Schon bei den Voruntersuchungen in der Ambulanz ist mir das Personal sehr positiv aufgefallen. Auf der HNO-Station wurde ich sehr freundlich und kompetent betreut. Die PflegerInnen und ÄrztInnen pflegen einen sehr liebevollen Umgang mit den PatientInnen, was einem sehr gut bei der Genesung unterstützt. Auch der Humor kommt hier nicht zu kurz, was vor allem im OP für eine angenehme Ablenkung sorgt. Trotz gut gelungener OP hatte ich eine Nachblutung, welche in einer erneuten Operation gestillt werden musste. Diese Blutstillung wurde ebenfalls fachgerecht durchgeführt und ich hatte seitdem keine Probleme mehr. Am Tag nach der zweiten Operation hat sich die Operateurin sogar bei mir für die Nachblutung entschuldigt. Ich habe es noch nie in meinem Leben erlebt, dass sich ein Arzt/Ärztin bei mir entschuldigt hat und daher rechne ich es ihr hoch an und finde das sehr menschlich und sympathisch. Es sei auch noch erwähnt, dass die Nachblutung kein Fehler der Operateurin war, sondern eine normale Komplikation, welche nach jeder gelungenen Operation auftreten kann. Sie sind jedoch so fest verwachsen, dass sich da gar nix mehr ziehen lässt... Meine Hausärztin meinte, dass diese Fäden halt heraus gehören, da sie Probleme machen. Eins weiß ich: obwohl dort die jungen Assistenzärzte total nett sind, und auch der eine übergewichtige Arzt einfach spitze ist, werde ich dort wegen einigen einzelnen Personen und der generellen Behandlung NICHT mehr hin gehen! So etwas hab ich echt noch nicht erlebt! Ich weiß, im Coronazeiten brauchen sie die Betten... Doch ist mein Leben weniger wert, als das des nächsten Parienten, der danach das Bett bekommt? Oder wie ist es sonst zu erklären, dass bisher JEDER Arzt meinte, die Drainage hätte zumindest 3 Tage drinnen bleiben sollen, eben damit das Wundsekret ablaufen kann. Es gibt drei Mahlzeiten am Tag, die angemessen sind. Erwarten sie sich keine Michelin Erfahrung, aber schlecht ist es auch nicht. Das einzige Manko: Wartezeiten. Ich hatte ziemliche Schmerzen und fand es sehr fahrlässig dass ich einfach wieder weggeschickt wurde. Die HNO Ärztin tat sich auch keine Mühe ihre schlechte Laune ansatzweise zu verstecken - ich verstehe sehr wohl, dass es niemandem Spaß macht um diese Uhrzeit geweckt zu werden aber ich kam weil ich solche Schmerzen hatte und wirklich nicht mehr weiter wusste. Dafür sollte es eine solche Notaufnahme geben!
