We stayed here for a weekend last month. We chose it because of the proximity to friends and public transportation, but I was nervous because of the price. The front desk staff was nice and the room was large and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well in our room. We didn't spend much time there and we didn't eat the breakfast. The room itself may have felt a little dated, but the bathroom was updated. It had a decent sized shower with good water pressure. The hair dryer was annoying because it wouldn't stay on for long periods of time, but minor inconvenience only. It was quiet and we slept well. Overall, it wasn't anything fancy but it was worth it and we'd stay there again.

This hotel will be very nice in few months. I didn't like it for two main reasons. They are refurbishing it from early morning, so you can hear drilling from 7am, means you are on your feet sooner than expected. Big issues with Internet in the evenings on the 4th floor. After few days I moved to second floor and it was much better. Rooms are spacious and nice therefore they just need to finish renovation to be a good place to stay

Very nice hotel in Vienna. Staff is helpful and smiling all the time, rooms are great. The atmosphere at the reception is vintage, but the rooms are pretty modern. Wonderful bed, big TV, we enjoyed our stay here, definetely recommended. Bathroom is pretty spacious. As a personal opinion I would like to have a mirror in the room, and maybe a smaller TV but with cast function. Will come back again for sure.

Just a nice, ordinary hotel; nothing too special. Aside from it's size, the hotel is really neat and the staffs are extremely friendly. The location is good as well (you can locate it once you exit Margaretengürtel station). The rooms are big and comfortable, and the restroom is clean.

Really good place to stay. Nice staff, big room and a lot of space in bathroom. All clean and tidy. Subway ( metro ) and tram stop just across the road. Pretty close is also bakery and other food options.

Just to be clear, the four stars are for the business itself. All staff members were VERY nice and polite and definitely deserve 5 stars. Now, the hotel. It lacks air conditioning. There is no bar, but you can buy some drinks from the reception. The access in the small garden (which is intimate and very cute) is restricted during the night. Giving the fact that there is no AC and summers are hell even late at night without AC, they could at least give access in the garden and let people cool off a bit (as long as they're decent and don't disturb others). All in all, a good place to stay at. The U4 subway station and tram station (lines 6 and 18) are within a 2 minutes walking range.

The rooms (Standard ones) are very pretty and spacious, and the price is unbeatable. The parking spot is useful, especially being in the middle of a very trafficked road. I don’t recommend booking here if you’re sensitive to outside noises, since it also faces a train station and you hear everything. Otherwise, you’re good to go! The WiFi though, is the actual worst.

The best thing about my stay here was the breakfast. It was amazing. The room was clean. Very close to public transport stations. The noise from outside is the only thing to complain about.

AVOID! I can't even get to the point where I can evaluate the quality of the rooms or friendliness of the staff because we were never let into the hotel. I'm so glad we didn't pay beforehand. We had planned a 2 day holiday in vienna but when we arrived the hotel looked downright awful from the outside and a big stack of news papers at the front door implied that no one had opened the door for the last few weeks. I don't even know if this hotel still exists because none of our 7 calls were answered from the "24 hour reception". Either scam or bankruptcy I suppose so avoid this hotel if you want to have a place to sleep. (May 27th 2022)

I am writing this review from the hotel I'll try to be as objective as possible with this review. Positives 1) Close proximity to public transport 2) Receptionist had no resources to assist us for a comfortable stay despite which he was warm and genuinely helpful. Negatives 1) No Air conditioning in the rooms 2) No direct lift access ( had to carry my luggage thru a flight of stairs to reach the lift and again to reach my room) 3) No kettle (although he was kind enough to give us boiling hot water after check in) 4) No Refrigerator 5) Patchy WiFi Connection. 6) Rooms resemble a picture from the 80's 7) No match for the money paid and valued received. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere
