I stayed here for 4 days.The rooms are spacious enough, and they provide most accommodation necessities. You can apply for cleaning on all days. Breakfest isn't included, but I highly recommend that you should at least try for one day their morning buffet

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the U3 metro line and the S7 train that leads to the airport, with many supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby. It is not a 4-star hotel, the rooms are quite small and lack facilities such as slippers, but it is very clean, which I particularly appreciated!

I have stayed at JUFA for one night with my parents to wait for the flight that we would be taking on the next day at Veinna International Airport. I am sorry to say but we are not impressed especially with two things. Number 1: the staff at the desk wasn't that friendly and polite especially the man who was serving us when we check in. He said a lot of things that made us feel very comfortable and he mentioned to us that he used to stay in our country for a couple of years .He said he doesn't like it and it is bad etc... It seems that he was trying to tell us that we come from a horrible country but I’m not sure is that what he really meant.However, I found that lady at the front desk who served us when we check out was the most respectful and friendly staff in the hotel. She speaks in a good and polite manner. Number 2: The bathroom was smelly during the night time. But the smell were gone at the next morning. Other than that everything was fine. The rooms are big and the bed are considered clean, comfortable and the price was reasonable. But there wasn’t enough chair for us to sit on it .For a three persons room, there is only two chairs .Although that wasn't a really big deal to us, but I guess that can still be improved. In conclusion, the hotel is not bad itself but I believe that those problems that I mentioned earlier on can be solved if they put in more effort on that. Great Hotel with great services. We were satisfied, the rooms were clean and cozy. The bathroom was modern, the room had air conditioning and a refrigerator. There is a great bar in the lobby where you can have coffee or mixed drinks. I recommend

We stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. There is a basement parking. The person at reception was very friendly and guided me to the parking and checked us in very efficiently. We reached at night and wanted to eat at lobby cafe with my kid but it took forever for the bar manager to come and the take the order. I went to the counter twice but he kept saying that we will come to you when we get free. That was a bit of negative experience specially when the small child kept waiting for the food.

Really good stay here, 24 hour bar! Rooms were clean and well equipped and you are only a short walk from nearby shops and public transport. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The value of this hotel is difficult to beat against the quality of it!

I spend a long weekend with my family (3kids) in this hotel. The staff is very kind, friendly, and supportive. the room was quite big and clean. We had a B&B solution but we also had dinner. The breakfast is international and the buffet is quite big. The location is quite comfortable 5 min walk to the tram and the metro station that you can use to go easily into the city center. The hall and the room are accessible to strolls and wheelchairs

+ good location, big rooms with enough spaces. + good bed and sofa quality, but small blankets + big & complete bathroom (also the best of this hotel) - fridge was not working (was On and set on 5) - old fashioned furniture on a dirty and old-looking floor. - room was 80 per night, but a max of 60 sound much more realistic for this hotel.

Amazing location, near the U3 and the tram 71 which if wanting to reach the city centre use either but the U3 is much quicker but if you want to stop off at either Belvedere palace/ opera house or the parliament you can get there on the tram 10/15/20 min in the tram with all the sightseeing included!! Great shops around the corner including supermarkets, clothing stores or just the casual food places! Amazing staff onsite, helped us with everything we needed must give them a round of applause to them all especially working over new years!

The hotel was amazing! We stayed for a night and evening was clean and comfortable. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Location is good, near to Vienna International Airport but is somewhat inside than the main road. But the rooms are very spacious and clean with good facilities. Well maintained property with a big and good bar and restaurant in the reception area. I enjoyed staying in the hotel and the reception manager was so helpful and energetic even in the midnight when we checked into our rooms at 1:30 AM. Such a helpful staff. Would surely recommend to stay here for both short or long trips.

Pros: * Lovely lounge and good breakfast, but terrible dinner, cleanliness issues and unstable Wi-Fi * Beautiful lobby, 2 spots with free charging for electric cars. Breakfast was good. Cons: * Dinner was terrible: weathered food (pasta was already gray). The clean dishes were wet (probably washed by hand), see attached photo. * The toilet smells strongly of urine. WiFi is slow and unstable and keeps dropping out.

