I
think
I
may
have
dined
when
the
restaurant
was
staffed
exclusively
with
new/inexperienced
people.
I
have
dined
in
other
restaurants
in
the
chain
and
this
time
was
the
first
time
the
entire
experience
was
sub-par.
When
we
came
in
3
tables
were
taken.
We
sat
down,
chose
our
food
(~10
min)
and
then
waited
for
~20
minutes
for
a
waiter
to
come.
We
saw
a
waiter
coming
towards
us,
but
they
stopped
at
a
table
before
us
to
take
an
order.
That
is
when
I
realized
those
people
were
there
before
us
and
were
waiting
for
the
entire
time
we
were
there.
I
figured
the
restaurant
may
have
been
understaffed
or
something.
Anyways,
the
waiter
takes
our
order
and
~30
min
later
food
arrives
to
3
tables
simultaneously,
brought
out
by
3
waiters.
That,
however,
was
not
the
most
surprising
thing,
as
the
waiter
brought
our
(hot)
appetizers
and
main
dish
together.
By
the
time
I
finished
the
main
course
the
snacks
got
cold.
The
appetizer
I
ordered
were
mushrooms
fried
in
dough.
It's
an
interesting
flavor
combination,
but
the
dough
was
burned
in
places
(the
way
pancakes
burn
if
you
cook
them
without
oil).
I
am
not
sure
if
it
was
intentional
or
not.
I
am
also
fairly
certain
I
found
a
deep
fried
hair
mixed
into
pastry
of
my
deep-fried
mussels.
It
could
have
been
something
else,
but
it
sure
looked
like
a
hair,
and
it
broke
like
a
deep
fried
hair
when
I
tried
to
pull
it
out
and
I
haven't
found
another
one
(so
it's
not
an
ingredient).
I
also
ordered
2
alcoholic
cocktails
that
I've
never
tried
before.
I
enjoyed
them
enough
to
say
they
are
fine,
but
I
wouldn't
order
them
again.
Because
it
was
my
first
time
trying
them
I
have
nothing
to
compare
the
actual
drinks
to,
so
I'm
not
sure
if
those
were
made
right.
With
that
said,
Mango
Mojito
was
served
with
frozen
mango,
that
I
think
wasn't
ripe
yet.
It
was
crunchy
from
the
ice,
sour
and
stringy.
The
person
I
was
with
ordered
a
beef
dish
and
a
bowl
of
rice.
I
tried
both
and
I
have
to
say
the
beef
was
the
only
redeeming
thing
about
the
entire
experience.
The
rice
was
soft
on
the
outside
and
crunchy
(undercooked)
on
the
inside.
