I visited for Sunday lunch and had a lovely & warm experience. I made a reservation but it seemed like there was enough seats for spontaneous walk-ins as well! I was served by a kind lady who was managing the service all by herself. Though she was very busy, she was still very attentive and made an effort to make me feel comfortable. Knowing there was a language barrier, she tried her best to tell me about the different dishes and how best to eat them :-) I had escargots (absolutely YUMMY!!), bouillabaisse (largeee portion) and Evian water. The escargots were really so lovely and I contemplated ordering a second serving but I also didn’t want a food coma 🤣 there was also a special set meal that day which included main, side and a drink at 21eu. I definitely recommend all to visit! 💕

This restaurant is in an adorable alley full of restaurants, but it caught our eye because the woman who worked there (who I presume is the owner) had the most amazing energy! Super charming, warm, friendly and funny. The fantastic food doesn't hurt either! And bonus, they have a printed menu in English which is very helpful. The food just wowed us. We had Greek salad, warm goat cheese salad, steak, lasagna and seafood pasta. All delish but the standout was the goat cheese salad. Ohmygod!!!!

Can't fault it, inside and outside dining (great for people who have a phobia of birds/Ornithophobia), reasonably priced, pleasant staff and a variety of options for seafood and meat lovers alike. I had a lasagne which was very high quality and my partner had a mussel linguine. She has reported that the mussels were excellent. Portions are more than adequate. Just go!

Absolutely superb. Great service with restocking French cuisine. Fantastic wine menu. Couldn’t recommend it enough, we only wish we’d been able to go there more!

We stopped in for a very light bite before heading back to our Airbnb. We split the escargot & a carafe of the house white wine - the wine was amazing! So we’re the escargot, baked in a pesto sauce and served with bread. So hot! We had a great time sitting on the patio. Thank you!

Good quality, tasty food. The quality of the seafood and the richness of the sauce in my pasta was great. And the service was also very good, everyone was lovely and friendly.

The food was good, portions are big and taste was good, but the person attending the tables was extremely rude which ruined my overall experience. I was checking the food pictures on google maps and she became mad when came to take the order because I hadn't decided and she said I was on my phone instead of looking at the menu. I wouldn't recommend it because of that.

Amazing food! Salads were fresh and filling, shared 3 between 3 and was more than enough food. Really wonderful service too. Highly recommend, also open all day, good when other restaurants close.

Tasty food and very good service at this family owned cosy restaurant - everything was fresh & proper south of France cuisine. Portions were quite big so we just had starters and mains and had to say ‘no’ to the dessert. Hence I would recommend taking a starter or a main dish to share so u have space for smth sweet. All was very delicious & also very friendly people that work at a place!

Friendly service and the food was awesome. We order escargot and fois gras. The bread was also amazing with it !

Lovely family run restaurant in the back streets of Villefranche. Nice atmosphere and great food at reasonable prices. Open all day unlike most places here so ideal for late lunch or if you wanted early supper. Very hospitable thank you.
