These
are
flats
that
were
turned
in
to
hotel.
301-304
and
506-508
were
booked
for
8th
July
to
10th
July.
We
were
(around
20
of
us)
visiting
from
various
places
for
a
function
in
Vijayawada
that
was
on
9th
morning.
Some
of
us
were
reaching
early
on
8th
July
morning.
We
called
the
Residence
Manager
and
informed
them
on
7th
July
that
there
will
be
early
checkin
on
8th
morning
,
to
which
they
responded
it
is
fine
and
that
we
may
come.
Upon
arrival
rooms
were
not
clean.
They
asked
us
to
wait
and
302
was
cleaned
and
provided.
It
took
time
for
301,
303
and
304
to
be
cleaned.
Common
area
of
flat
rooms
301-304
was
cleaned
but
it
was
unprofessional.
Old
residents
had
drunk
and
left
liquor
bottles.
Photos
included
in
this
review.
The
common
area
kitchenette
drain
pipe
is
broken.
They
don’t
understand
the
concept
of
room
service.
Anything
requested
is
provided
late
(tea/bed
sheets/water).
If
they
are
imitating
Ginger
hotels
policy
(mostly
self
service
&
limited
room
service)
it
should
be
clearly
told
to
patrons
upfront.
The
photos
of
the
property
in
their
website
and
other
travel
sites
are
from
the
time
when
the
property
was
new.
Now
it
is
all
dull
and
lack
lustre.
To
have
the
look
as
seen
in
all
those
photos
the
place
needs
complete
renovation
and
deep
deep
cleaning.
There
is
no
professional
housekeeping
in
place.
They
have
few
Hindi
speaking
as
staff
who
are
sincere
but
clearly
lack
proper
guidance
or
leadership.
These
boys
are
unavailable
on
call
to
clean
rooms
after
Sunday
afternoon
per
receptionist.
Neither
do
these
boys
clear
garbage
at
regular
intervals.
When
we
left
we
didn’t
have
any
other
choice
than
leaving
considerable
garbage
in
the
rooms.
1/2
litre
water
bottles
were
being
sold
at
inflated
prices.
Complimentary
breakfast
buffet
spread
is
sad
and
tasteless.
Bathroom
floor
tiles
have
(lime?)
scale
deposits
and
some
drains
are
clogged.
5th
floor
some
AC
didn’t
work
well.
On
9th
morning
while
everyone
were
getting
ready
for
the
function,
there
was
power
interruption
and
generator
didn’t
kick
in
in
quickly.
Generator
worked
40
minutes
later.
Through
the
weekend
the
residence
manager
was
being
informed
through
WhatsApp
of
the
problems.
On
Saturday
they
showed
the
courtesy
of
attending
the
phone
call.
But
on
Sunday
all
calls
were
unanswered.
There
were
mosquitoes
in
the
hall/dining
space
of
the
property/flat.
Being
dengue
season
we
requested
mosquito
repellent
be
provided,
but
the
request
was
not
honoured.
Bed
sheets
could
be
more
cleaner.
Overall
very
terrible
experience.
They
have
accepted
full
payment
without
an
iota
of
remorse/
regret
from
the
people
who
booked
the
room
for
us.
The
property
is
in
nice
area.
If
they
can
offer
better
experience
there
would
be
people
willing
to
pay.
In
my
opinion
even
people
transiting
the
city
can’t
use
the
place
for
few
hours.
Things
that
were
good
:
property
location,
AC
and
mattress
comfort.
