Its one of the best Hotel & has best restaurant to enjoy with friends and family. Little outside city but not too far to spend time. We celebrated birthday there and we certainly enjoyed. Price is normal, not too high. Recommended visit, specially in evening time. For special occasions be sure to book a table or have planned it with the hotel management.

Very good hotel in Vijaya pura. Had to stay for a night with family. Neat and clean room with all the basic services with AC and car parking. Had a nice dinner. The girl who services in restaurant was quite helpful. Free breakfast had a lot of options. Had a good stay.

Hotel is very well maintained. It’s looks like a new property. Make my trip messed with my booking and they didn’t give a confirmation to hotel. I figured this out when I reached there. The hotel rooms were mostly occupied. However, Shubhada madam helped me to accommodate in the hotel. She did also helped me to upgrade to a suite room by taking difference. The whole staff is very courteous. The food in restaurant was also tasty. I would highly recommend this property for travellers.

We stayed here for 1 night occupying 39 rooms with more than 80 students. The management made sure that both our check-in and check-out were totally hassle free. Staff is friendly and always eager to help. Room and food quality is excellen. Must recommend for all! Thank you Town Palace for making our visit comfortable and memorable!!

1. Good neat and clean rooms 2. Good service. We reached around 9pm since we had to wait for 5 mins they offered us coffee which was a nice gesture 3. Restaurant food is also good. Ambience as well 4.Breakfast was good though only limited options

Restaurant service is very very worst.... i ever seen in any small restaurants either. The manager don't know how to talk and behave with customers. They have an attitude of they are doing good business and they won't care customers. This is not a good place for non drinkers. We won't recommend this restaurant anyone. I give ZERO star. Don't try there.

Ordered mutton gravy, but mutton was smelling and was of bad quality. Chicken starter items were not cooked properly. Over hyped, please avoid if you want to have some tasty food. Only good part was ambience.

Excellent service from the staff and the managers. Place is very clean and neat. 2nd time here in this property and have to appreciate the receptionists and the managers a lot for the excellent gesture and the efforts they are taking. Always will be my place when I’m in bijapur 👍😊 GOOD LUCK GUYS !

I have ordered fried rice to room itself they served with out sauce, I requested 4-5time but they have not serviced it. I will not suggest this hotel...you can choose Hotel Le Grand or Fern Next this hotel & service also good in lesser price

I had good experience, best service, courteous staff, appreciated the annu to take a good care of us. My bhabi birthday we never thought will celebrate so nicely, on urgent basis annu did a good job, she knows how handle a difficult situation.

Really well designed and kept, great Ambience, good segregation of zones, so open, fresh and airy with vernacular essence still feeling luxurious. Worth going!

Very good and nice hotel but surrounded by dust due to new road construction. No matter the dust problem will be solved after some time by the completion of New Road. I recommend all to visit this place without fail. Dhanyawad. Krishna.

On the way back to Hyderabad, I stayed for night with family. The service was excellent 👌. Food is also good and tastier with limited no varieties for breakfast buffet. The team found that our car got dirtier and by morning they cleaned the car and kept ready. Overall, I have a pleasant stay 😌 for a night and I recommend this place to stay with families.

Nice Restaurant, pleasant atmosphere. I liked the mild showers system installed for cooling the hot atmosphere and quick service. Food is very tasty with quiet reasonable rates.

Overall good hospitality. Didn't use rooms for stay, so not gonna rate. Service was nice. The staff was courteous. The location is on the main road and has ample parking space. Food was decent. Starters were good. The main course needs a little bit of improvement.

Here to inform you that I have visited town palace hotel on 13 Jan 2024 and I have paid 2035 rs through my SBI bank debit card I have swiped 2035rs at 12.04am debited from my account and I have shown that msg to town palace employee Maruti pawar and his dined and his started arguing with us and his harassing and again we have swiped my Debit card for 2035rs. At 12.11am amount got 2 time msg I have showed them then also not giving respect to us and I have asked contact number and his denied.and again today I have visited 16 Jan 2024 at 08.06pm asking for my amount refund 2035 rs and I have met Siddu manager and have shared my transaction details of debit and I have complained about his employee behaviour was not got and his manager also same thing his also do whatever you can do complaint or social media you can complaint any where we don't care so they don't required customer pathetic service and also I will inform all my colleagues and family not to visit town palace because of misbehave.
