Perfect aparthotel! I've stayed at Phil's Place with my family. We really enjoyed staying there: apartments are clean, cosy, modern and so comfortable. All staff, especially girls from reception, are really friendly and always help you. The Operation's Manager Ivana is not only a great professional, but also a person with a big heart – she offered us so much warmth and support! We came from Ukraine because of war in our country, and are so grateful to Phil's Place that in this hard moment we could feel like home ❤️ If you want to have a perfect stay in Vienna, you should definitely choose this hotel!

It is just 5 km from t'he city center, very well connected by públic transport . Very close to a supermarket, t'he room have all you need even washing machine. I travelled around t'he world in my opinion is one of t'he best really also to come with children. 🔝💯 Amazing view

This is such a superb, self contained ‘Mega City’ On arrival, the front of house manager was courteous, helpful and super friendly. The internal Place is clean, contemporary and well designed. The room metrics are generous; the decoration is cool, elegant and without clutter. Storage is covertly everywhere! The bed was comfortable, the room amenities were some of the best I’ve experienced in many years of staying in hotels and managed apartments. To top it off, the second floor has a great gym, the lower levels have Billa, Hofer and an extremely good sushi restaurant. With parking and convenient transport links, it’s easy to see why Phil’s Place is so popular. Did I mention the amazing views? Looking forward to repeat stays. 😀

Staying 3 nights at PhilsPlace on a business trip to Vienna. Contactless check-in. Spacious, quiet, comfortable apartment with plenty of cardboards for storage, even for long-term stay. Amazing view from room of filing traffic in and out of Vienna. A very thoughtful team took good care of necessary travelers (like us) in times of the pandemic.

It’s an exceptionally wonderful apartment. It’s specious with very clean. Nice wide view. Apartment with spacious closet, equipped kitchen. Parking is easy to get. Everything is so nearby.

It's really hard to say anything negative about this apartment/hotel. I arrived here for an eleven night stay. Check in was good and my room had a problem with the electrics so I was shifted to another room immediately they dealt with the problem. There is supermarket just next door and a restaurant on the first floor very convenient. Also there are more restaurants and convenience stores just round the corner. There is also a gym on the second floor €5 for three hours good value for money! The location is not great but this I feel is related in the price. It takes around an hour to walk into the town centre but if you don't like walking I recommend you use uber.

I loved this place. The view was amazing, that feeling when you wake up and see the view is incredible. The apartment is really cozy and it makes you love it from the first second you see it. I just fell in love with the place and made me miss it after I left. It made my experience in Vienna more enjoyable and I would definitely want to come back. I could stay there for a long time and not get tired of the room. The tram is really close so I don’t mind if it’s not in the city center, I think it’s worth it.

Feel like at home, spacious apartments with equipped kitchen. TV with built in YouTube! Abundant amount of storage space. Direct entrance to Billa.

For all business travellers this place is perfect fit! Higher the floor better the view and city is quite accessible from here through bus and tram! Nice location Staffs especially Klement who is the manager has taken care for a new comer like me very well! All reception staffs were friendly and spoke English which made things easier and comfortable Area for improvement: Not a big issue but TV all channels are only on German. Probably adding few international channels could feel better. Additional feature which they can improve. Overall great experience

The Apartment is really good. Clean, modern. But be ready if u forget there something nobody will back it to you... My boyfriend and I stayed there for 1 night and I forgot my earrings in the room. I called on reception and asked to check if someone from cleaning staff bring them to lost and found or probably someone knows something.. the answer was negative... my lovely earrings gone...

I loved my stay at PhilsPlace. Traveling for work can be exhausting and depending on how long you’re away, you can begin to get homesick. PhilsPlace was perfectly located where it was far enough from the noise yet close enough that I could take public transportation. After long days at a work conference, I really enjoyed going back to my temporary home, wind down with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. I booked a room with a kitchen too which I appreciated because (1) conference food isn’t the best (2) I was tired of eating out so much. There are two supermarkets conveniently located just downstairs. As well as a restaurant if cooking isn’t your thing. For a week, PhilsPlace made me feel like I was living in my own little flat in Vienna. The staff are nice and helpful too.

I just caused a small part of the damage and you want to replace it completely this is not permissible, you have to withdraw the estimated amount of the floor that I caused the damage.

This place is very good. In Vienna it appears that every place is friendly and easy going. PhilsPlace on the otherhand is exceptionally good in my experience. The rooms are very big with kitchen and utensils to be used for cooking, which I would prefer if I have to stay in the city for a while. The view from the room is beautiful and the place is well connected. I never had such big rooms anywhere else (Stockholm, Brno, Paris, etc for such price) except Tiger Inn in Aurangabad, India, which was actually much cheaper than PhilsPlace :).

Been there with my famiy last September. Amazing, modern, functional... Absolutely great place, will come back soon. Thanks,