The hotel is very cute and in a very convenient location. I personally liked having bunk beds, though they may not be for everyone. One thing to be wary of is that the outlets in the lobby do not work, and the air conditioning in the rooms is very weak as well. Otherwise, this is a great hotel for a short stay in Vienna.

I am basing my experience on just a few hours and breakfast. We arrived at one o'clock in the morning, we went through the reception quickly with courteous and smiling service. We went up to the rooms to soft beds at an exaggerated level, I leaned with my knee on the bed and almost sank into the second room from below. I guess some like it that way, we don't. The rooms are small but for our needs it was fine. Unlike the beds, the breakfast was very good. Everyone who came in contact with us from the hotel staff was very kind and nice. After breakfast we left the hotel to continue the trip and that's it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a mixed experience. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was reasonably priced at 15 euros per person. It is situated on the outskirts of the city, and there is a factory nearby. Unfortunately, the view from our room was of this factory and the rooftop where construction work was taking place. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests. Although the breakfast and rooms were satisfactory, I cannot overlook the hotel's unfavorable location. The noise and the view made it challenging to fully relax and enjoy my stay. Therefore, I would recommend future visitors to consider this aspect before booking. All in all, the hotel had its pros and cons. If you're willing to overlook the location and prioritize a good breakfast and comfortable rooms, it may be a suitable option for you. However, if you value a quiet and picturesque environment, it might be better to explore other alternatives.

Nice and clean hotel. The service is very friendly. The hotel is place approximately 12 metro station from the city center. The general impression: the hotel is not 4 stars but very nice. The food in the hotel restaurant is extremely salty for us at least.

We stayed there for 9 hours only to be close to the airport after our trip to Salzburg. We came when outside was 37°c and no option fot aircon. The neighborhood is not inviting and this location is not in a walk distance from the city center. The price is fine and the room somewhat clean. Was good for our purpose.

We're a family of 5 and have just returned from an 8-night trip to Vienna. We loved our stay at the Jufa - the hotel is clean and bright, our room was large and clean. The beds are comfy and the shower is fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a vast selection on offer and is scrumptious. Public transport is very close to the hotel and the connection to Vienna City Center and many sights is quick and uncomplicated. There are several supermarkets and many eateries within a few minutes walking distance. Most important - the staff is all around very friendly, smiley and so helpful. If you need something - ask, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate. We'll be back!

1 night 1 person BB accommodation fee is 177 eur, I think it's a high price for this hotel. After all, you know who stays in a 5 star hotel in maldives for this price or you can stay at the four seasons hotel by paying a cheaper price.

Really clean and comfortable place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage available. Only downside is a little far from the CBD but Simmering has its own multicultural charm. Highly recommend!

Good location 10 min to underground. Big rooms, tv, safe, ref, e.t.c. Parking 2.1 m higt inside hotel. (15€/dn) Very good breackfast.

We took tl4 shared rooms, which were so congested. The Air condition was absolutely non sense. Believe it or not , we couldn't sleep because of the high temperature inside. Wifi was too slow. Overall a bad experience for the price they are charging. However the staff is good and friendly.

Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Not easy to get to from the Airport. As a single person travelling i'd have wished a smaller room with a better price because I don't need that much space.

We came for a few days during winter, a family with 3 kids (9,7,3) and took a large family room. The room was spacious and after getting in all the luggage there was still room for the kids to play. The kids also really enjoyed the games room at the lobby. We said we would take the breakfast buffet on the first day as we arrived pretty late at night but ended up taking the buffet for every day we stayed there. Great fresh selection for both kids and adults. The staff itself was also helpful with queries and setting up taxis when we needed them.

Good hotel for groups, the breakfast is really nice and the rooms are better than we expected. The location might not be the best if you want to visit Vienna, but the subway station is only three minutes from the hotel, so it's manageable.

As a whole it was fine but some rooms overlook the hall so the windows cannot be opened.

We stayed here for two days. Room was good and clear. Breakfast is very good and price is normal 13.5 Euros. Service was really very good. We made wrong reservation and Christina in reception helped really very much and fixed our problem. Its a bit outside of center, car parking is 15.5 Euros for 24 hours.

Great location, very friendly staff. Reception staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our quadruple room was spacious and clean. A good selection of breakfast items available. I highly recommend this hotel!
