A Vigan City themed Mc Donalds. I love the way they designed the building. It matches the old heritage houses in the city

Mc Donalds in a Spanish house, very crowded, they serve the meals to the table. All in one good service and friendly staff.

I accompanied my foreigner friend in mcdo, he said that this was the longest time he waited for a fast food order which was 30-45 mins. From lining up to getting our order. I always regret in ordering fast food in the ilocos region. This is the 2nd branch, I went which their service is slow. Food: 🍟 I mean the McDonald's food is great unless something is lacking which was the fries. Probably they got out of stock because of Vigan is a popular destination and the community also eats there from time to time. Service: 🐌 Getting our orders are fast but serving our orders are slow af. See pictures, there are no line for taking orders but there are a line in serving our orders. There's a screen to know the situation of our order but It doesn't show my number. Atmosphere: 😑 meh. There are seats where you can dine in inside or outside. There are also 7-8 chairs for waiting our orders 😕.

The cashier this morning is not respectful..she address costumers in a bad way...

This branch of McDonald's goes well with the historic charm of Vigan, but it took us a longer time to get our order, and the restroom was not clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, though.

Cashier didn't get my order right, even after confirming it.. service water area is dirty with visible roach poop. Anyway, the food is hot and was served immediately.

This is a branch of the American fast food chain McDonald's that's located near calle crisologo in vigan, Ilocos sur, northern Philippines. This branch's architecture too a cue from the local architecture so it's got a local look in line with the theme in this old quarter of vigan. You can order burgers, fries, sundaes, fried chicken and spaghetti

It was weekend when we dropped by McDonalds to buy some finger foods and coffee. Staff are courteous wearing a friendly smile. The air-conditioning is not well diffused around the area. It is only concentrated in a specific place. Additional stools or chairs should be available for take out customers. I was one of the customers standing waiting on queue for my order.

It was a good experience as far as any fast food places are. I don't recommend going during lunch time. It is very crowded. Try the other food establishments that Vigan city has to offer.

The food is the same you can expect at every McDonald's, and it tends to be very busy during rush hours. However, the building fits in perfectly with Vigan's old Colonial houses. Probably the most attractive McDonald's in the country.

24-hour restaurant at the heart of Vigan City. Very helpful for tourists who arrive at the city between 10pm to 5am.

Nice location, clean, play area for kids 7 and under.

When I ordered yesterday, the kid that was next in line to me got his order first. When I checked, the lady said my french fries not yet ready, but the kid had a fries and the crew is not attentive at all.

This review is in comparison with other McDonald's joint. Similar comfort food that is served hot with great location. You can have a good view of the town proper from the 2nd floor. They also have a mini playground at the ground floor. Lots of counters were open but the service may still take a bit longer because it is pretty busy.

What i really like is the structure. The locals told me that the government mandates all shop owners to conform with the old architectural style and ”preserve” the vintage Vigan.. so cool!
