Always long waiting line , Billing takes atleast 15mins And to get our order another 20mins Sometimes i feel like , when I'm at Benz circle ,I should call the billing counter person and ask them to take my order and prepare it , I'm on the way So by the time I reach ,PVP 4th floor KFC my order gets prepared and collects it .

Not so good when compared to other KFCs, got bad smell in few chicken pieces, rice bowl was ok. Popcorn is ok but not tasted good.

Not properly cooked and see the fries which are completely burnt. Plz don't vist this KFC store again

Food is good. Seating arrangements made for almost more than 100 members here. Sometimes it is overcrowded here, most of the time waiting at counter for booking order . KFC displays offers with payment wallets like paytm, phone pay, etc., , and they don't accept paying through wallets. They simply say network problem.

I ordered chicken 🍗🍗 popcorn but I feel like this is KFC or not? They people down the KFC image because they do not provide hot and KFC taste,so KFC lovers think before you step in especially in this store

Bad experience no AC and no lights while dine in. Customers ate in dark. Service is fast but they missed French fries and need to go and ask for missing order. Combos showing on screen is not working as per cashier hence need to make changes in last minute.

Poor services by KFC team. I have ordered Takeaway and Pepsi was served in a Paper glass without any packing. Are the customers expected to have the beverage inside the KFC?? How can we carry the beverage with such a poor packing. Even after asking the KFC team to pack the beverage using tape, they have denied saying this is the way they serve their customers. Very disappointed in KFC services.

We frequently visit mall with kids and KFC too .we order popcorn & french fries for kids. This time french fries tasted odd ,Not at all fresh .As kids won't let us eat at the end we realised they weren't fresh and after eating it's leaving some sort of expired product feel in throat.Bit oily and sour . We have asked staff to check.Even though they realise it's not good they haven't admitted.Service should be faithful.Probably it's not been realised before serving but even after providing feedback just staff is concerned about receiving feedback bit not about maintaining good service.I think management should take this bit seriously, Making staff to be open to receive feedback and act faithfully but not simply ignoring. Food poison in worst case could have caused heavy damage because kids consumed it.

KFC food is standard every where. Service here was slow. We had to wait for 25 minutes for chicken leg peri peri 8 pieces. Food court AC was off. It was sweaty even though it is the last week of December.

There is no question of taste if food its only this is service its good but its a bit slow compared to other good atmosphere most of the time we prefer dine on due to good ambience

Worst taste ever. Chicken is not fresh. If you buy chicken, it means you are buying health problems with your own money. Please friends don't buy KFC items in pvp mall

Today i took peri peri bucket & chicken double roll...food is not good ..very worst taste..!! 700/- direct losss.

Love to eat hot wings in this KFC. Delicious Spicy and hot wings with frensh fries and a drink. Staff were so polite,respectful and understanding customers. Prices a bit moderate but it's alright for sometimes.

I ordered peri peri chicken strips, popcorn chicken, fries and chicken roll. It came out pretty average! Everything needs some sauce to make it more edible. Fried are pretty bad!

Service is very very bad....I paid a money by phone pay, transaction successful but order not confirmed..I paid a money again.. before paid money I don't recieved and I am massaging so many times to branch manager they didn't responding...

I had asked them to make extra spice in chicken popcorn but they said ok after that they simply avoid it worst service here

Just don't go during weekends. You have to wait literally hours to collect your food. They don't keep the extra staff during busy days.

Chicken leg piece which i ordered not properly cooked. Same has been informed the KFC staff's they have not replaced. Not at all recommend.

Worst experience ever in a fast food chain. No responsibility, no system to serve in a order. I was refunded after 30 min wait and the counter girl do not have a courtesy to say sorry or a reason for delay. Would never visit again.

The taste of chicken is not good. It's was an upset to see for the first time the chicken in kfc is very bad. Not sure whether this outlet is like this or the entire kfc stores in India are like this.. Kfc should take proper care if they really don't want to loose the reputation.

As always, it's a finger licking😋 food! But the pepsi machine was not working so had the pepsi in cans (tin) - pepsi in glasses are not available which comes in almost all the kcf combos. So, those who want to have pepsi need to pay extra for cans🤷
