It's not a Hospitality service this vasanth marg is road side dabha mainly the female manager was very rude no pest control everywhere cockroaches appears, smelling room's Worrest bathrooms like they're service WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME IDK WHY TREEBO TAKEING THIS TYPE OF PROPERTY'S

Worst experience. Quality of room is horrible! Service is so poor one can't imagine and expect it in a hotel! I asked them for mattress at 10:30 p.m. and at 1 a.m. he bought me mattress. That too after calling 6-7 times. Not at all recommended even for 2-3 hour stay.

Rooms are okay There were so many Cocroach all over. Also the cleaniness need to be improved.

These are flats that were turned in to hotel. 301-304 and 506-508 were booked for 8th July to 10th July. We were (around 20 of us) visiting from various places for a function in Vijayawada that was on 9th morning. Some of us were reaching early on 8th July morning. We called the Residence Manager and informed them on 7th July that there will be early checkin on 8th morning , to which they responded it is fine and that we may come. Upon arrival rooms were not clean. They asked us to wait and 302 was cleaned and provided. It took time for 301, 303 and 304 to be cleaned. Common area of flat rooms 301-304 was cleaned but it was unprofessional. Old residents had drunk and left liquor bottles. Photos included in this review. The common area kitchenette drain pipe is broken. They don’t understand the concept of room service. Anything requested is provided late (tea/bed sheets/water). If they are imitating Ginger hotels policy (mostly self service & limited room service) it should be clearly told to patrons upfront. The photos of the property in their website and other travel sites are from the time when the property was new. Now it is all dull and lack lustre. To have the look as seen in all those photos the place needs complete renovation and deep deep cleaning. There is no professional housekeeping in place. They have few Hindi speaking as staff who are sincere but clearly lack proper guidance or leadership. These boys are unavailable on call to clean rooms after Sunday afternoon per receptionist. Neither do these boys clear garbage at regular intervals. When we left we didn’t have any other choice than leaving considerable garbage in the rooms. 1/2 litre water bottles were being sold at inflated prices. Complimentary breakfast buffet spread is sad and tasteless. Bathroom floor tiles have (lime?) scale deposits and some drains are clogged. 5th floor some AC didn’t work well. On 9th morning while everyone were getting ready for the function, there was power interruption and generator didn’t kick in in quickly. Generator worked 40 minutes later. Through the weekend the residence manager was being informed through WhatsApp of the problems. On Saturday they showed the courtesy of attending the phone call. But on Sunday all calls were unanswered. There were mosquitoes in the hall/dining space of the property/flat. Being dengue season we requested mosquito repellent be provided, but the request was not honoured. Bed sheets could be more cleaner. Overall very terrible experience. They have accepted full payment without an iota of remorse/ regret from the people who booked the room for us. The property is in nice area. If they can offer better experience there would be people willing to pay. In my opinion even people transiting the city can’t use the place for few hours. Things that were good : property location, AC and mattress comfort.

Stayed in 206, no cleaning, bed spreads not changed,in wash room single lever diverter only working, no dustbin in the room, access card every time problem . Why the management not taking much care, didn't understand.

Very worst experience...slow motion staffs..they won't provide basic things..they won't provide food..they changed 2800 for 2 persons for a small room..they don't respond for your needs. Please avoid this hotel..guests will treated like beggers...we have to beg them for hot water..toilet kits..tea..coffee..breakfast..for everything we have to beg..please don't come to this hotel..

Worst management and staffs rooms are ok but they are bargaining for breakfast which is complementary. Even they don't serve water to rooms we can't bring outside food because the staff told they have hotel inside but I have not seen it's working properly I never recommend this hotel to anyone really bad experience in my life

Rather then this hotel some of 2nd Grade lodges well maintained, No hygiene no hot water, staff not trained. Better to avoid

This is an apartment hotel. Cleanly maintained but the petty works like bathroom door locks were left out. Overall great experience.

Rooms and service was exceptional. I would like to appreciate all the staff - right from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. It's because of their teamwork my stay was excellent

Ideally, I could have given 5 rating, but with some very basic things missing giving 3 star. If we ignore below then its a 5 start rated one. Read below This is Shiva here, I have made a booking for one night at Vasanth Marg Vijayawada from 3rd and 4th Jan 2022. I have booked the property, it clearly mentions that there is a complimentary breakfast available. But when I came here, they said that No complimentary breakfast was available. This is not expected, I have come here with two kids and for 1 night and the least I can expect from the hotel is good sleep and a complimentary breakfast. As I had a good sleep, i am more than happy for that but not serving the breakfast as mentioned doesn't sound good. Also, another basic amenity is hot water when kids are their. Even hot water was not coming. This is also not expected. With a good hotel comes responsibilities as well, as you are maintaining a clean and tidy environment, Kindly improve these else the name of ur hotel will be spoiled. Thanks & Regards, Shiva
