Hugely expensive. €5.50 for a flat white. €5.50 for TEA. €3 for a croissant asked if we wanted butter and marmalade, turns out it's €2 each for a small bowl of butter and marmalade - making each croissant €7! 4 people, 2 croissants one eggs benedict, two coffees a tea and grapefruit juice - €46.30. Yet another tourist trap. AVOID. The waiter was disgracefully pushy about a tip to top it off, he asked no less than three times when we tried to pay. Absolute joke.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Menu has lots of nice choices. Breakfast looks excellent, but staff said you need to reserve in advance! Good prices. Excellent location, nice outdoor seating.

Nice ambience, accomodating staff. Baristas asked me also to take their photo and they were so nice and their cafè art was astonishing

I don’t travel, and this is just my complete and total opinion, obviously. One of the best meals we’ve had this trip. Not to mention, I’ve had a LOT of coffee in my life before this trip…. I didn’t drink it until it was cold, because it was a caffeinated work of Art! Never before have I seen detail in a coffee ever!!! Teriyaki bowl was awesome, and the crispy chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries were just as good.

The best bowl I have ever eaten in Vienna. The service was amazing, the atmosphere great. Really great & chill place to enjoy your lunch. Bring some time with you as the food tastes as it’s completely fresh, but that takes some time. Overall a great experience and for the ambience and location the prices are very decent as well.

Freindly service, amazing designs on the coffee cup, I even ordered my name on it, I took 33 pictures until it was cold 😉, I adore the colour of the seats but the tables are a bit tight and could disturb in moving, but everything else is perfectly okay.

This place was delicious, fresh, and very healthy. I loved the colorful plating and the variety of ingredients they included within one dish. It was all very tasty and well made.

First time here and definitely not last! Excellent service, good menu ( there's always room for improvement), quality products, dishes nicely presented, excellent coffee, air-conditioned and nice terrace. Definitely an excellent choice, facing the natural history museum, in a central location. Keep up with the food quality, guys. Good job 👌

Wonderful service. Sat and drank grapefruit spritzer and ate some of the best potatoes and schnitzel.

We ate breakfast here. Everyone's meal was delicious. One member of our group rated it in the Top 5 breakfasts he has ever had. Our server, Klaus, was fun and refreshing. He laughed and joked with us throughout our meal.

I came there for an art cafe and It was a huge disappointed. However art is not the most important thing, but even the taste was not good. It was the worst flat white I’ve ever had - the balance between milk and coffee just not right. I like bitter coffee but it was too much. And no interesting desserts.

Good food, good atmosphere, nice service. Was a bit pricey, but expected for the location. The chicken burger had great meat.

Maybe it was some bad day for Bellaria, but this visit wasn't lucky. Service was rather poor - too slow, it was necessary to remind about menu, bill, etc several times. Apfelstrudel was also not impressive at all.

Mmmm.. As a Cafe in the middle of museums, I think they are not bad. But the chocolate cake was a little dry and the coffee was not hot when it was served. The chocolate cake had apricot jam in it (as it is mostly raspberry jam in the states) and that was an interesting and pleasant surprise.

Came upon this place on the way back to our apartment after miles of walking. I didn’t do any research on the place before going in as I was too hungry. Was pleasantly surprised to have a nice steak, fries and beer but the prices were a little high with the size of the steak and vegetables that tasted like the frozen medley at Safeway. Service was ok but no personality or smile on the server, maybe he’s just tired of serving tourists.

Worst cafe in Vienna. My partner and I were looking for a place to have breakfast and we thought this place looked pretty nice. Big mistake. The service was quite bad, the coffee and food were cold, one of the orders was wrong, and the only reason why we didn’t return the food was because we were so hungry after an eternity waiting. It was our last day in Vienna, and such a big disappointment.

Good breakfast and very friendly service. We asked for latte art coffee as we saw some pictures of it before we decided to come here. 100% recommended;)

Terrible experience. Extortionate prices for mediocre food. Croissants served cold. They only had apricot jam available. We had to ask for knives and had to ask for milk for our tea. I tiny bit if foamed milk was given for 2 pots of tea! They absolutely don't know how to treat customers. To top it all when bill arrived we found that we had to pay extra for the milk (for the tea) and extra for the apricot jam (we wanted strawberry or raspberry) for the cold croissants. What a dreadful start to our day. Two teas and 2 croissants set us back €24. Avoid this place at all costs.

The eggs benedict were quite delicious. Lots of sauce hollandaise which was rich in taste and very fluffy. Service was friendly and the location is pretty. The portions could be a tiny bit bigger IMO. Enjoyed the brunch and will definitely return.

It’s a nice place, prices are a little bit expensive but I think it’s the Vienna standard. I recommend the maracuja-orange-lemonade it’s so refreshing and also the Sacher cake (it costs 5€ and the taste is similar everywhere)

Mediocre food but decent coffee. When cafe is busy, service is slow, poor waiters can't keep up.

I am just going to comment on an event I experienced here. I have read a few recent reviews about the bad service and how it's not really structured, well, now I know why. I enjoyed a tea here when I heard a man complaining loudly about getting the wrong drink, he was very rude to the staff and I hoped someone would react but then I noticed who it was who was so rude to the staff. It was one of the owners himself, another owner sitting next to him looking away, doing nothing. No wonder the service is mediocre, staff run away, young people mostly. I don't care how good a place is on the surface, if the management is rotten I will not support it.

It's just not happening here. Very expensive. Cold tea and coffee. Incredibly slow service - waiting 15 minutes to order, then another 40 minutes for food. Should have walked away. Lots of better places in Vienna. No leadership.

Cute café but always crowded, the tables are pretty close at each other. Nice selection of desserts, I chose the fruit cake which was good but the hot chocolate was just average. Quality is okay but a bit overpriced. The staff was kind.

The coffee was very good with lovely art on top. It took a bit more of time to be served though. There was plenty of desserts to choose from and those were tasty as well. Recommended.

Lovely cafe, I had a drink and a salad for a late lunch and they were both super good.

Charming café, delicious breakfast porridge. (Note: the decor has been changed, so the photos with the modern light fixture instead of chandelier are accurate)

Big prices and worst service .This restaurant serves extremely awful food, and there are many small flying insects resembling fruit flies inside. I ordered a cappuccino, but a fruit fly flew into it shortly after it was served. When I showed it to the waiter, he arrogantly claimed that there was no fly in the coffee when it was brought to me, and if I wanted a replacement, I would have to buy another one. He was extremely rude and dismissive, saying, "It's not my problem," gesturing that I could either take it or leave it, with a terrible attitude. The food was also terrible. The mango in the Korean fried chicken rice was sour and almost raw, covered in cheap salad dressing, the chicken wasn't fresh, and the avocado was also not fresh. The quality of the food, service, and environment was shocking. I will never come back again. Please avoid this restaurant
