleasant, even threatening us to call the police because we disagreed about the fine for a 15 min late check-out. He parked his own car in front of ours to prevent us from leaving the parking (the place was very narrow and poorly maintained) and he shouted at us for being badly parked). He succeeded to get additional 15 euros (in cash and without invoice). Hotel to be avoided absolutely, it's a shame!

I have never seen such unfriendly staff. We were kicked out because they wanted to wait in the waiting area until the check-in date. This hotel should be closed with such unfriendliness.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to grocery stores, bars, restaurants. 5 minutes walk from Central Street. Very spacious, bright rooms, large bathroom, clean, smiling and friendly service staff
